Tutorial wisp keep popping up on my Home Screen
The tutorial wisp keeps on popping up every time I enter the Home Screen. Ever after completing all of my quest, it still says that I have a quest to complete. It is really annoying and is driving me insane!!! Why is there no option to turn it off!

Sparky's Challenge No Reward After 3rd Win
Noticed "Sparky's Challenge" in the events tab, and had time to kill so decided to play it. Got 2 victories rather easily, and collected a card reward after each. However, after my 3rd victory I was taken directly back to the home screen with no "random cosmetic" reward, and "Sparky's Challenge" completely gone.
I manually checked my cosmetic inventories one by one, and nothing new is present. Tried closing the game and reopening it and repairing the files, still have the same issue.
Feel I was robbed/cheated a bit. Not cool.6 votes -
Matching to a specific opponent will cause a crash, is this some kind of hacking or cheating?
I have encountered three problems recently. There is always has special opponent, and when I connect and enter the game, my game immediately crashes, and I can't even see his ID and avatar. Moreover, even after reconnecting to the game, I still crash upon entering the match. Why is this happening? Is this some kind of cheating?! I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible

Solution: Roping (reward based, not punishment based)
Most of the anti roping ideas come back to detecting/punishing the ropers.
I've been starting to realist the solution isn't about the roping player, rather about the other player.
In any non ranked, random queued game add the following well publicised rule:
If you win a game to a roping opponent (an opponent who has roped for >80% of the entire duration of the match and/or has lost to roping timeout) - double your gold and XP track rewards for the game. Make sure both the roping player and the normal player are notified of this bonus at the end…

Turn timer problems
The turn timer gets exploited with certain decks where your opponent forces you into using up your turn timer on automatic effects. This issue needs a resolve all button so you don't lose your turn timer for having a life gain upon creatures entering the battlefield combo with gain life = +1+1 counter on target creature. It's ridiculous when somebody uses a convoluted and time consuming combo just to exploit the game's timer mechanism and force you to lose based on time that they themselves created. There needs to be a solution to this if active effects are stacking. Perhaps…

Land
Never in my life of playing magic since like 1995 have I EVER had 4 land in my hand then proceeded to draw the next 6 cards being land.
Continuously.
Or never drawing land.
I couldn't possibly shuffle my decks this way if I tried.
It couldn't possibly be this hard to create a shuffle program to actually half assed randomize the cards could it?

Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

fix your Card stacking deck randomizer.
I play real magic every week and have for over 10 years and never have drawn more than 4 lands in a row and in this dumb game its almost every game I am drawing 5-10 of my freaking 16 lands in a row. The algorithm or randomizer is absolute trash and not working if there's that many stacked on each other. This why me and all my friends keep quitting and deleting this ******** game.

Jump In cards not received
I just discovered that I did not receive any of the cards from the second Avatar Jump In event I played on the day of release. I play in the IOS app. I specifically selected Aang and Musicians in that order. I have a list of the specific cards received that I wrote down if helpful in recreating (image shows the missing Aang featured card; I unfortunately didn’t save the deck to my Decks list). Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not…64 votes -
Rematch
I can’t believe I don’t see the suggestion anywhere else, but there should definitely be a way to initiate a rematch. Especially in ranked. Two people can have a really good game or a game where one deck just doesn’t function correctly and could genuinely benefit from just being able to play one again. It’s totally different from the pressure of a best of three series. This is I had a random encounter with this guy who had an amazing deck, and I Want To duel him one more time with the same or even a different deck.

store
Every day I go to the store and attempt to buy gems, in vain. Please fix the bug that now prevents me from purchasing anything in the store (since shortly after release of Avatar--I was able to buy the bundles, but nothing since) on Macbook Air 2025 Tahoe 26.1. This is true whether I load game from Epic games or from Steam (though the behavior is different from the two launch platforms).

The Last Airbender OR The Last STRAW!
I’m not sure if it’s my device or something on MTGA’s end, but ever since the Avatar: The Last Airbender set dropped this week, the game has been extremely unstable for me. I’ve been running into constant server connectivity issues and getting booted out of matches mid-game. Because of that, I’m forced to forfeit, which tanks my rank and makes climbing feel like an uphill battle.
On top of that, the game went into maintenance right after the Avatar set released—and it’s still buggy. The avatar I purchased shows up everywhere except in matches, where it displays a completely different…

Cannot cast instant spells during my opponents turn
I have played multiple games since yesterday where at a certain point into the game normally past turn 5 or so, that I do not have the option to respond to spells or phase changes during the opponents turn. So I have been unable to cast any instant or flash spells. Such as a counter spell, removal spell, etc. The only consistent I have noticed is Up the Beanstalk has been in play on my side and I have had at least one land tapped. disconnect issue
Why is it right before I am winning a game on draft limited (Avatar) i get kicked out of the game. can u please fix this annoying ddos. ppl abusing it to save gems.
please give me my gems back for the draft. its rly annoying. I cant even post a screenshot because how would i know when i get kicked out ( oh later i found out that i get a lose for a win aswell.....

I seem to be confused about something. I read an article that said Standard was flourishing. It seems degenerate and abusive. I'm curious if this abusive and degenerate playstyle is intentional and if I should change my definition of flourishing. It seems as though the cost of entry to play what I am accustomed to being the cheapest format is now prohibitive. Tutorial
The option to turn off the tutorial is missing or been removed. Or there’s a glitch in which the blue little fairy has been reactivated with no tutorial decks remaining, as I have completed it all.
In essence I don’t want to hear it every time I exit a match to complete a quest that’s not even their or on my home screen as I’m sure that in its self is a glitch…

Waiting for Server
Everytime I am in the store and click on the button to purchase Gems, I get the black screen overlay with the message "Waiting for server" and the application gets stuck on this loading screen. Normally, I get a popup window within the app to make a purchase but that window never opens, just the waiting for server message. I think this started happening with the Avatar release. I am on a Macbook Pro with an M1 chip.

pick 2 draft
Game picked completely different cards than I had actually chosen in pick 2-draft. After finishing building the deck with the shown random cards, I got a message that the deck was invalid. After reentering the deckbuilder the cards, that I actually picked, were shown.

AI Art Winter Avatars
I understand that A.I. is everywhere and essentially unavoidable. (Heck, I even used it to edit this complaint.) It can be a valuable tool that, when used responsibly, can enhance an artist’s work. However, the winter avatars cross the line from “A.I. assisted” to “A.I. created” for me and the inconsistencies in the artwork make that hard to ignore.
Issues with Oko:
-Oko’s belt has metal rivet holes, but the belt’s needle doesn’t pass through a rivet.
-There are two belt segments with holes, implying two belts, yet only one buckle.
-The end of the tucked belt can’t be tucked…1 vote
