2. Quest "Play 3 Quick draft" not working with quick draft from FF

   Played 10+ game of quick draft for the quest "play 3 quick draft" with 1000 gold to win and unlocking next quests, doesn't work at all (no progress no matter how many game played , won or not)

   I'd love to be able to win rewards to unlock cards to play other formats without paying but with bugs like that it's so annoying, it's just wasting my time...

3. Wrong event rewards

   I got disconnected from a draft game, took a screenshot of the screen where you can see that I’m 3-1 and was unable to reconnect, then after a little while the screen updated to 3-2 without the game finishing

5. Arena Anthology 3 Card Styles appears as Regular Cards

   Hi, this started not too long ago but it looks like the card style pack stopped working for most of the AA3 cards. It shows I have the style, but the style version and the normal version show as identical now like in the pictures. This shows both in the collection/deckbuilder and in-game. I've reinstalled the game, repaired files in settings, and I even tried on another computer with the same result. I was referred to a year old post on the subject when I reported it through wotc arena support, which has confused me greatly because there are newer reports of card style problems and even one directly referencing the anthology styles. Are there plans to ever fix/refund the gems? It feels like a risk even buying any of the new ones. I love the card style packs but paying 2k gems and losing the styles feels horrible.

6. Found a card in a pack that is not yet in the game

   Today i found in a final fantasy pack the clive rosfield full art card.
   But when i checked my collection it wasn't there . I searched online and i found out the card is not yet in the game.

7. Fix Event Matching Algorithm

   How does event matching work? Do you have to pay more to get more even matching? To get the algorithm to work in your favor? Because when I play ranked or unranked games with decks I've worked out most of the problems can average 50% or higher in wins. Yet when I switch and try any form of events where you have to pay in to play, I am at 3/33. If the events are going to be that much harder o should be spending anything to get in them, and if I do I should be playing the same relative pool in the non event matches. It seems every deck I have faced in the events, including drafts, have been stacked to the max, drawing every perfect 6 turn obliterating combos almost every time. It isn't even like I stand a chance most of the time either, usually land locked or draw nothing but lands type of situations that don't occur but maybe 10% of the time in ranked matches. At this point I will never waste any money of those special draft events, especially knowing the algorithm only will allow me to get one small reward if it feels generous.

8. Fix the shuffler number 9

   Running a deck during a standard event, use 18 lands 21 creatures, 21 non creatues. both of my starting hands, i mulliganed 1x, had 1 cavern of souls and 1 shivan reef. i only run 2 caverns and 4 reefs. Odds of that happening are astronomically low, only lost because shufler ****** me once again, we came to play magic not bend over. This is the third loss during this standard event i lost solely due to shuffler cheating for the opponent. fix this ****, give rewards for cheating.

9. Play a fixed number of games for Pick 2 Draft

   Rather than 'max 2 losses; max 4 wins', make the pick 2 events 'play 5 games', with 3-2 rewarding close to the entry fee.

10. Unable to Login - Server Error

    The app loads through “checking for active matches” but eventually times out and displays “Unable to Login” message. This was repeated on a Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel Pro Fold. Opening the app on an iPad Pro initially displayed “waiting for server” followed by “Error: error updating data,” but after restarting the app displayed “Network Error” and then “Unable to Login” after attempting to reconnect.

    I was able to login very briefly circa 8:45am PST and opened the July Renewal Egg to collect the rewards before being logged off.

    Issue began circa 9:00am PST on 29 Jul, 2025.

11. cannot buy pre release bundle

    I dont know if this the correct spot to share this, your bug report page is not clear. I am trying to buy the pre-release bundle for Last Airbender, the one with 50 packs etc and I am unable to do it.
    I click the price
    I enter my card details
    I get an error page that you couldnt follow the link, return to arena.
    I restart the app, try again I get the same. I restart pc try again I get the same.
    I used a different card I get a spinning circle, probably trying to access my card provider and then I get white screen.

    I attach detailed logs, and the two error images. Also I have already contacted customer support and they redirected me here.

12. Can't buy adventurer's pack. Looks like the buy button is programmed as cancel.

    Went to buy the adventurer's pack, and the button doesn't work. Instead of taking me to the steam store buy spiel, it does the same as the button next to it which is cancel. Buy button doesn't buy, just cancels.

    Can I get a free deck or something for finding this? Thanks love you

13. Premier draft disappear

    Around 20 minutes ago I joined Premier Draft Omenpath. After selecting cards and winning 2 games I don't see it anymore. There was no message, no rewards given. It simply disappeared from game so I lost my coins to enter it

14. midweek magic lands

    I was playing midweek magic jump in today, and I pulled a Toph pack that was supposedly WG and another pack that was mono-G, but when I looked at my cards, there was only one card with any white costs, and it was a hybrid WG cost. So, I have no actual use for white mana, but the system still gave me half of my lands as plains and dual lands. This pack should be updated so that it does not default to a two-color mana base please. Thank you!

16. Did not receive 'Edge of Eternities Mastery (Orbs) rewards;' "Adagia, Windswept Bastion"

    Summary

    I reached level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb (see image - MasteryLevelOrbReceived). I purchased the Mythic Rare Land, 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastionMastery) and (see image - MissingAdagiaWindsweptBastion_Inventory).

    Repro Step
    1. Reach level 5 of the 'Edge of Eternities Master' and received an Orb.
    2. Access the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery' screen/"battle pass" and click 'Spend Orbs'
    3. Scroll to and purchase 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion'
    -> Notice it will disappear form the options on the 'Edge of Eternities Mastery Emporium'
    4. Go to card inventory, see that 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' is not available.
    5. Filter on Land, Mythic Rare, and Edge of Eternities (to see that it's not acquired).

    Additional Information / Notes
    - On the Edge of Eternities Mastery screen, I have a notification to/for 'Spend Magic: The Gathering - Final Fantasy Orbs.' When I click on that, I have one available orb; however, I cannot purchase anything from that screen because all remaining items are worth 2 orbs.
    --> I have two options to spend orbs, Edge of Eternities and Final Fantasy.

    Actual Results
    - 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' is missing from player inventory.

    Expected Results
    - 'Adagia, Windswept Bastion' would be available within player inventory.

17. Why is this so bad??

    I've just logged in after being gone for a year and everything is almost unplayable. Wtf happened. I had to open some boosters and they opened the whole pack at one time so I couldn't read each card. This is a much worse situation than reading them one at a time where I can actually read them, and ruins the anticipation of opening packs. Take a hint from the Pokemon TCG app. Then I went to do a draft and there was no way to add lands to my deck?? Useless and terrible. Then when playing a game in the actual draft I couldn't discard cards. Then I went to concede because the experience is terrible and none of the menu items had words! So I had to guess which one was concede! What did y'all do?? Why??
    I thought maybe this was an android thing so I tried on my iPad and the experience is worse somehow! The cards quality looks terrible, the game is laggy. ...these should all be easy fixes why are they like this.

19. BUG in ARENA DIRECT

    I just got "lost" in Arena direct for 5000 Gems!!!!! approximately 35 USD!!!!!!!!! I had a good pool, was playing game no 3 (I was 1-1) and suddenly the game stopped like it was refreshing or some issue with the connection (internet was working fine). It logged back and I was out of the game so I immediately clicked play (I assumed I will be back in the game I was winning). Turned out I started a new game with different opponent. After a long battle I won. Got back to lobby and somehow I was 2-2!!!!!!!!!!!! I clicked claim thinking its the reward for quest and suddenly I am out of the game... with no gems. The same thing happened yesterday... when I had to win essentially 7 games... what is happening? It seems like if I was in 2 games in the same time - one that I was playing I won and the other I assume I lost... I would like to get my deck back with 2-1 (great pool) to play forther. How this could happen in a game where you effectively charge 35$ per game... (35$ = 5000 gems). Please give me back my game.
