How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

infinite timeout in quick draft event
Opponent in BRO quick draft event is not running out of time for mulligan. Has been going for about 5 minutes now.

Game crashes and I lose.
Mid game quick draft match, my turn, opponents priority. Goes to timer. Stays on timer for 5 mins nothing happens. Close the game then reopen and I got a loss.

solphim
Had Solphim out, and an invasion of Tarkir on the board with 5 counters on it. Cast Lightning Bolt on the invasion on my opponent's turn. Solphim says doubles non-combat damage from sources you control but only dealt 3 damage instead of 5 to the invasion.

Ossification bug and freeze bug
Hi. So I would like to report two bugs:
One is that sometimes during matches my ossification gets bugged and I'm unable to play it. This has made me lose ranked matches that I could've otherwise won. Im playing selesnya enchantments.
The other bug is that sometimes (while using my Android phone) the game stops working and freezes. This happens way too often and I have to close and open the game everytime, which takes time and could make me lose the opportunity for an action during my turn.

Bug with Jinnie Fay + Divine Visitation
Was playing historic brawl and had Jinnie Fay out as well as Divine Visitation. Several times, I created tokens, selected them to enter as dogs, per Jinnie Fay’s effect, with the expectation that they’d enter as angels per Divine Visitation’s replacement effect. This failed at least 6 times, yet it worked only once creating an angel.

Thrun, Breaker of Silence bugged
Today during gameplay my Thrun, Breaker of Silence was targeted and exiled by The Kami War (5 coloured spell).

The sound is intermittent,some sounds come through but most do not, any suggestions?

Keep alchemy cards the **** in alchemy
the audacity of putting broken alchemy cards that conjure extra cards into your deck/hand/graveyard out of thin ******* air is a spit in the ******* face.

Opponent conceded… i get a game loss
My opponent conceded game one but still get the game win. After i lost game 2 i lost the whole match.
Played on ios. Format BO3 Explorer.

Color Challenge incompletable - "Waiting for The Server"
When trying to start the last battle of the color challenges, I see "Waiting for The Server..." indefinitely. This is the case for all 5 of the color challenges, and only for the final step. I'm playing on Windows 10, and can find no workaround. I can't seem to progress through the rest of the game before completing these challenges so it seems like a pretty major issue.

No other Coppercoat in play & Lightening cast demands Ward cost 1Those were key events. Somewhere in the turns, I had played my first Adversary(unkicked), then he exiled it.
P.S. Thalia too stronk against my two Standard competitive decks and feels like any splash of white…

adventure autotap
Make the autotapper count the creature spell when casting an adventure. For example, when casting elusive otter with one land left over, it should consider the otter as a castable spell and leave an island untapped

Not enough space on a board on mobile
I played ranked match of explorer but i had to loose a match even tho i was winning, because... i couldn't legend rule the Yorion, that were OUTSIDE OF MY VIEW. I conceded because of that, so i don't lose much time. And i lost the other match. I would see this could be happening on other devices, but I'm using Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro

運営はマッチングを作為的に操作しています
問い合わせで「マッチメイキング、シャフラー、コイントスなどを含む当社のアルゴリズムは、十分にテストされ、意図したとおりに機能していることを保証します」との回答を2度に渡って頂きました。
しかし、このサイトのフィードバックですら「不正なプログラムが存在している。」「マッチングやライブラリーは操作されている。」などの書き込みが数多く見受けられます。(日本人だけでなく、海外のプレイヤーも同じ被害に遭っているそうです)
また、運営からの回答に「意図したとおりに機能している」とありますが、これは「マッチメイキング、シャフラー、コイントスなどは、運営が意図した通りに動かすことができる」と解釈することもでき、
「完全にランダムである」という趣旨の内容は書かれてはおらず、運営がマッチメイキング、シャフラーなどを作為的に操作していることを明確に否定していません。ネット上に書かれている「不正なプログラムが存在している。」や「マッチングうやライブラリーは操作されている。」などの内容は事実なのではありませんか？
運営がマッチングやライブラリー等のランダム要素を作為的に操作していないのであれば、それを証明してください。
私はいくらか課金しましたが、公式から作為的な操作をしていないことが証明されない場合に課金額を全額返金して欲しいと思っています。
が、法律的にそれは難しいようなので、運営に不正操作を改善してもらうための一番の近道は、やはり「MTGアリーナをやらない」ことです。不正操作に不満を感じた方は、プレイ自体をやめてしまいましょう！

Serra's Emissary Can't Choose All Card Types
Game functionality doesn't match card rules, and so remains inconsistent with paper card rulings e.g. "Planeswalker" is not a selectable option.
