How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

WotC has used ending MWM codes from stores to decrease prizes for it.

Quests Glitch
I didn't get my quest materials (500 coins and the Crimson Vow pack). It stated I received it, but it isn't in my pack or coins.

Добрый день. На столе лежит Манаформовый Змей. Я разыгрываю Кровожадный Противник за 5 маны и разыгрываю Волшебная стрела из кладбища. Манформовый Змей, как положено, создаёт фишку 3/3 дракона НО ОНА МГНОВЕННО ИЗГОНЯЕТСЯ! Ни одна из указанных карт не содержит текст для такого результата!

format designer
I think it could be a good idea to have a custom format tool. For example I am organizing a test tournament in brawl but with 20 life points, sometime I am organizing tounament allowing only cards from the same set, all this is a bit boring to manage but it could be very easy with a fomat designer tool. And allowing to do things that are impossible with paper play

Unable to upload patch correctly. ~1 year of a repeated bug
Would be excellent if you used services to update your game correctly. Usually I cannot even log in for about 72 hours AFTER the patch is 'live'. There are services that help cache your update, helping everyone access the patch at the same time.
Last Thursday (11 Nov 2021) I was able to connect to your server around 19:45 -0800 UTC but not update my client until 24 hours later (12 Nov 2021, around 22:00 -0800 UTC).
Normally I cannot access your server and thus not queue into games while playing with an out of date build. My concern here…

magic missel was countered in game play on a player kill shot. it can not be countered, what gives. CIN NOT BE COUNTERED IS JUST THAT IS ABS
WHAT YOUSE IS THERE PLAYING ANY BLUE DECKS ANY MORE. MTG HAS BROKEN THE GAME. INSTEAD OF REMOVING THE CARDS THAT ARE BROKEN WE HAVE TO PAY THEM TO POLICE THERE MISTAKES FOR THEM. I BET KNOW WON FIXES THESE PEOBLEMS AND OR FRUSTRATION WILL GROW MONEY COUNTS WE DONT

Avabruck Caretaker/Hollowhenge Huntmaster
I don't understand why this card was printed. I played against this card in a draft and it was the singular most unfun experience I have ever had in my 20 years of playing Magic. Wizards did an absolutely amazing job of getting around the uninteractive hexproof mechanic when they introduced Ward and I don't understand who deemed it necessary to print a card like Hollowhenge Huntmaster

deck builder no longer saving progress
suggestion: fix the freezing on mobile clients.
on the android app since release of vow when the application freezes in the deck builder I am no longer given a pop-up asking if I'd like to continue editing where I left off.
the app freezes multiple times a day and has since MID for me. at least before vow if it froze in the deck builder I wouldn't lose any work I did. but now if it freezes it loses it all. twice now today I've had the app freeze while I was working on a deck and lost everything.

Submission error
Tried to submit an error here a few minutes ago. Got an error that said my post could not be uploaded (even though it will show up in a few minutes). If you press the submit button again, you will get the same message and your post will post again.
I attached a screenshot, but your website is broken and says that it can't be attached even though it is under 50MB and is a .png file.
WOTC, Get your IT department to fix this as this has been happening for over a year.

Error Getting Packs
iOS. Did not receive packs following premier draft and again after redeeming playVow code. 5 packs total.

foil slot
Foil Slot in drafting
I miss the random slot in drafting, it adds a lot to the draft experience and can significantly effect the draft for all 8 players. I understand this card would not be foil but I would love to see the addition of this random slot. It would certainly help prevent bomb rares from taking over as the general power level of decks would increase, as well as increasing average deck's synergy

Legendary Rares
PLEASE STOP with the legendary rares. You almost never use more than 1 or 2 in a deck and it just feels terrible every time I ***** a pack and its the 3rd or 4rth copy of a legendary rare. I don't know if it's intentional but it feels very much like a scam. JUST STOP IT.

Bug and Follower
Hi, can we please get the new Ghost-Cat card as a follower for MTGA? It costs 2 Mana (1 colorless, 1 blue), has 1/1 and you draw a card when it deals combat damage. It can be played out of the graveyard so that it becomes an enchantment. It would be just too cute as a follower.
And secondly there is a graphics bug with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild. When it's played, all cards start to flicker with a yellow glow like crazy.

During my MTGA premier draft, i clicked to join a match. The game crashed after the match has been found and i was able to log in again after my opponents first turn.
However, all the cards in my hand was struck in the middle of screen (ne w draws worked properly) covering the board completely and not letting me interact with any of my opponents creatures.
Log file is provided. Event occured roughly around 10.10 AM GMT today.
I would like to see my draft reimbursed.

Kicked out of Innistrad Quick Draft
I was at 0 games played in an Innistrad: Midnight Hunt Quick draft, and, when Crimson Vow was released, the Quick Draft was terminated and I received only the rewards for 0 wins.
