1. Cannot target oppent player

   1) Issue where you cannot Target opponent player when casting spells. Bug causes you to only be able to target yourself.

   2)Using android phone.

   3) Be abe to target opponent

   No workaround. Unable to wait out timer. Spell casted without result.

2. Mayhem in discard phase

   when i was playing in planar draft i wanted to use an instant speed mayhem spell after i discarded it to hand size but game passed the turn. usually it stops if i have game actions but with this scenario it doesnt let me cast it.

3. Feedback Regarding Competitive Brawl on MTG Arena

   Hello,

   I would like to share some feedback regarding MTG Arena and better understand a few design decisions that, from my perspective as a long-time Magic player, seem difficult to justify.

   First of all, I believe that Competitive Brawl should be a balanced format, just like the other competitive formats available on the platform. I understand that Wizards of the Coast does not officially support Duel Commander as a format to promote. However, it feels inconsistent that cards such as Guide of Souls and Ocelot Pride are only available in their rebalanced versions, while the format still allows extremely powerful cards like Channel, Dark Ritual, Force of Will, and even Alchemy-exclusive cards. In my opinion, those cards are more appropriate for a casual or fun-oriented environment than for a competitive format.

   Brawl is the closest digital equivalent to Commander, currently one of the most popular ways to play Magic. Since MTG Arena does not yet support four-player Commander games, I believe Competitive Brawl would benefit from taking inspiration from the closest tabletop alternative: Duel Commander, which already has an established competitive ruleset and philosophy.

   If aligning the format with Duel Commander is not the direction Wizards intends to take, I would at least encourage the team to rebalance Competitive Brawl by adjusting its overall power level. Removing some of the most powerful cards, as well as cards that do not exist in tabletop Magic, could create a healthier and more skill-focused competitive environment, rather than one that often feels like a race to resolve the most powerful spells first.

   I am an active Duel Commander player and have greatly enjoyed playing Competitive Brawl on MTG Arena. My intention with this message is not simply to criticize the current state of the format, but to share feedback from the perspective of someone who genuinely enjoys competitive Magic and would like to see Brawl become an even stronger and more balanced experience.

4. General feedback

   Want to provide general feedback about recent activities on the client:

   PROPS
   - 2pick draft is amazing, and making it evergreen was the greatest thing this year imho;
   - contender drafts are cool too, making two separated weeks;
   - making achievements to acquire free mythics/rares from commander/jumpstart stuff is a cool adiction, I hope it maintains and include more cards to help complete collection.

   SLOPS
   - although the changes in prizes on jumpstart were positive, I think the prizes must be jumpstart materialm and not standard (like in the 1st jumpstart in arena). I dont like to play it (weak cards and decks), but I like to collect, so it feels bad to gain rares from 2-3 years ago instead of new stuff.
   - jumpstart had bugs in deck choosing (FF, savage land always appearing) and never fixed, lost resources to this and its not the 1st time to happen.
   - bonus sheet and special guests are cool, its ok to have every edition but please make it easier to collect; 1 in every 32/64 packs is a herculean way to acquire; my suggestion is that after we have every mythic from regular set, than we can receive missing mythics/rares from bonus sheet or special guests instead of 40 gems.

   Want to provide general feedback about recent activities on the client:

5. Ugin eye of the storms EXILED devoided creatures like mycospawn. BUG

   Ugin eye of storm exiled DEVOIDED creatures with his trigger. They have devoid so they have no colors, how can my opponent exile my mycospawn with this tirggeer?

   Game starting out and making me discard when i have available lands to play. Does not even give chance to play land immediately wants me to discard. very aggravating when playing against fast moving decks please fix this

8. Remove Foundations from MidWeek New Set Constructed Formats

   Remove Foundations from MidWeek New Set Constructed Formats. The MidWeek event is now almost entirely Foundations only decks. It kills the entire spirit of Set Constructed.

   The sets can function on their own. With Friends, I've created where we can play either Foundations LANDS ONLY or any Standard Land. Otherwise, all cards must be from the new Set Constructed.

9. Card randomly appeared in my deck that was not in my deck list

   I know this is a complete shot in the dark but I was playing a ranked standard match and in my opening hand the sorcery card "Final Vengeance" appeared however just before the match I had edited the deck removing all copies. After the match I went into the deck editor to confirm that all the copies were in fact removed and surprisingly all of the copies were. I have no idea what happened or why I saw the card in the match but I thought it was incredibly strange. I unfortunately dont know if I can replicate the error and is most likely a one off instance but I definitely thought it was strange.

    For example, "Claws out" has no explanation in the app for "Affinity for Cats" in the starter deck "Cat Attack". I had to search the Internet to learn what that meant.

12. Could not activate instant in response to a sorcery

    I had an instant and mana available to respond to a fight spell, which does not have split second and no block spells were present

14. Cloak and Dagger

    While playing with Cloak & Dagger, Entwined, I encountered what appears to be an incorrect interaction.

    Steps to reproduce:

    Cast Cloak & Dagger, Entwined.
    Target an opponent and one of their creatures.
    The opponent's revealed hand contained only a land card.
    Arena displayed the prompt asking whether I wanted to exile a card from the opponent's hand.
    The Accept button was disabled because there were no nonland cards in hand.
    I clicked Decline.

    Expected result:
    Since there was no legal nonland card to exile from the opponent's hand, I expected Cloak & Dagger to exile the targeted creature instead, as the card reads: "You may exile a nonland card from their hand or the chosen creature until Cloak & Dagger leaves the battlefield."

    Actual result:
    After clicking Decline, the ability resolved without exiling either the opponent's creature or any card from their hand.

    Could you please confirm whether this is the intended behavior or a bug with the Arena implementation?

15. Make Urza’s Saga craftable and legal in Timeless

    Urza’s Saga is already fully implemented and functional in MTG Arena through Arena Powered Cube, but players cannot craft or use it in constructed formats.

    Timeless already includes extremely powerful paper cards such as Force of Will, Daze, Ancient Tomb, Wrenn and Six, Chrome Mox, and many digital-only Alchemy cards. Keeping Urza’s Saga unavailable therefore feels arbitrary, especially when no additional technical implementation is required.

    Please make Urza’s Saga craftable and legal in Timeless. It would enable established paper archetypes involving artifacts, toolbox strategies, Stompy, and other land-based decks. If its power level becomes problematic, Timeless already has a restricted list that can be used after observing actual gameplay data.

17. Issue with UI prompts

    Opponent played Nashi (ward 2) with a Cavern of Souls. I played a Mana Leak I had taken with Siphon Insight to counter it (stupid move, I know). The interface asked me if I was sure, but stated it was because the unresolved spell has Ward 2 and I would need to pay that cost if I targeted it

18. Daily Deals are pathetic

    I think it is absolutely pathetic that Wizards made the most excellent choice of selling single cards via daily deals but then offer, almost exclusively, unplayable bulk rares at high cost and then finally when shock lands (which are not only staples of historic and timeless but are currently in standard with no rotation near) pop up in daily deals it is for card styles. Absolutely pathetic. Also I am constantly dropping matches because NO ONE WILL FIX THE SIDEBOARDING BUGS IN BEST OF 3

20. Algorythmic FAVORTISUM is at an ALL TIME HIGH

    For the record ,No rigged ranking system shows who the real Champ is point 1.
    POINT 2 ,I WILL QUIT EVERY GAME THAT LOOKS SUSPECT AND STILL FINISH DIAMOND OR MYTHIC EVERY SEASON.

    NO POINT PLAYING IF THE PC IS HELPING THE OTHER GUY CHEAT.
