How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

final fantasy
It's June 10th and I'm unable to open my pack. I purchased all the pre-release items and I waited till Midnight last night and it didn't open. Figured maybe all of the USA needs to be at midnight. So I waited till this morning and it's still not letting me open my items. I tried on my tablet, mobile phone, and even my PC just in case it may have been an app related bug. Can't add some cards in my deck's sideboard
I was building a jeskai omniscence deck but some cards can't be added to sideboard, I tryed to exit from deck building page and return, and also to close and restart MTG Arena but the problem persist, and precisely I noticed that this happens with certain cards of my deck: the ones on the first column from left in my case.

Play a creature
Play and equip Mystery key
Attack with the creature, Mystery Key triggers and is sacrificed
Play Arna Kennerud
Play Sword of Ice and Fire
Play Forged Anew, bringing back Mystery Key
Equip the Sword using Forged Anew's 0 mana alternate cost
Game immediately jumps to next phase, as if I have no mana available
I still have mana available - unable to equip Mystery Key, even though Forge Anew should let mePC - Steam

Casting a card without enough mana issue
I would like to know how it is possible to cast primeval beauty when the person only has three land, two of them green, one colorless, and one creature for green, the other creature for green is locked. It takes a total of six mana to even cast it, five colorless, and one green! She had nothing else that would even be indicative of her being able to cast that.

Sundering Eruption does not work
Sundering Eruption does not make flying creatures unable to block. Taken multiple screenshots.

Too many time wasting 250 card ridiculous decks
Too many players roping on purpose and or showing up with 250 card decks mostly consisting of cards that waste your timer.
Cards with ridiculous effects wasting timer such as Erebus intervention with no valid targets or uninstalled labyrinth asking you to return non existent imprint.
Mill cards taking up minutes of my turn just to watch effects resolve.
Players wanting to escape alchemy are forced to play pioneer or standard
Temporal anchor causes you to lose game due to screen being flooded by cards in exile and not being able to click on hand.
Damping spheres additional cost effect…

Sideboard
Claims all systems operational. Guess sideboard isn’t a system. Are you fixing this or what. Best of 3 sb in operational.
Put lessons in sb cast divide by zero says no lessons cuz it only gives me access to bo1 sb

Screen don't change in smartphone
The screen doesn't change when I turn the smartphone upside down. This is bad because the socket is on the left side and the game only allows me to play in the upside down position.

Overcharged for gems
Sorry, I can’t find any other way to file this complaint on your site. I’ve been buying the $19.99 gem deal but I’ve been apparently getting charged $39.98 each time. It’s happened at least five times I can see. Can someone help me?

Effet de carte qui ne marche pas
Bonjour, je tiens à signaler que l'effet de la carte "Aéromoto véloce" qui consiste stipule "Quand ce véhicule arrive, exilez jusqu'à une créature ciblée." Cependant quand j'ai joué cette carte, plusieurs fois, l'effet ne fonctionnait pas, alors que j'avais sélectionné une créature adverse. Ce bug m'a fait perdre mon draft, donc j'ai gaspillé des ressources à cause d'un bug.

Is this really a deck for jump in? do you really consider this temur deck a balanced deck?

Add Angel of Serenity
I understand Pioneer is “complete” on Arena. I regret to ask for Angel of Serenity to be added.
Beyond nostalgia, this card sees competitive play from time to time and will see multiple MTGO tops to come.
Although Pioneer is lacking support for it’s competitive realm, Angel will soon be a contender in the meta to come.
Please put in Angel of Serenity into Pioneer on Arena.
If this is a trivial task, please let me know. I would love to assist in whatever coding or work would need to done to accomplish this.

Autopay for colored mana tapped Pain Land instead of sacrificing Treasure while at 1 Life
Problem with Autopay logic: while at 1 Life in a game of Ranked Standard and with three Treasure tokens & an untapped Llanowar Wastes, playing a spell that cost a single black mana (B) caused the game to kill me by tapping the Pain Land for a B rather than sacrifice a Treasure for the B
Autopay shouldn't be allowed to kill you if there are other options

Verification email
Users should be informed that they only have 10 minutes to use the email verification button or verification link. If they miss this timeframe, instead of just an error, there should be a link to request another verification email be sent to their email after confirming their email address (I discovered that currently the only way to do this is to try logging in to the overarching wizards account and that will give me the resend link...but it should just come with the error). I have had someone from Wizards send me an email saying "I sent you another link"…
