How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Casting spells with alternative costs
You can't cast spells from exile using alternative costs if you do not have the mana open with lands eg: using phyrexian mana or convoke. They only work if you have enough mana open to pay the original casting cost.

Wild cards not redeeming properly/Lost wild cards
Deck building hang while attempting to craft cards. Took 3x the wild cards needed and still hasnt given me cards. Please refund my wildcards.

More red cards that ruin random ranked match that should be banned
Urabrask's forge.
Everything else in the "Red Deck Wins" or its variants.It's just not good for random matches if you print all these overpowered one and two mana cost cards and then not restrict their use within random ranked games. You can't use a sideboard. You can't pull the cards you need out of your deck.
Decks that can consistently win in four to five turns are not good for any game what-so-ever. They just completely ruin the game for players who want a good fun game.

Code not working
I recently bought one of my first decks in a local store but the code inside for mtg arena is not working, i keep getting the message that it was "invalid or already used" is there any support i can get for this issue?

Have spent hundreds of dollars this month...
FIX your shuffler and the RNG. Some of the things that are happening are not statistically possible. You're losing customers daily. I've spent thousands of dollars on this game and will not spend another cent until you FIX IT.

Been playing for over 3 years MTG Arena and Im tired
Im ******* tired of this ****** library shuffle. Its impossible to get good games when EVERY ******* GAME its always the same. First hand always 7 lands and 0 speels, then a ******* mulligan to only get ******* spells only. Fix your ****** deck shuffle algorhytm for once.

fix shuffler/algo, quit making people loose before they can even play
Diamond 1 playing a deck with 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 non creatures.
First hand, had 1 land, 1 creature 5 spells, these odds are 1 in 100,00.
Second hand, had 1 basic island, rest idr. These odds are also super low, as i literally only have 1 basic island. Fix the shuffler/algo we came to play magic not bend over for the shuffler.4 votes -

Fix the shuffler, hand started off with good ratio from my deck build, i use 18 lands 21 creatures 21 non creatures. Diamond 1
by turn 4 i had 5 lands, literally half my cards seen.
Turn 6 ANOTHER LAND

Time ran out while waiting for opponents stacks to complete
I was playing against a token deck where they had amassed hundreds of tokens. I played The One Ring to sheild for the turn but they attacked anyways which then caused my timeouts to start to run while I waited for hundred of tokens to attack. This caused me to lose the game. It told me I needed to make a move but I had no move to make cause I was waiting for his token stacks to finish attacking.
My timeouts should not have started during my opponents attack phase and I should not have lost because of this.…

Lifelink on Creature Without Double Strike Triggers Twice When Damage is Dealt by Creature with Double Strike
I applied double strike using twinferno to a creature attacking Atraxa. Atraxa does not have first strike or double strike. So when my creature deals first strike damage, Atraxa does not deal damage to it. Atraxa ONLY deals damage on the normal damage phase. But the opposing player received 14 health (double Atraxa’s power) because my creature hit it twice. But Atraxa only dealt 7 damage that turn.

Generous plunderer bug
Generous plunderer reads, when it attacks it deals damage to defending player equal to the number of artifacts they control. I am playing generous plunderer, my opponent has 3 artifacts and i have 5 yet the plunderer is registering as doing 7 damage on attack

Text invisible in settings
Using Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, both in cover screen and in inner screen.
After using the application for a while (either playing a match or browsing around the menus) all text in the settings becomes invisible. Both the main settings menu and the inner Gameplay and Audio menus.
When restarted, the text is visible again, and then stops being visible after using the app for a while.
The language chooser's items seem unaffected, but only when it's openez.4 votes -
Reconnect latency unacceptably slow
When reconnecting, after the loading screen is gone, it always takes at minimum 20s of 'Currently Waiting' before it finds the match. This seems unreasonablly high, especially considering that the client has already detected the match in progress. It's also significantly slower than it used to be (10s) and significantly slower than matchmaking time (usually ~10s).
Usually, this results in me missing a turn, and, if I'm really unlucky, missing a land drop (which is basically game over). Combined with a forced client restart when changing connections (the game hangs indefinitely on 'waiting for server connection'), this is a really…

raid bombardment failed to trigger on two occasions in one game
Previously – even earlier today! – gnome tokens created by Anim Pakal would trigger Raid Bombardment. In my last game, the triggers just stopped happening.
