6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Ipayout email
Not sure this is the right place for this, but I won an arena direct, and recently received an email saying that I should have received another email from mtgarena@globalewallet.com with my account creation details. I did a search, but there were no emails from that address in my history. I tried responding to the email I had, but got no reply, so I am now attempting to reach out through here.

プレミアムドラフト・霊気走破プレイ中の出来事です。
アップデート前にプレミアムドラフトのピックをやっていました。
その際にサイドボードにカードを入れていたのですが
アップデート後にピックが再度開始されるとアップデート前にピックしていたカードがサイドボードに入っていました。
そのことに気が付いたのは2巡目だったため自分がアップデート前にピックしたものとアップデート後にピックしていたものが混同してしまいました。
プレミアムドラフトにてピックは勝敗に直結する重要なもののため
補填をお願いしたいです。
また、別のプレミアムドラフト・霊気走破プレイ中ではこちらが、
有利な盤面において突然切断エラーが発生して試合自体がなかったことになりました。プレミアムドラフトにおいて、１勝の価値は重く、
こちらも補填をお願いしたいです。

Recieving priority when opponent discovers
My opponent had a Monstrous Vortex in play, and then cast a creature that triggered it. The resulting discover gave my opponent a fight spell that he used to fight my creature with another creature that they already had in play. I had a Tamiyo's Intervention in my hand to save my creature but the fight spell resolved immediately without giving me priority.

Random disconnect in ranked constructed matches and returning to home screen after reconnecting
I have had multiple random disconnects in ranked historic matches recently in best of 3 and most recent happened in game 1 of 3 so could be also in non best of 3 and other formats. After connecting back, I was returned to home screen instead of the match. I had a stable internet connection during the times. Mostly I am afraid that this happens in a paid event but it is also annoying that I lose my rank due to the issue.

Do you read us?
Please, give us some advice that you are at least reading all our feedback. The perception is that Wizards does not care about the opinions or issues that players encounter during their gaming experience and that everything is left to chance and neglect.

Ranking up/down not working on constructed ranked
Standard Ranked not working, got an update yesterday but today it still doesn't work. Draft ranked is working fine but every constructed format ranking isnt working at all! doesn't go up after a win doesn't go down after a loss.

Exhaust bug with Trade the Helm and Skystreak Engineer
I was in a draft match and the Trade the Helm was played on an exhausted Skystreak Engineer. Skystreak Engineer lost the double strike but kept the counters.
I lost the draft match because of this
Reproduction Steps
1. Exhaust Skystreak Engineer
2. Trade the Helm
3. The player receiving Skystreak Engineer loses double strike (from the exhaust ability) but keeps the countersPlatform: Mac
Actual Results: Skystreak Engineer lose exhausted abilities

All combo pieces need to be banned from standard
Not just infinite combos but finite combos too especially given how overpowered and gamebreaking they are in the current standard.

Text display exception
I use English client, but when the windows system language is Chinese, the month of the series release time in the collection will be displayed as Chinese. This bug has existed for two years, I hope to fix it as soon as possible

cavern of souls
cavern of souls will not let me use green mana for outcaster trailblazer even though it was set to Druid type. 2 turns in a row it wouldn't work. may have cost me that match.

Second match of draft faded out mid-match, NOT a crash or disconnect
I was playing Premier Draft Foundations on PC, it was the second match. Around turn three, the game just faded out and put me back on the Find a Match draft screen place where it shows your wins/losses. I could still hear the music playing from the match. I pressed "play" because I thought it would reconnect me to the same match, but it gave me a different one, and my previous match was marked as a loss. Mostly I'm bummed because I spent gems.

bug
opponent casts devious cover up and exiled all of the lands out of my deck after choosing a creature I only had one of, causing me to be out of lands in my deck and unable to play the game.

Fix it ticket
Here's a brand spanking new idea I'm sure nobody has thought of... actually it's a 2-option idea... either let people chat instead of using childish emojis or FIX the game they screwed up! There's no strategy anymore. It's people copying peoples' decks. Sure anyone can do it but playing the same decks over and over from millions of people is just annoying. The game is dead from what it was. THEN... you guys royally effed it up by pandering to people to have uber-powerful decks. The balanced is screwed. There are so many destroy/exile cards now people create decks just using those. Decks/cards are so powerful now people CAN'T use cards they want for strategic fun because it's too easy to overpower.
I prided myself on not just winning but my deck actually being better. I made decks that used tiny creatures against most of the copied "win" decks and won. Now massive creatures and TONS of the exact same card with different names is impossible to have fun with.
Even the system is so obviously created to whoremonger cash from people. What exactly are we getting for completing dailies or mastery? Allow full time use within a turn as long as they have time bank
In MTG Arena, even if they achieve an infinite loop combo, such as an Acererak, they will not win because of the time limit within one turn.
Please allow players to use unlimited time in the same turn as long as they have time bank, just like in Magic Online.

what the **** is wrong with you twits, I have managed to bring in a few friends to the game and because of you " genius " hand smoothing idea they keep quitting. You say its only until they move on to best of 3 but when they don't make past the first few games because the draws are all mana or no mana how does that work? Another good reason to get rid of the stupid shuffler is hand smoothing could be argued that the clause in your ToS should be null and voided because you have changed the scope of the game to the point that it's no longer the same game that it was agreed to. You put in an exploit to push mono aggro decks and are pushing the game to be done by turn 5 , this is not MTG , MTG was built upon epic level game play and you are removing that aspect. Why change what made the game what it is? why do you want to alienate the players that have been with you since the beginning. Remember most of us were the nerds that grew up to the higher paying jobs and have the disposable income , not the whiny crowd that are coming because of the exploit , they will cut and run as soon as you balance things out and are not likely to spend much.

Patchwork Formation destroyed nonflying creature
Patchwork Formation says it only destroys creatures with flying but just destroyed a nonflying creature. Please fix. Thanks!

Why do I never go first?
I have been asking for months and months.

Agatha’s soul cauldron and phyrexian mana
Agatha’s soul cauldron enables you to pay mana of any color to activate abilities. When paired with a card like Unctus, which has a phyrexian mana ability, the UI usually prompts you to select whether you’d like to pay with life or mana, except the option for paying with life disappears and leaves only {1} as an option.
I play on mobile, so am unsure if this applies to other platforms7 votes
