How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

cannot start a match
match making stalls in various stages sometimes abandoning the match after some time other times stays stuck without the opportunity to keep or mulligan

game won't continue or end
The game get's stuck in the loading screen and when it does load into a match, it gets stuck in the mulligan phase as if the opponent isn't there and will run the timer, but not end the game. when I try to concede to go back to the home screen it does not end the game.

Games Start Without Options, End Up Timing Out
When trying to play a game of standard on iPad, I get matched with an opponent and sometimes get to select my hand, but then don’t receive any further prompts. After some time, the timeout clock shows up and eventually runs out, but I still never get to act. Once the timer runs out, there isn’t any further visual indicator, and the game does not end.
I’ve tried starting a few games today and haven’t been able to get to the point of being able to play cards yet.10 votes -
Can’t Play the Game at all
Whenever I try to play any type of mtg game like historic I find an opponent but when I enter the match I’m stuck with no cards and I can’t do anything they don’t have cards either but my time runs out but the line disappears also I can’t even concede it won’t let me I’m on IOS I don’t know how to fix this and also some times if I get cards I can’t play them and my time runs out but never actually kills me

Server unresponsive, game is hanging on most actions.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch MTG Arena and log in
Enter any match (tested with multiple new matches)
Attempt any game actionPlatform: PC
Actual results: Game actions hang or respond with significant delay. Client UI remains responsive but server acknowledgment of actions is slow or times out. Issue persists across multiple matches and client restarts.
Expected results: Game actions should process immediately with normal server response times.
Additional context: Status page (magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io) shows all systems operational during the issue, suggesting either a localized routing problem or an issue not (yet) captured by their monitoring.10 votes -
Paypal Loop
I've been trying to buy the Final Fantasy bundle, but your checkout isn't working. When I try to login into Paypal, it keeps starting me over. I've input the phone code correctly numerous times, I've tried logging in with password. It always ends with the prompt to put in my email or phone number again. Please fix this, or do you not like money?

Back button in Deck Info screen (premier draft) is non-functional
When in the Deck Info screen within premier draft deck building , there’s a glitch where the back button does not go back to the Deck Builder screen. I’m on iPhone iOS 18.6.2. This happens consistently to me since the Avatar release. The only way to get out of the Deck Info screens is to exit the draft and restart the “Build Deck”.

Bloom Tender
I noticed that according to the Set Color for rarity that Bloom Tender is a Mythic Rarity when attempting to craft it with wildcards it comes up requiring only Rare Wildcards.

MTG Arena Astelli Reclaimer's abilities are not working. it says when the card "ENTERS" the ability should trigger. I've warped , summoned and summoned from exile. Nothing happened.

Donnie's Bo Disappeared
Donnie's Bo showed up in a pack I opened on the Arena but is no where to be found in my collection. Nor does it show up if I search for it in "Not Collected"

Daily/Weekly Quests doesn't appear - Bug
Every day, I try to check my daily mission in the game, but it simply doesn't appear. I can't collect my coins, and it's frustrating. I'll have to stop playing the game.
I've tried everything: reinstalling, logging out, installing on iOS, but it's always the same. Either the mission doesn't appear, or the mission space appears but the mission is never there; it always says it's counting down to a new one, but I never get the reward.
I have a friend in the exact same situation, and you haven't given him any answer.
PS: I've already finished the tutorial and also clicked to complete all tutorials, but it didn't help.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 giving wrong reward
Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass level 4 gave 3 packs of EOE instead of Lorwyn Eclipsed. The EOE packs are still in my inventory, please remove these and issue the correct 3 Lorain Eclipsed packs

Auto-Stops do not account for Don & Raph Hard science's mana reduction.
I was unable to stop after attacking with Don and Raph's Hard science even though I had an instant I could cast with it's cost resduction ability.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Weekly Jump in Event - Only given a single type of Mana
I opened the Giants pack as well as the Elementals pack for my Weekly Jump in Event and was given a mana split of
x13 Plains
X1 Forest
x1 IslandHowever, my cards are all red/green based with one card having an optional blue cost and another an optional white cost. This makes no sense and makes essentially every game I play unwinnable. there is only one other card in my deck that gives me the opportunity to play another forest or mountain for cards in my deck that require more than one forest or mountain. This deck is unplayable and with only one card having a partial white alignment my entire mana base is messed up and makes no sense.

Incorrect Battle Pass Rewards awarded (lvl 4 Lorwyn Mastery Pass)
I just got to level 4 on the Lorwyn Eclipsed battlepass, expecting to get three Lorwyn Eclipsed packs as rewards.
However, I have just been awarded 3 Edge of Eternities packs instead of the expect packs.
Please see the attached screenshots. Can you please issue the correct packs?

Picked Elves + Blighted, got BG deck with 4 color equal split mana base. Screenshot is self-explanatory

Sparky
Just get rid of sparky. It's not a hard app to use. My 5 year old figured it out. Sparky is annoying and there is no way to shut off her voice yelling at me every time I open the app or leave a game. I'll try and log in once a week until she's gone.
