How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Played Cards Stuck
Played cards stuck for each player on the screen. I do eveything i can do, even i restart the computer but it stays same.

Premier Draft Through the Omenpaths
I used a draft token for a Premier Draft Through The Omenpaths and tried to make the deck twice but it said unable to submit deck please try again later. When I later returned the draft was entirely gone and so was my token and the cards from the draft.

Arena crashed while drafting
I was just drafting Spiderman pick-two draft when Arena logged me out mid draft. I got presented with the screen shown in the sent file. This has not been solved yet. When I press reconnect I am presented with the same screen, when I log out and back in again I am presented with the screen once again and when I close the game and reopen i am also presented with the screen. I have checked extensively and found out it is not a connection issue on my side. This has resulted in 900 gems wasted on this draft.

Timeout
9/28 Timeout issues when attempting login from Samsung. I've restarted the phone a couple times and notice that there was an Android OS update not sure if that has to do with it but continually getting this screen. Is anyone else having issues?

Draft fail
I was drafting the new collection today at 12:20 (Brasília time) and the game simply logged out and I couldn't log in anymore. I want my gems refunded.

BUG: Dies to Doom Blade achievement no longer progressing
After it had progressed to 159/250, the Dies to Doom Blade achievement is not longer progressing. I had noticed it a few days ago, but thought it might straighten itself out. Tried again today because I had the Daily Quest that tracks creatures killed and thought this would provide better evidence.
Over 3 games (2 captured in the logs, I think), I destroyed 6 creatures using damage that counted towards the Daily Quest (red and red / white damage spells).
Steps:
- Note Daily quest / Dies to Doom Blade achievement progress
- Load into matchmade game

Bought 2 Lego creatures in the shop and they are nowhere to be found in my collection/deck builder
Purchased 2 legendary creatures one black one black blue hybrid, ( i cant rmemeber their names) not one of them are in my builder but it did remove my gold :/ i will never purchase from shop until i get some help with this....

Ember Island Production
I cast 'Ember Island Spectacle' on my 'Duki, Warrior of Kyoshi', but it did NOT copy 'Suki's power is equal to the number of creatures you control'.

Invasion Tactics Bug
I cast Invasion Tactics and swung in with my team of all allies, but the draw trigger of Invasion Tactics didn't go off, and I didn't get to draw a card. Very frustrating.

Eathbender Ascension Haste/Trample Confusion
Earthbenders Ascension w/ 4+ counters gave Haste to the lands that just entered and not trample. Haste tag on card pointed back to the Earthbenders Ascension. Tag on enchantment said trample to the lands.

Strip mine
Strip mine should be restricted in timeless, it seing the light on arena is a shame and it not already being restricted is even worse, wasteland would and should be in the format (punish multicolor or fancy land base is good for the format) yet strip mine hits basics and thus with low free interactions and not much nonland fast mana the format is turning into cancer time with a bunch of strategies unable to follow on land destruction from usual midrange sultai decks, frogs, strip, tamiyo, recure strip mine (there's a green creature on 3 mana that get a…

March 31 BLB pack deal did not progress golden pack
I bought a BLB pack in the Daily Deals store for 10% off (900 gold) and it did not advance my golden pack progress. I was at 6/10 packs prior, and am still at 6/10 packs, even after reloading Arena.

Golden pack progress not awarded for Daily Deal pack on 3/31/25
The Daily Deals on 3/31/25 included a Bloomburrow pack, but no golden pack progress was awarded for purchasing it. I've seen a few other people on Reddit mention they experienced the same issue.

Break Out not functioning correctly
The card “Break Out” from Murders at Karlov Manor is putting cards on top of my library instead of into my hand, which is not what the card says to do. It is now a net card-disadvantage and is unplayable.

Brawl infinite loading
When loading into a brawl game the finding a match screen loads forever and doesn’t go into a draw ever. This has started with the first final fantasy update

Yorion Causing Sideboard to Only Show 7 Cards in Bo3
Platform: Mac, downloaded via Epic
Format: Historic Ranked Bo3
Deck: Yorion UW Control (see attached screenshot)
Issue: My deck has a 15 card sideboard, which is shown in the third screenshot. However, while sideboarding in Bo3 games, my sideboard was only showing the first seven cards (or rather, the first six plus Yorion in the Companion section of the mainboard - see first and second screenshots). I tested a companion-less version of this deck in the same format, and in that match, I could see my 15 card sideboard as normal, which leads me to believe that this bug is…

Master Pakku Translation Bug
I did lose one match, another 8k gemns entry fee because of translation error english to portguese in Master Pakku
In english it says “when it became TAPED” in portugese says “when it became UNTAPED” this terrible mistake FROM ARENA'S TRANSLATION made me take a bag game decision based on wrong information, more portuguese leanguage people sufered this and we all was talking about on discord

Game keeps kicking me to the lobby
I'm going to keep posting about this until it gets fixed.
I get kicked back to the lobby several times during a game. This causes many other issues aside from the sheer annoyance of it. Controls often break when I come back in (e.g, cannot click individual cards to attack), my timer starts to run out and sometimes I've lost my turn or even the entire game due to this. Managing time becomes impossible. It's difficult to manage responses when you get kicked out constantly. And, IT'S ANNOYING AF.

Ward warning with Redirect Lightning
My opponent controlled a creature with Ward 2. They attempted to kill my creature with a Blasting Jelly. I had one mana open, and paid 5 life to cast Redirect Lightning, attempting to redirect the ability to their own creature. The Arena client gives me a warning when I click on their ward creature that says if I do not pay the ward, the spell will be countered. I dismiss the warning and do it anyway, my spell resolves without any ward triggering, and their creature takes 5 damage.
