BLACK SCREEN WITH CURSOR ACROSS ALL DEVICES
game is not working on windows/mac/ios. reinstalling doesn't help - i see login but when I login its black screen again. how can i paly the game that i paid money for?

gem store empty
When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

Things I tried to fix:
- Verified files with steam - Found 8 corrupt files and redownloaded them
- Launched again, logged out of account, logged in, still no gem shop purchase items available
- Reproduced 3 times in a row (I was not on a VPN)Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Steam on a windows 10 computer
2. Launch MTG Arena
3. Log in to account
4. Click Store
5. Click Gem tab at the bottom of the screen

I don't like that I have to log in with my email and password every month it's very annoying and your user experience suggests to me that you're not even an application but a ****** product that I use where I'm guaranteed to struggle with remembering my password and using it every time I have to login. Why even have an app if I'm not logged in every time that I open it I might as well use the browser version of what your magic the gathering arena does. I also struggle with being in the middle of a match in magic the gathering arena and my internet cuts out and I can't click anything or move forward with an action that I was planning to make. There must be some streamlined way to keep my match running in the background while I'm trying to execute and finish the match itself. The general impression I have is that your application called magic the gathering arena is half-assed half thought through and not solving the problems that I'm experiencing. Every single app out there nowadays has a an experience where I click the icon on my phone and then I can just use the services inside of the applic. How can a Hasbro owned company not give an experience like that when you're a billion-dollar company it's very frustrating. Because of the login issues and the connectivity during matches I'm forced to uninstall your app and abate any future purchase of packs or whatever you want me to buy. I would love to support your company and I love playing your games but because the magic The gathering arena user experience is so poor I'm forced to not use your app or website experience. I have no choice but to ignore you as a company in an entity for months at a time until I hope that one day I will log in with my username and email and be first of all given the correct auto saved password to enter and then secondly kept logged in each time that I want to play the game. I've already waited 7 months from the middle of 2025 for you guys to figure your s*** out but you still haven't and I don't like that. Please do some update that will fix the login experience of your application because for some reason you stand out compared to every application that I use in my life as a horrible experience to the point that I'm not willing to play games in arena because it's so frustrating. Another thing you have to fix is the companion versus arena application requires separate logins so every time that I want to leave one application and use the other I must also log in why can't you just connect the login experience between the two applications. The value is very high of what you're offering but you're execution is very very poor and I do not wish to give you any money or any more feedback until you fix your simple login issues. What will it take for someone to get their s*** together to fix the login experience for magic The gathering arena it's way too much and I don't appreciate it. You're investing so heavily in making an application experience for people but you're forgetting a really crucial primary unavoidable point of interaction with your application. P let me log in once and never think about logging again The last thing that I wish to do is access my saved Google password copy and paste it out of my browser and paste it into the application password field every single time that I want to use your application.

Game keeps freezing mid match after today's multiple downloads (4 separate downloads to be exact). Do your devs really suck so bad that they **** up the game literally EVERY time you come out with a new update?? Be better.

Bought the Mastery pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed, received what looked like 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed packs (granted for level 4), but they contained cards from Edge of eternities instead???

Game keeps getting stuck
The client is getting stuck during gameplay. For example I'll load up a match and the game board shows up but then it doesn't advance it just stays there. Then the timer will appear like I'm the one slowing the game down but when it runs out nothing happens. I've also had it where I'm in the middle of a game, one of us puts a card on the stack, and then the game just gets stuck. It's not freezing per se because all of the game elements are still moving it just won't progress past that point. When I try to concede nothing happens forcing me to have to manually quit and reopen the game. I have tried restarting my computer, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've used the repair game files feature numerous times and I still get the same problem. I was just playing the game earlier so I'm unsure if this is a client problem or a me problem. Please help I'm a content creator and I need this to work for my channel to be successful. Thank you in advance.

Tutorial popping back up after latest update
Every time I get to the main menu the tutorial spark is telling me I'm going to be a good planeswalker. I already completed that portion months ago, and it is annoying after the latest update.

Force of negation copies i had crafted disappeared.
Hi. After the last patch that included Secrets of Strixhaven bundle, suddenly i can't use the Force of Negation versions that i had crafted in Historic. When i load a deck that had force of negation, it automatically removes it from my decks and i can't use my versions of that card in historic. can you please help me?

Deck type selector doesn't work anymore
Deck type (format) selector became unusable starting from Jan, 6 update. How to reproduce:
- Go to "Decks"
- Select any existing deck and click on "Edit Deck" button
- Click on the mana curve symbols
- Click on the deck format at the left top corner (Standard/Historic and etc)
The menu with deck format is shown under other elements and you cannot click on any entry to change the deck format.

Rank Bugged
My ranks both on ladder and limited got set to spark rank. I played multiple games in mythic on ladder and no matter if I win or lose my rank does not change and stays at 94% mythic.

Add Planar Standard format to Arena
Planar standard is a fan format comprising of Foundations plus the in-universe sets from the last two years. It provides a welcome relief to those who would rather opt out of Universes Beyond. This format would be a great addition to MTG Arena. More details can be found here:

Game unplayable on Android since last update (Tuesday FEB 24)
Numerous game actions (i.e. death of a creature, selection on a modal spell, creation of tokens etc) lead to game freezing and no possible action on any button/object, without warning (so you realize it when it's already stalled for 10-20 secs). Need to restart client each time, leading to additional waiting time (30 - 120 secs) and game losses. Game is largely unplayable due to this issue, which happens multiple times in a single game. Restoring files etc doesn't work.

ECL Mastery Pass rewards wrong packs
In the new Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass, when you reach Level 4, you are supposed to get 1 ECL Card Pack as the free reward and 3 ECL Card Pack with the Mastery Pass unlocked. However, you get 1 ECL Pack and 3 Edge of Eternities Card Packs, as you can see in the screenshots.

The game freeze if a token is sacrificed
The stupid game freeze if a token is sacrificed (i.e. food, clue) and no action can be taken. Even the option button disappear

Spark continues after tutorial is done
Spark continues to float around and talk after tutorial pointing to nothing and generally ruining the game.this happened after Dec 10 update. It appears to be stuck in a loop as if I was in a completely different menu screen right after I finished the training months ago. Please make this stop

Token sacrifice crashing the game
Everytime a token is destroyed or sacrificed, my game freezes and Ican't keep on playing. Even conceding doesn't seem to work

quest not advancing
i have a quest today to play red and white spells. I can play as many as i want, the quest doesn´t advance.

Mythic ranking not show
I was mythic in limited (#50) and since today it is not being show in the interface, it says spark tier 0 and shown as mythic in constructed and diamond limited it happens both in windows and mobile, so it should be server side not local
