How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Waiting for Server in the Store

    I cannot purchase anything from the store because it get stuck on "waiting for server." I'm on a Mac and it seems like this has been an issue for years...

  2. Packs remains highlighted for preorders that cannot be opened

    It is irritating to have a menu highlighted for something I cannot affect. If it cannot be opened, it should not continue to flag the Packs selection. It is bad enough the Store is highlighted every day for the daily deals. At least those are changing. Put some thought into the mechanics of your interface, and do not simply focus on making it pretty.

  3. No puedo reclamar mis codigos de caja de presentacion de la expasion cimientos

    El errror me da cuando en MTG Arena o desde mi perfil de wizards intento canjear los codigos promocionales de 4 cajas de 5 cajas que ge comprado del pack de presentacion de la expansion cimientos. Ayer canjeé un codigo y me dieron los 7 sobres en el juego, pero cuando intento canjear los 4 restantes no me deja. Por lo que tengo entendido, existia el limite hasta 5, por lo que no entiendo porque no me deja los 4 restantes que me faltan y no han sido utilizados

  4. 対戦したりストアに入ったりするとフリーズする

    2024/9/14に、PCでアップデートをインストール後、ストアに入るたびにフリーズするようになってしまいました。
    その後、BO3で対戦中も、フリーズが起き、サイドボードになったらフリーズしてサイドチェンジが全くできませんでした。
    インストール前は全くそんなことは起きませんでした。
    対処保方法を教えてください。

  5. Pioneer mythic rare drops

    I was missing over 30 pioneer mythic rares. I spent at least 65.000 gold to buy mythic packs. After opening all of them I maybe got 2 new ones. According to the website you can get every bonus sheet mythic from store packs. Store packs don't follow the bonus sheet schedule. Is this really true?

  6. Duplicate Protection Not Working

    I purchased packs today, so this is more a problem with a money transaction order than a bug report. But, I purchased Foundations packs today and received cards that I had completed in previous sets. I now have the following.

    5 Giada, Font of Hope (4 SNC, 1 FDN)
    5 Doubling Season (2 some old set, 3 FDN)
    7 Painful Quandary (4 TBW, 3 FDN)
    7 Phyrexian Arena (4 ONE, 3 FDN)

    Support told me I needed to open a bug report, but this is something that needs fixed, else I should get a refund for my purchase.

  7. Psychic Frog Hideaway left store early

    Psychic Frog's Hideaway said we had 4 hours left to use it. I bought it and started redeeming tickets. Starting at 11 AM EST, I received internal errors and when I closed out the program and brought it back, the store is gone despite having 3+ hours left (according to in game message) and hundreds of tickets left to spend. Please re-enable or refund this purchase.

  8. Pioneer Masters Mythic Packs are bugged

    (1) When openig Pioneer Masters mythic packs, I keep getting gems instead of missing mythic cards. (I invest 260 gems just to get 40 back instead of a mythic card).
    (2) Your support-team should not be called support. No one is dealing with my issue. I was asking for a refund but I was just beeing ignored. You're all a bunch of frauds.
    (3) I reported this issue twice in the customer support section. The first time, I was ignored, the second time I was told to report it here. I'm quite sure, it wil be ignored as well.

  9. Daily deals have gone missing for multiple days.

    There are daily deals but me and some other unfortunates are not getting any deals for multiple days now.

    I tried reisntalling and multiple times reloading the store (clikcing off and back on "store") no luck from both.

  10. Improved warnings for new players / customers

    Would appreciate improved warnings for new players/customers or a way to get the money back, to buy something else for unused cards. As I was new to the game, I bought some Pioneer Masters cards for 100€ and I haven't noticed the tiny warning, that these cards can't be played. I just wanted to buy some cards to play alchemy or standart. The warning has also the same colour as the edition itself, so its even harder to spot the tiny warning, which is only above the purchaseable packs. Normally its possible to get the money back and to buy…

  17. Change country in account

    Due to relocation to another country I would like to use payment methods of the new country. But an in-game store on PC does not allow to change country and gives old payment methods which are not available for me now.

  20. Cannot buy anything from store it just freezes. Mac

    I am trying to buy new Modern Horizons but it freezes after i click on buy and does not respond. Need to manually quit out of game. Have tried re-installing and everything and still no luck. Help!
