1. can't use instant with the starting town land during opponent's turn

   During a game of ranked standard, I had a starting town and 2 white lands (starting verge). While I had a blue instant in my hand (Consult the Star Charts), I wasn't able to cast it during the opponent's turn. Even when I added a stop to their end step, tapped starting town for blue mana and had the available mana to cast it, I still wasn't able to cast my instant. In the screenshot, you can see I have the available mana to cast an instant spell in my hand, but could not cast it. This was when I had priority as well, before passing to my turn.

2. Ice Magic in hand with open mana not giving me the option to cast before combat

   Twice had Ice Magic in hand with at least 4 mana available, and the client did not give me priority before moving to combat. Opponent had Ardyn, the Usurper in play both times, preventing me from putting it on top of their library before the card's combat trigger. I did not get priority during my opponent's turn until Ardyn's trigger was already on the stack. Meaning I was put on the backfoot and ultimately lost the game in a draft because of this issue.

   Expected behavior: Gaining priority before moving to combat and being able to cast Ice Magic to bounce Ardyn.

3. Scavenger's Talent is not letting me target a player to mill

   1. I was playing a ranked arena match when i played scavengers talent, leveled it to level 2 then played Kroxa, Titan of Deaths Hunger, which then sacrificed itself due to its ability. When the trigger for scavenger's talent level 2 occurred it did not give me the option to choose target player to mill 2 cards and instead milled myself without choice. It is possible that during this interaction my opponent lost connection or left because they did not play another card and conceded next turn due to inactivity. I was playing on pc when this occured.

4. Competitive

   I've worked my way through the ranks to plat T4, but have in a previous season been Diamond T2, and i keep running into decks that should be Mythic level and win turn 4 or 5. How do you expect competitive play to be exactly that competitive when decks in themselves, i think, should have a rating attached to them, especially with a deck that has a load of mox or p9 cards. where is the curve exactly on how matching up with another random player fits into the game, i should only be matched with people in same tier as me.

5. Matching not working correctly

   I have played 2 sealeds with the recent edition recently, that amounted to approx. 10 matches. I am currently ranked bronze, but the game has matched me against: 1 diamond (!) player, numerous platinum players, 1 gold player, 1 silver player and only 1-2 other bronze players. This also happened directly for the early matches, so does not have to do with having had a long win streak.

   This CANNOT be matchmaking that is correctly working. Please fix this bug and re-imburse me for those sealeds as it is very unfair to be matched against players that are so far above and vs which you dont have a remote chance.

7. Landfall Land drop based Decks are too powerful and stupid

   Turn 2 Landfall Death. Fun! You are making this even more powerful with the new releases. Roughly 50% of opponents are running this EXACT SAME deck. This is worse than Red Aggro! Mossborn Hydra is the worst offender, but Chocobo and others are just as bad. Is literally impossible to beat unless you get perfect removal cards multiple times in a row. I refuse to play against these decks anymore until you fix this craziness. I just call them out in comments/emotes and scoop. Needless to say ranked play is completely NOT HAPPENING! Try surviving a 20/20 w/Trample on Turn 2! The game is BROKEN RIGHT NOW!

8. Mtg arena match not working

   I'm using mtg arena on PC, and last 4 days quite unplesant bug appeared: I cannot join any matches. Ranked, unranked, even bot matches - nothing is working. When I click "play" game show that it's searching game, than "entering match" title appears, and than black screen with wheel is showing. Than I'm either back in main menu, or warning message about me been disconnected is showing. So no games for me at all for all those days :( I've tried to repair game files, and did clean install on another PC. Nothing seems to work.

   I upload log, maybe that will provide clues.

9. Gene Polinator, Wandering Rescuer

   1. The Wandering Rescuer on the battlefield under my control
   2. Gene Pollinator on the battlefield (no summoning sickness) under my control
   3. Play Oviya, Automech Artisan
   4. Pass turn to opponent who has nothing on their battlefield
   5. Opponent casts Shoot The Sherrif targeting Oviya, Automech ----------- Problem -------- Priority was not passed to me to use Gene Pollinator to tap the Oviya Automech for mana in order to give it hex proof from the wandering rescuer.

   The Oviya Automech Artisan died, meaning I could not play Ghalta and I lost the ranked match in top 1000 mythic.

   I would say this is a very severe issue, how can you play competitively if the games doesnt work properly?

   1. Opponent casts "Shoot the Sherrif" targeting Play Oviya

10. immerstrum

    I encountered an incorrect rules interaction today. I was facing an opponent who activated Immerstrum Predator to sacrifice a creature to become indestructible, which destroyed one of their creatures. I then activated Scavenging Ooze in response to remove that creature from their graveyard to get +1/+1. All of that worked correctly.

    However, when the stack resolved, Immerstrum Predator gained a +1/+1 as though IT had been the card whose effect chose to remove the aforementioned creature from the graveyard as well. I'm guessing it's just checking if a creature was removed from the graveyard between the time of activation and the time of resolution, which isn't how the text on the card says it should work.

11. Crashing when entering matches.

    I am playing on Android, and in some matches, just as the game is about to start, as in move from the finding match screen to displaying the avatars of the players, the screen freezes, the audio stutters and then freezes, and finally the game crashes. Attempting to reopen the client has the same result. It is important to note that this does not happen on all matches, but when entering a match causes the client to crash, every time I reload the client and it attempts to rejoin that match it will crash again. This happened in a match for the historic madagame challenge, but I've had it happen in Ranked matches too.

12. impending is not a creature

    if the impending ability specifically states that it's not a creature while it has any time counters on it, why is it that it gains the benefits of when you cast your next creature spell put a +1/+1 counter on it? Does Impending count as a creature or not? If not then why does it get counters ? And if it does why can't it be countered by counter target creature spell? You guys really need to get your act together, instead of worrying so much about trying to rope in new whiney players that wont stay when you have no choice but to balance the game, why not focus on retaining players by fixing the **** in the game , like the many cards that don't follow the rules and how bad the shuffler is?

13. Cards that should have rotated are still legal in standard decks

    I just played a ranked game of traditional standard against a player who was using cards that should no longer be legal in standard.
    I investigated if those cards could still be included in standard decks and if I could start a match using those cards, and I confirmed it to be true.

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Add one or more cards that should have rotated out of standard into a deck with other legal cards
    2. Start a traditional standard match with those cards in your deck

    Platform:

    Windows 10

    Results:

    The match starts with success and you are able to use the illegal cards.

    Expected results:

    You shouldn't be able to even start the match considering your deck contains illegal cards for the selected format.

14. Priority not held before draw which lost me a game I would have won instead

    The opponent milled my deck, so I had 0 cards left, but he was at 1 life.

    I had Fountainport and Munitions in the battlefield, however he ended his turn and immediately lost.

    What should have happed was that at my draw step, before I draw, I would have sacrified the munition to fountainport, since the damage from amunition is dealt first he would have lost instead.

    This happened in a ranked event, luckly not in any paid one, but its annpoying to lose a game I would have won simply because priority was not held properly.

    Also, when Simulacrum Synthetizer is in the battlefield and I play Pinnacle Starcage it always places the golem creation first! why would I want to lose the golem to Pinnacle? If I dont enable manual selection of triggers I always lose the golem!

15. Couldn’t target a triggered ability when there was multiple triggers on the stack

    My opponent was about to kill my creature with a damage removal spell. My opponent had two ledge shredder and a cori steel cutter and this was his second spell. I wanted to target one of the ledger shredders so I could block one to not have my Kaito planeswalker die to combat. There was an animation of ledger shredders and 6 on the stack and I couldn’t target the trigger to counter.

    It actually cost me the match and I have gone down 2 bars of a tier. I couldn’t screenshot because of frustration and this is my first bug I’ve posted.

    I am playing on my iPad and the match was against Izzet Phoenix in pioneer ranked best of 3 match. The last match I played before the submission of this bug.

    I hope this gets resolved because it cost me the match.

16. Fetch Quest bugged

    Fetch Quest(the adventure part of Bramble Familiar) when cast from airbend(Not sure about otherwise) does not display the cards milled. The game waited for me to select the card I wanted, but no cards popped up and when I clicked the graveyard it didn't display any cards milled. The only way to stop the screen was wait to time out. At that point it would pick a card at random and play it like I chose it despite not being able to see any cards milled from my perspective. I know behind the scenes it milled the cards because when my opponent cast Bringer of the Last Gift an Appa was reanimated that I had no idea about. This happened three separate times across two matches the second of which was after I repaired the game files. This happened while I played on android in best of 3 standard ranked.

17. Lost Egg & Rollover Rewards

    I logged in and just as I was seeing packs/cards/whatever pop up the app crashed. I opened the app a second time and saw my gift egg. As I clicked on it, the app crashed again. I am a new player and I have no idea what sort of packs/rewards/gifts/etc I was supposed to get. I have no idea if anything was added to my collection either as I am not seeing "New" above any of the cards in my collection. I'm pretty positive I should have had 1 Final Fantasy pack as a ranked or mastery reward but I did not receive anything. I preordered the mystery pass for Edge of Eternities and I see I have the avatar and companion etc. Just not sure if I actually received all the cards, packs, and wildcards I was supposed to get.

    I am a returning player. When I first played MTG Arena, I (apparently) completed the green Colour Challenge and received the Starter Deck as a reward as normal when I first played. Now I came back and finished the rest of the Colour Challenges, did also receive the other Starter Decks, but they are shown in the Deck Editor grayed out, telling me I am missing some cards. Yet I can clone the decks and then play with the clones. It seems to me that I have the cards but the Deck builder hasn't noticed yet.

    Also, when I try to play Alchemy, the button is a darkish orange and it can't be pressed. After switching to Standard Ranked, selecting a deck and switching back to Alchemy, the button is the normal bright orange. However, when I press it, nothing happens. Not sure if the game is butting out because I haven't unlocked everything yet or something.

19. Friends, Bots, Brawl, and Vault

    It would be awesome if you could have multiple bot difficulty settings so that way you're able to give your decks an actual test before trying them against people. Plus giving the bots better deck selection of course.
    It would also be sweet to be able to watch a friend's game. Just from your friend's perspective that way there's no cheating going on.
    Brawl would probably be more popular if you gave it ranked matches, same with the other modes. Also would be cool to have Archenemy and planeschase as match options
    Lastly I feel like the Vault wildcards would be a lot better if it gave you more than 1 mythic, 2 rare, and 3 uncommon. You have to get a ton of cards to finally open the Vault and it only has a few wildcards. Maybe make it give like 3 mythic and 5 rare, and no uncommon. Or perhaps just 3400 gems instead of wildcards

20. App losing connection during game play

    I play the game on mobile on an android and I have been experiencing massive game play issues due to disconnections. I have my phone connected to different wifi networks so I'm fairly certain it is not the internet. What's weird is that I enjoy control style decks and the errors happen when I am "turning the corner" of the aggro decks. I get a waiting for server display on my screen and then kicked out to the home screen. This has been happening in about 90% of my matches. I have stopped playing ranked and I dare not play any events or drafts due to this issue. When kicked back to the home screen, if I click on play it will usually attempt to load me back into the game I was removed from but by that time I have usually passed a turn or two without doing anything which will result in a certain loss as the board state is unmanageable. i will only be playing "play que" and not spending any money on this game until it is resolved.
