How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. CRITICAL Bug: It is possible to run certain Illegal Cards in Alchemy

    You can currently run certain cards that should not be legal in the Alchemy format in Alchemy. This was tested on PC.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a deck for the Timeless format. Include only Alchemy legal cards. Then, add cards that an Alchemy card conjures into the deck as well. Examples are Siege Rhino (conjured by Call the Crash) or Lightning Bolt (conjured by Idris, the Hydrostatic Surge).
    2. Switch the deck's format to Alchemy and return to the deck view screen. The illegal cards will be highlighted in red, but no prompt will appear to inform of…

  2. disconect and game loss

    I was playing a game on "Cube Draft", when my game crashed while using a brainstorm and I was not reconnected to the game, returning to the cube's home screen. After a few seconds the game marked a loss for me.

  3. Subject: Game Freeze Bug – Request for Fix and Draft Match Compensation

    Dear MTG Arena Support,

    I'm writing to report a recurring and serious issue I've been experiencing while playing MTG Arena.

    During gameplay, the game suddenly freezes and causes my entire computer to become unresponsive. None of the keys work, and I am forced to perform a manual shutdown. This has happened multiple times recently, including during a draft match, which I ended up losing due to the crash.

    I have already taken the following steps:

    Verified that all my drivers are up to date

    Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

  4. Game crashes and takes me to my mobile home screen.

    Since latest update on 6-25-25 I can enter a match place mana and a creature then the game completely kicks me to my mobile home screen on android and the cards played are not counting towards the daily challenges posted. Is there any fixes as everything is up to date on device.

  6. Arena freezing on MacOS

    Arena freezing on MacOS at load screen. Usually crashes at "Requesting Format Data" - if I get past that, then it crashes and gives an "unable to get collection" error. I've done a thorough uninstall / reinstall and even went so far as to reset my Mac to factory settings - problem persists. And, just for added fun, the first time I tried to submit this report this website sent me to a 404 after I clicked "Post Idea." Super cool.
    Please fix.

  7. Stack overflow bug?

    Elf Ball going wide in a cross-plat friendly brawl, made 100 llanowar elves. Caused over 200 triggers. Game crashed out midway through even counting up the triggers on stack.

  8. Mobile client crashes on iphone when opponent plays marang river regent

    Subject says it all. Opponent played marang river regent against me three times. Mobile client on iphone. Was able to restart game in time all three times but frustrating. Not sure how to submit log files. Feel free to email

  9. Can’t submit deck for Powered Cube

    I finished a draft for Powered Cube, but my game crashed during deckbuilding. Now the game won’t let me submit my deck. Even after repairing game files, still won’t work.

  10. Never received my renewal egg the game crashed when I tried to open it. Relogged and nothing is appearing.

    Arena is having some big issues nothing seems to be working for me right now. My egg did not give me my rewards.

  11. When playing certain spell on the app, the game crashes. Uro and Nissa are off the top of my head but there are others.

    When on mobile, the game crashes whenever certain spells are played, a couple of examples are Uro and Nissa who shakes the world. But there are more.

  12. Card Asset Load Failure

    My opponent played a room card (Walk-In Closet/Forgotten Cellar) which caused the UI/graphics of the board to completely crash. This card started it and afterwards I was able to right click it to show the card which had a big red caution sign on it.

    After this card was played, every card played afterwards just endlessly stacked on top of one another on the righthand side that shows the cards played.

    I was unable to interact with the battlefield at all. My hand seemed unaffected, and I was still able to play cards. I was still able to "All…

    I was drafting ff then suddenly the system crashed and after a few minutes I realized that it was due to eoe upgrade, but i lost my coins and cant even draft and play. I want my coins back

  14. Game Lagging/Crashing (possibly) Because of Infinitely Spawning +1/+1 counter tokens

    1. How to Produce the Bug: Put a +1/+1 counter on any creature

    2. Platform: PC

    3. When a +1/+1 is put onto a creature, it makes an infinite amount of them, which lags the game to the point of it being unplayable.

    4. When I put a +1/+1, it doesn't lag the game horrifically.

    5. No workaround possible

  15. DRAFT BROKEN

    This is the second time I'm losing gems due to issue with draft, first when the game crashed during drafting and now whenthe event died and I couldn't play any games. Please fix this and return my gems back...

  18. Cheaters

    Game crashed in mythic after I cast the winning play an no matter how fast I try to reconnect after the BS freeze the game will not relog until I time out even though it's less then a minute or the time it takes when a salty opponent who is roping.

  19. Omniscience

    Whenever I play Omniscience or Omniscience is played against me with abuelo's awakening, the game crashes. When I tried to go back in the game crashes again and again until seemingly someone concedes or the Omniscience was gone when I'm back.

    This has made Standard rank literally unplayable for me as I auto lose to Omniscience. Please resolve urgently

  20. Vincent's Limit Break

    Just lost few games in a quick draft because the game crashes every time I tried to play Vincent's Limit Break.
    After rejoining the match it was already new turn, so too late to recover.
    After replaying Vincent's Limit Break after rejoining, the same thing happened again.
    Played on Android Phone, never had problems with game crashing until this situation.
