How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

limited only account
I have asked this before but I ask again. I deeply enjoy magic I really do its one of the few things I can say yes I do enjoy not just like something I do to pass time but actually enjoy. But the enjoyment of it is heavily limited to the limited formant aka draft/sealed. I can not stand any form of constructed and the time it takes to get a draft entry and then if that goes bad to get another just makes me not want to play and I am VERY limited on money like living on hand outs levels. So I guess what I am asking is for another hand out…can I have an account or something that lets me only play limited like all of it but…free? Like I don't even care about the collection at all I just want to do limited things.

product suggesttion
Had Ashling, Flame Dancer equipped with Basilisk Collar (deathtouch and lifelink). I triggered Magecraft twice (2 damage to each opponent and each creature they control). 2 damage gets marked on opponents creatures, but they lived, and I never gained the life.

United Front Encumbered Reejerey
I used United Front for 5 creating 3 token that did receive their +1/+1 counter as intended. However I had two Encumbered Reejerey in play that still had a -1/-1 counter on them and they didnt receive +1/+1 counter.

game freeze on attack and got back to menu
I was attacking when the game suddendly froze,
I could not attack.

試合の途中で強制終了される。リザルトも出ない。引き分けも。
試合の途中で、基本的にこちらが有利のパターンで対戦相手のターンに画面がサーバーとの通信と出てぐるぐるしブラックアウトして試合が強制終了する。勝ち負け引き分けのリザルトも表示されずいきなりホーム画面に戻る。音楽も対戦時のまま。前にもあったが早く原因の調査をお願い致します。あまりにも酷いバグ。

Arena su mobile crasha dopo avvio incontro e mi ha fatto perdere gemme in evento draft
Da ieri sera ho provato ad avviare degli incontri in evento prrmier draft. Dopo la ricerca avversario e l inizio dell incontro app crasha, facendomi perdere automaticamente la partita...ho perso 1500 gemme a causa di questo problema

Deck Companions Missing From Newly Created Decks
Since the launch of Lrwyn Ecliped, companions are missing from the Deck Builder.
1. - From the Arena main page, select DECKS then the deck you want a companion to appear when playing.
- Navigate to DECK DETAILS/COMPANIONS
- No companions are available to be selected, even ones bought in the store (SCREENSHOT 1)Windows 11
All companions earned or purchased are missing.
Repairing the game files as suggested does not fix the bug.
NOTE: decks that were created before the launch of ECL that were assigned a companion will still display the last companion deisgnated, but no other companions that would otherwise be available can be selected (SCREENSHOT 2)

Can't change deck type
in the deck building screen, when I open deck details and I click the drop down box to change the deck type/format, the drop down box shows up on the layer underneath the deck stats making it impossible to click a different format/type. To change the deck type I have to manually create a new deck in the different format and manually add all the cards. This is very annoying and makes it very time consuming to change deck types/formats.

Adept Watershaper and Great Forest Druid not playing nice
When I have both Adept Watershaper on the board and the mana dork Great Forest Druid, if I move to block with Druid, and have no spells to cast, Arena skips past allowing me to tap Druid for mana, thus making it indestructible. Instead it just moves to damage and assuming attacker has power 4 or more, kills my Druid. I should be able to tap for mana, waste the mana, and make Druid indestructible.
I haven't tried taking control of all steps and do it manually.1 vote -

Server connection lost January 2026. Computer game and mobile app are not working.

goblin sharpshoter didn't untap after creature dying
I tapped goblin sharpshoter for 1 damage in response to a spell targeting another creature. after that creature dying goblin sharpshoter didn't untap resulting in loosing the game.
give me my money back!

Store Not Working On mac
Title seems self explanatory.
I play on a 2025 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.6.1, it runs the game without issue and I've been able to use the Arena shop in the past. Wanted to pick up some wild cards to craft Badgermole Cub and hop on the mono-green bandwagon but attempting to use the shop just leads to a forever state of "Waiting for Server."
I have restarted the game, launcher, computer, and uninstalled/reinstalled. I no longer have any interest in spending the money but the issue persists and was annoying to deal with.

The Appa Companion seems to occesionaly clip through the background of cards

Doppelgang crashed the game again and again
X= 6 having Doubling Season. crashed. simple yet never fixed from ages ago.

Foggy Swamp Vinebender bug
I experienced a bug today in Avatar Premier Draft on Android.
I attacked with a Foggy Swamp Vinebender. My oppoent blocked with a Walltop Sentries. If I understand correctly since the sentries are only power 2 they should not have been able to block the Vinebender.
I did not see any spells or effects go off that would increase the power of the Sentries.

Couldn’t block after a client crash on iPad
I was playing Sealed Lorwyn and was 6-2, and about to win my 7th game.
The game took a very long time with a slow opponent. Then his deck ran out, so he did one final desperate attack. All I had to do was block and I’d win, but for some reason my client crashed!
I opened the client as fast as I could, but once I was back in I couldn’t drag/select any characters to block.
I tried reopening the client and again it didnt work.My opponent had this elf that when it attacks it has to be blocked if able. So The first thing I did was assign one creature to block that elf. Instantly after I did that, the crash occured. Ever since I logged back in, assigning any blocker became impossible.
I ended up losing the game by running out of time to assign blocks. It felt like the game crashed and couldn’t handle block assigning as soon as that elf attacked… his entire board hit my face and I couldn’t do anything.
Most frustrating experience I ever had playing… this was a guaranteed win in a paid format, so missing out on gems because of a bug is super frustrating.

Game crashes on galaxy 24 ultra when opening the store
After the most recent update on galaxy s24 ultra, everytime I try to open the store my game crashes. Im trying to get in to purchase the daily deal (draft token). After a couple of tries I get a message from my phone stating there is a bug.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild infinite loop when you cast Mythweaver Poq !
Ashaya, Soul of the wild on the table. If you cast Mythweaver Poq gets stuck in infinite loop.

Spell Targeting issue with Giantfall
When in full control I targeted my creature with a giantfall. After selecting my creature I then was unable to target an opponents creature.
PC/Steam
I should be able to select an opponents creature after selecting my own while using giantfall.
