How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    On the mobile version I got a store error, it says that it can't get the products. Everything else works nice.

  3. waiting for server - shop

    The mtga client works fine except for the store tap.
    Each time I try to enter the shop the client gets stuck in black screen waiting for the server. All other functionalities work as they should.

  4. Nahiri sleeve missing

    I prepurchased the Zendikar bundle before Sept 17 and received the Jace and Nahiri sleeves. After the patch and after modifying my decks, I noticed I don't have my Nahiri sleeve anymore.

    Please help!

    I do see two "default" sleeves - One next to the Jace sleeve. Is this supposed to be the Nahiri one and is it glitched?

  5. Promo Sleeves Missing

    The Strixhaven promo sleeves for each College (unlocked with "RockJocks," "DebateDuelists," etc) were unlocked and available to me PRIOR to Strixhaven's release, but now that it's out, they've changed back to regular default sleeves, and the codes are no longer useable to try and re-access them.

  7. Strixhaven Store Error

    Tried to purchase Strixhaven Mastery Pass:
    Store Error - No gems used up but no Pass and not available to purchase in the store

    Tried to redeem "PlayStrixhaven":
    Success but no packs; second try failure

    Tried to purchase a few Strixhaven pack:
    Store Error No packs purchased, no gold spent each time

    Restarted client:
    No Strixhaven Mastery Pass in store, no delayed purchase

    Restarted desktop:
    No Strixhaven Mastery Pass in store, no delayed purchase

    Restarted client without account information "remembered":
    No Strixhaven Mastery Pass in store, no delayed purchase
    BUT was able to purchase Strixhaven Packs with gold

  9. "Unable to get products"

    I haven't been able to access the store since the last android update. I've looked everywhere but I haven't found other people posting this problem. I tried reinstalling but it didn't fix the error

  10. MTGA store doesn't load

    Whenever I try to access the MTGA store in the game client, it does not load and just continues to "waiting for the server...". It does not stop loading and does not show any error.

    Steps done:
    1. Restart mtga, open store, same issue, "Waiting for the server..."
    2. Reinstalled mtga, open store, issue not fixed.

    Is there an issue in accessing the mtga store? Please fix it ASAP!

  12. Store error — internal error

    Whenever I go to the store, I get an error message. It goes away, but like so many similar unfixed bugs in Arena for iOS, it’s annoying, unnecessary, and constant.

  13. playstrixhaven code didn't give me 3 packs

    I entered the playstrixhaven code in the MTGA store a few minutes ago. But I didn't receive any packs. I should've received 3 strixhaven packs. Please fix this.

  14. Store Error

    Hi there!

    I wanted to get the John Avon Unstable Land card styles for months and now they should be available in the store. I write should be, because they were shown to me at first, but after I bought gems to get them, they are not shown in the store anymore. I expect that is an error of some sort and they will be available again. Else I spent 20€ for no reason.

    Long loading time when opening store. "Waiting for server" spinner spins forever (i manually aborted after 10min)

  17. Store Error Unknown Error when purchasing welcome bundle

    Hi,

    When I try and purchase the One Time Purchase - 2500 Gems & 5 Packs bundle in the Store for $4.99 on my account Lambdadelta#25904, I get an error message that reads "Store Error Unknown Error" and cannot proceed. This has been the case for several days. Please advise.

    When I try to buy gems (i always buy 1600 $9.99), on the paypal page, it seems to think im buying 11,600 gems (see pic)!!
    This has happened for a while now. After 5 or 6 attempts it finally recognises that im trying to purchase 1600 and its fine after that. pretty annoying.

  19. Given gem rewards instead of mythic card despite not having all mythics collected in set

    I bought an Ikoria pack using coins and when I opened it, in place of a mythic/rare card I received a card that said gems on it. When I hovered over the card it says I have collected all mythic cards in the set despite not having collected all mythic cards.

  20. Mastery pass number of days is too short (2 months instead of 3 months) to complete the rewards

    I bought the mastery pass. The game says the mastery pass lasts for about 3 months. However this mastery pass only lasts for 2 months. That is not enough days to complete all the levels of the mastery pass as usual. You need to either lower the number of days of the reward structure or give bonus XP to make up for the lost days.
