How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

hand smoothing system
what is wrong with arena after updating i can't seem to draw anything but land?? i lost 2 games because of it. the picture below is from my 2nd game since i thought the 1st time maybe it's just bad luck but 2 games in a row?? there's gotta be something wrong with it. all of the nonland cards in my hand is from my initial hand, 3 lands & 4 spells. after that, i drew what? 6 lands in a row??!! can u guys check the hand smoothing system? & it's if it's possible can i get some compensation…

Ban Fires of Invention in Brawl
The card is insanely broken. Free Commanders every turn, and how convenient that you can now use your freed-up lands to pay commander tax? If you can't get it off the battlefield, you just lose every time. It's unfun, oppressive, and uninteractive Magic.

Ban Esika, God of the Tree in Brawl
Esika makes an enchantment your commander (basically impossible to deal with for red / black, limited counterplay in other colors except for counterspell tribal) that easily drops turn 4 and proceeds to then guarantee free bombs every turn after. And you can still cast any bombs you draw each turn as well. Sprinkle in some mana rocks and removal with your bombs and it's usually a guaranteed win. You can try placing it as a "Tier 1" commander but I think it's bad enough that a ban will be the only practical solution.

People quit when they lose
People shut down the game when they are about to lose forcing you to sit through up to 4 timeouts.
It is actually event more time waiting because you have to wait until it is their turn again after the 4 timeouts and wait for the 30 second time to go off again. All because they lost and don't have the decency to concede

Battle Summary/History
Sometimes visual effects are so quick that I don't know what happened. It would be nice to be able to review a transcript of the battle after it is done so I can see what actually happened in places where I was confused without slowing down the actual battle (and sometimes I can't see the card any more once the effect takes place, such as if it was exiled). While a text log would suffice, with the level of visual polish already presented, I would recommend allowing users to step (forward/backward, and maybe navigate a timeline with turn numbers) through…

Nyx Land on Store
Hello,
I will wish to obtain the alternative Nyx Land available in the Théros expansion unless I am mistaken. I contacted support, who then referred me to this forum.
Unfortunately, I only had time to copy the response.
For information, I ask the MTG Arena service to be able to make these alternative cards accessible in different ways:
- Either by exchanging tokens, and thus allow interested and concerned players to unlock these cards,
- Either through the store in exchange for gems and / or gold for a limited period and also renewable (why not once a month).

Missing Cards from Library
I knew that I had opened a "Counterspell" card during my draft but couldn't find it in my library. So I made a new deck and fiddled with the "standard/historic/etc. formats until the search bar found the card. I added it to my deck to make a single card deck to prove I owned it. When I hover over the card it reads: not legal in Historic. Why am I unable to use a product that I paid for? I believe that a number of unknown cards are experiencing the same problem. L’effet produit n’est pas le même que l’effet annoncé. La carte cible les enchantements à la place des créatures.

Turn skipping
Another day, another bug to report....
During the Workshop Power & Glory, my turns were getting skipped. I'd draw, play on 1st main phase then it was opponent's turn. I was not able to attack or play any cards in 2nd main phase. My opponent did not have any abilities causing me to lose half my turn.

Add "not equal" to subtype filter
Doing
t!=equipmentdoesn't seem to work with the filter. Being able exclude types from showing with other types would be an amazing addition:
t=enchantment and t!=aura
t=artifact and t!=equipment
t=cleric and t!=human

Back button
Hi, I know this is just a small thing - but a back button would be nice - so you don't have to go like: quick draft --> deck --> main menu --> quick draft - but just quick draft --> deck --> back to quick draft. Thanks.

Limited Time Option
Hi, I have a hard time controlling my time with magic arena - and I think it would be nice if you could add an option so that you can only play a limited amount of games each day (you'd have to tick this under settings) and then you couldn't change this setting untill for example a certain date. I currently use a software blocker - which entirely blocks my access to the game for a couple of days - but that means I miss out on some daily quests. If I don't have the blocker - I tend to…

You should be able to undo a Dungeon selection
I selected the option in Tombs of Annihilation "Oubliette", which I originally misread the "Discard a card and sacrifice a creature, an artifact, AND a land" as "... OR a land", so I wanted to undo the option since I did not have an artifact to sacrifice. This made me sacrifice a creature on the battlefield that I needed to not lose the next turn, which caused me to lose the game. If I could undo the option and select the other option, I would not have lost the game.

When I try to play land, it just goes back to my hand and can't be played onto the battlefield.

Spontaneous Loss
So far, I have experienced two events of spontaneous loss. Both occurred on my turn, I did not concede the match or mistakenly do so, and my opponents had no active effects in play that would cause me to lose in such a way. Long and short of it, I suddenly lost for no logical reason. My internet connection is solid, so it's not that. Included the log of the most recent Spontaneous Loss. Very frustrating when you're playing ranked.
WotC, get this on lock. TIME NOW.

Main page/ no friend icon or bottom icon
As in the description, I can’t see any friend icon ( I can’t invite or have a challenge with a friend ) nor there are the prize icons in the bottom of the screen

Lost a game due to other players inaction
Just lots a game during an opponent’s upkeep while they did not play. Unsure how to recreate, They simply did not play anything and burned 4 time outs, after which I was forced to concede. I could not play cards, tap lands, or end my turn, had the bug not occurred I would have won the game on my next turn. The opponent had one card in hand, all lands untapped.
