How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

"Unable to complete draft pick" bug in premier draft
During a premier draft today I experienced a bug. After a pick (some time in the middle of the second pack IIRC) the new selection of cards briefly disappeared and then reappeared. After picking again, I got an error message along the lines of "Unable to complete draft pick" and then the screen went black. I had to restart the MTGA client to continue with the draft and missed a pick or two. I have attached a log file if it's any use.

network marauder
Network Maurader x2 obtained yesterday (8/19) on opening packs. This card does not show up on my card list or craftable cards regardless of gameplay (historic vs standard, etc.), I am able to view this card in collection, I cannot add him to any deck.

Gems when not all rares collected
I received gems instead of a Rare/Mythic when I had collected all the cards from that set, knowing there is still one I want - hence why I'm buying that set - and because the second pack I I opened gave me another rare. It clearly says on the gem card that I would have had to have collected all the rares and mythics.
This is not my screen shot, but it shows the same thing for the gem card.

mythic pack did not have a mythic
Just bought a Mythic pack for Final Fantasy and I got a rare wild card instead of a mythic.

Fleem Cosmetics still missing after over a month
It’s been over a month since other people received their Fleem cosmetics and I still haven’t received mine. I was told to wait because they were still sending them out but this is insane. I open packs and did drafts before the deadline; why do I still not have my Fleem?

Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received
I completed level 49 of the Mastery Pass today. I have already purchased the Mastery pass to receive the extra rewards. I should have received 2 mythic rare cards from the Final Fantasy set but did not receive anything.

game randomly freezes
Game freezes when entering the pack section of the menu, or the shop. The game also freezes when entering the main menue and in matches. Uninstalled and installed the game, still same issue.

Just bought a phyrexia awbo and a motm pack, neither put progress towards the Golden pack. Bought with coins on iOs

MISSING MASTERY REWARDS
MISSING MASTERY REWARDS, I paid good money for these rewards and many of them don't even appear as though they've been activated, despite me consistently leveling up. Please send a refund for the pass or give me my rewards.

Gold Pack Progression dont work.
I have 6/10 on gold pack's to get a new gold pack and i dont gett eny progression to get a new pack.
I did buy 10 takir dragenstorm, 13 phyrexian and 6 zendikar rising and im stil missing only 4 pack to get a gold pack now.

Daily deal pack
2025.12.30. I bought a discount Foundations pack today in the daily deals for 900 Gold and THE RARE HAS BEEN REPLACED BY 20 GEMS but I have NOT COMPLETED my collection of rares from the set! Can I have a replacement pack or reimbursement, please?

draft freeze
Draft freeze during pack selection, miss 5/6 picks, had to restart the client. Manage to get some good cards but was not cool, I was drafting like a god!
No connectivity issues. Please verify. Draft are expensive for this to happen. Thanks!14 votes -

players stalling ou the game when thye have no hand and no graveyard. stop rewarding slow players who eat at their desktops THAKS!

September ranked rewards incorrect
September rewards according to the weekly newsletter were supposed to be Honor and Consult The Star Charts card style. When rewards were distributed I received Vote Out and Lightstall Inquisitor instead.
Will the posted rewards be sent out at some point?

My Profile do not move from diamond 3 in midle range not winning or loosing games
My MTG Arena profile do not move winning or losing games. I get the reward but I do not move throught diamond 3, I play 25/30 games every day and it is still frozen in the same game even in untapped gg, as i did not played for a week.

Unable to Select Card in Premium Draft
I would like to request a refund on my draft due to a bug in the client that caused me to lose out on a key card.
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
- enter premium draft
- select cards normally until pack 1 pick 6
- drag vampire interloper towards my deck, but then put it back
vampire interloper visually disappears and is unable to be selected or dragged into the deck.

Wrong Season Rewards: End of September Into October 2025
The inverse of this formerly posted bug (https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs-product-suggestions/suggestions/50405265-wrong-season-rewards).
I was supposed to receive Honor card style + Consult the Star Charts card style rewards (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/ranked-season).
Instead I received the former month's rewards (Vote Out card style + Lightstall Inquisitor card style; from august: https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-august-18-2025).
Please correct this.

Proposal to Integrate Play Points as an Entry Option for Arena Limited Championship Qualifiers
Please consider allowing players to use Play Points to enter the Arena Limited Championship Qualifiers. Play Points provide a clear sense of progression and reward players for consistent participation. Allowing them as an entry option would make the event more accessible and help more dedicated limited players engage with high-level competition.
