How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

quick draft
Quest to complete 3 Quick Draft matches did not count any matches and rewarded me nothing. It still shows 0/3. Clicking the icon also doesn't bring me anywhere either.

Did not receive Fleem avatar/sticker/sleeve
I did not receive the Fleem cosmetics having completed an Omenpath draft event.

Death by Vanilla not received
I have casted 7 creatures without abilities in a game and my opponent conceded on turn7.
I have not received this achievement.
Is it unobtainable currently? Or does "without abilities" mean something else?
Like, no keywords, no static effects, nothing other than a pure x/x creature without oracle text even?

Aetherworks Marvel not showing top 6 cards
Playing my Aetherworks Marvel deck in Historic. Since the update, whenever I activate the Marvel, it looks like the top card of my library is flipped/revealed, but that's the only card I can choose to cast. It used to show the top 6 in a pop-out window, but now it's just the top card. I can slide the top card away to reveal the 2nd card from the top, but can only click to play the top card.

Store Stuck "Waiting for Server"
I am unable to buy anything from the store - every time the screen stalls on "Waiting for Server."
I've closed and opened the program and the Epic launcher, I've restarted my computer, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still not working for me.
I'd like to buy the Pre-Release bundles for Avatar - hopefully we can resolve this before then

Soulflayer delve problem with commander
I cast Soulflayer by exiling Ketramose, the New Dawn(my commander) in the graveyard
I choose to return Ketramose to command zone after it's exiled
Soulflayer did not gain lifelink and indestructibleSoulflayer should gain lifelink and indestructible because it only checks the cards that were exiled by delve while you were casting it. It doesn't matter what happens to those cards after they've been exiled, so removing cards that were exiled via delve will not affect what abilities Soulflayer has. The tutorial is broken at shadow dragonhand
I have tried to complete the tutorial on an iPhone android phone and iPad and every time it freezes. I get to the bit where I summon 3 blockers, they do not appear then I cannot complete my go as the computer wants me to use them to block. So there is no way of taking my turn and I am locked in the tutorial and cannot make any progress.

Death by vanilla achievement did not trigger
Played a game where death by vanilla should have triggered but did not. The 5 creature spells I cast were:
Jibbirik Omnivore
Leatherback Baloth
Leatherback Baloth
Yargle, Glutton of Urborg
Rumbling BalothPlease fix this bug as grinding for these achievements has led to a miserable play pattern and I am not having fun doing so.

Card problems in tutorial
In the merfolk tutorial battle, after my first turn, all cards hover above the field and when a card is laid they float in the left side, clipping into each other. This makes the game **** near unplayable.
I already know how the game works but I can't access it until I pass the tutorial, which is impossible due to these issues.19 votes -
Paypal Loop
I've been trying to buy the Final Fantasy bundle, but your checkout isn't working. When I try to login into Paypal, it keeps starting me over. I've input the phone code correctly numerous times, I've tried logging in with password. It always ends with the prompt to put in my email or phone number again. Please fix this, or do you not like money?

Mistrise Village not programmed correctly
Mistrise Village makes a spell already on the stack uncounterable. This is not what the card does!

Set Completionist II
Set Completionist II not giving me credit for completing the Final Fantasy set. Please fix this, I spent so many Rares and Mythics on this. My only thought is FF of the Ages is also required, and if so, then its very misleading... Yes, I have 4x of every card in the Final Fantasy set, but not FF Of the Ages.

Hare Apparent bug
—Bug happening on ios—
Tried to make a Life Gain/Mill deck for Brawl using Hope Estheim as commander, and Hare Apparent as the main piece. I have 22 Hare Apparents in the deck list and when i save the deck it says “Invalid Deck: Too Many Copies of a Card.”21 votes -
Bug - Ozai, the Phoenix King Incorrectly Counting Unspent Mana

Above is a screen recording of my turn. I attack with Ozai generating 4 red mana, then tap a mountain and Pyromancer Goggles for for 6 total, Ozai gets flying and indestructible. I cast Whirling Strike for 2, the counter below the cards reflects that accurately at 3 remaining mana, Bayo gives me one more red for 5 total (2:20 in the video). Ozai gets the flying and indestructible animations after Bayo's mana is added to the pool. The damage step at 2:43 shows 5 mana with Ozai getting flying and indestructible.

Avatar Jump-In packs clearly not correct
I started an Avatar jump in and selected firebending and powerful as my packs. It came out with only 13 non-land cards. Clearly one or both of these packs did not populate the correct cards.

Kotis, the fangkeeper ability not working after update
Kotis is not working after the update. When kotis deals combat damage, it exiles your the top X cards of your opponents library and allows you to cast X cards for no mana, X being Kotis power. For two days I’ve been encountered this across multiple games. Since the update, once Kotis deals combat damage it displays a message that ask you to resolve, but once you do, it only exiles your opponents cards, but doesn’t allow you to cast anything.

Ugin bypassing target creature effect.
Strictly a bug or unintentional creature interaction. Ugin, eye of the storm seemingly negates the effect of Tectonic Giant. I've never encountered this issue before and it's always free damage if your enemy targets your Tectonic Giant as the effect takes place on the same step instants do. Just played a game where my enemy had 6 health remaining with Tectonic Giant and Calamity Bearer already on the field. Opponent casts Ugin, eye of the storm targeting my Tectonic Giant. Me thinking "wrong move you're about to eat that 6 damage"... nope. Just exiled my card and avoided the interaction…

Unable to use Mazemind Tome Artstyle despite owning the same set of card
Today's daily deal had the Parallax "Foundations" version of card Mazemind Tome.
I have the regular Foundations version of the card so I purchased the parallax version and went to my collection to apply it and it is not available. I have included a screen shot of the store showing it was purchased and no longer available. And another screen shot showing my collection with the regular Foundations card but not the parallax version I just purchased.63 votes
