Rare Bear Pet Award
I purchased the Kaldheim Mastery set and was not awarded the "rare" Bear pet prizes when the level had been attained.

Could not tap Scultpor of Winter to pay mana to add counters to Wildborn Preserver
I had Elvish Warmaster and Sculptor of Winter in play. I resolved a Wildborn Preserver during the opponent's attack, before blockers. I had two untapped lands after paying the two mana or Preserver. The Preserver entering the battlefield triggered the Warmaster to make a token, which triggered the Preserver's ability to add counters. I entered that I wanted to pay for counters for the Preserver, but I could not tap the Sculptor to add a third mana.

Kor Blademaster: double strike does not work (only the first strike)
This is the 2nd time I'm encountering this bug (also the case for Favored of Iroas).
The double strike on Kor Blademaster does not work. It only triggers first strike, not regular combat damage. I have had this happen in 6 games already in completely different scenario's.

installer does nothing
i click at mtg installer and nothing happens. tried a lot of times, it always worked, after unninstall and download the installer again it stoped working, i execute the installer and nothing happens. i have spent lot of money on cards in the game, you guys should fix that, or else everyone will have to know about this risk of losing the money you spend on this buggy game

Allow the purchase of Wild Cards with Gems or Coins
I have no clue why Hasbro or Wizards of the Coasts "hasn't thought of this"... but why can't we just buy Wild Cards with gems and or coins???
Like, if you are trying to constrict the growth of your video game, then I can see why you'd limit wild cards to opening packs... but, come on... this is literally the video game designed to grow the MTG brand, is it not? It seems the more people who see Arena as a video game with REASONABLE microtransactions, then the more LGS customers you create who want to buy booster boxes and…

[Error - Cant' update data please check connection] - only issue with a specific wifi
I can't play Arena in a certain house because the wifi connection seems to just not work with Arena? Everything else on my laptop (Zenbook) runs perfectly fine until I try to load Arena. Browsers, etc... all work perfectly fine. But when I load Arena it forces an update and then fails saying it can't update the data. Reinstalls do nothing. Very frustrating.

Premier Limited Tournaments on MTG Arena
I love to play limited on MTG Arena. I even made the top 1200 mythic in October, which qualified me for a standard qualifier weekend..
However, I miss that there are no serious tournaments for limited players. I would love to qualify for one of those for getting in the top 1200 limited queue. Or to participate in a limited Arena open event.
Also I have the feeling that there are a lot of people interested in limited if I watch the twitch channels. Even more so if there would be more premier limited tournaments play.

Show concede button after first timeout
The concede option is "hidden" under the settings button and I feel that most new players don't know it's there, so instead, they wait for 3 full timeouts to "concede" the game. After the first timeout, a button should pop up in the upper right next to the options to allow users to concede gracefully.

Chamber Sentry & Titan's Nest gameplay issues
1) Chamber Sentry should automaticly use all the colours available when casting it, e.g. Overgrown Tomb and Swamp should give black and green colours, not double black.
Also I can not cast Chamber Sentry using Chromatic Orrery or with it in play for x=5 in a tri colour deck, but can activate its 5 colour ability and Golos's ability too, don't know if it's a bug.2) Titan's Nest is implemented close to unplayable, because one has to chose manually every single card in the graveyard and can not choose them at once (i.e. x=y). The timer still runs out…

I was unable to cast Kazuul's Fury despite having enough mana
I was unable to cast Kazuul's Fury in a limited draft setting despite having enough mana. This was during my second main phase and then also during my opponent's first main phase. I lost the game because of this, and it was my 3rd loss in the draft.

Cast out bug
I was playing the Azor Control mirror match, but with decks slightly different. Mine is more oriented to Yorion and Omens, and opponent's deck more about the Narset and Memory combo. Opponent plays Cast out and exile my Teferi, Hero of Dominaria. Later in the game he plays Shark Typhoon, i try to catch a counterspell with Azcanta, but instead i get Heliod's Intervention. Shark Typhoon resolves and at the end of his turn i play Heliod's Intervention with X=2 targeting his Cast out and Shark Typhoon. The spell resolves and those two permanents are destroyed. Product suggestion
Two things 1) Always drawing the same hand and your opponent always drawing the same hand every round makes the game both predictable, and in some cases impossible to beat... faced Jace 6 times in the color challenge and lost everytime because I never drew a single card that could remove his sphinx or counter flying in anyway as Lilliana. 2) The life counter being in the center of the screen right on top of your hand is really annoying and gets in the way of selecting or even seeing your cards.

PreFab deck battle mode
It's getting harder and harder to win any games simply due to the cards available to me. Please have a mode where only the pre-fabricated decks are allowed and wins do count towards the dailies. It would be nice to have an even-playing field rather than playing "To Adventure" v a deck only filled with rares and mythics

Game automatically passed my turn when i had cards to play
I had a Rabid Bite in my hand, an indestructible Archon of Emeria with a +1/+1 counter into play and a Plains with Nissa's Zendikon, my opponent had a Ancient Greenwarden. I attacked with my Archon, my opponent blocked with his Ancient Greenwarden, and the game automatically passed the turn. I could have used Rabid bite to destroy his greenwarden with my animated land, thus resulting in a loss, since he didnt play any flying or reach creatures, and didn't destroy/exile my archon.

create quests for wildcards
How about quests for wildcards, instead of only gold. Or maybe a choice between gold and wildcards?

Lost by decking out, before shrines triggers
There was an occasion where where I had no deck, but I was suppose to win, since the rules say "Once a player's library is empty, that player doesn't lose the game until they try to draw a card and can't."
In my upkeep, I had the 2 black shrines, and another 4. My opponent had only 3 life, it should be enough so he dies in my upkeep, before I draw. But I lost instantly, before any upkeep trigger.2 votes -

juego partidas "No Clasificatorias" y gane o pierda la partida baja mi clasificacion
jugue un par de partidas clasificatorias normalmente y cuando quise jugar en partidas sin clasificar....
juego una partida "No Clasificatorias" que perdí y me bajo clasificación y luego jugué otra que gane y también bajo mi clasificación
es un doble error primero que el juego considera que estoy jugando clasificatorio (cuando me asegure de estar jugando en no clasificatorio, ademas que los nombres de los jugadores salen si la imagen de su respectiva clasificacion) y tambien esta filtrando mal los resultado de los match5 votes
