1. Sparky wont go away

   Sparky came back about a 2 updates ago and it wont go away and there is no option to turn it off. I completed the tutorials years ago, there is no reason for this feature to turn itself back on.

2. Game freezing since July 8th 2025 update can't play at all

   Is anything being done to fix the game freezing on android since the july 8th update. Haven't been able to play since. Can't get past home screen. I hit play, it goes to play options, then freezes completely.

3. YOUR SHUFFLE IS TRASH

   I play a top 500 mythic account and draw this second game for my first 2 hands. I had to mulligan to five!!! This should not happen!! Do you favor these players??? This isn't acceptable. I'm sure they had perfect hands both games.

   24 LANDS IN A 60 CARD LIBRARY AND 1 OF 3 THINGS HAPPEN IN 5 DRAWS AT EVERY GAME NOW 1) I GET 1-2 LANDS WITH NOTHING ELSE IN TERMS OF MANA, 2) I ONLY DRAW THE 6 LANDS THAT ENTER TAPPED OUT OF THE TOTAL OF 24, OR 3) I JUST DRAW LANDS WITH NOTHING ELSE TO CAST AND PUT INTO PLAY!!!!!!!!

   DO NOT GIVE ME THE ******* ******** THAT YOUR RNG IS "FAIR AND TOTALLY RANDOM", WHEN I NOTICED THAT FOR A FACT IT IS NOT!!!!!

   2 ELIXIR CARDS AND 4 YUNA, HOPE OF SPIRA CARDS, IN THE LAST 6 GAMES THE ELIXIR POPPED UP CONSECUTIVELY IN MY DRAWS BUT NOT YUNA, THE ODDS OF 2 OF THE SAME CARDS APPEARING MORE OFTEN IN DRAWS AFTER MULTIPLE GAMES RATHER THAN 4 OF THE SAME CARDS DOES NOT ADD UP!!!!!

5. Suggestion: Completeing collections reward. Nothing of value though.

   When you complete a full set of a collection. Have it unlocked the starter decks for that collection in your starter decks tab.

   Nice little reward that doesn’t impact balance or give free cards or any of that and even opens up possible starter deck modes in the future

6. Quick draft bug

   I played a quick draft event and got 3 wins and 3 losses. However the quest : Complete three quick draft matches has not been updated and I cannot redeem it. It is stuck at 0/3 win and I can't go on with the other quest.

7. iOS MTG Arena Graphics issues in Training

   During Training in MtG Arena for iOS, the graphics kind of start to overlay each other and cause Level 4 to be impossible to complete.

   The mana cards get stuck in their “enlarged” view form on the screen and the right side gets overloaded with cards and on this particular issue my 3 additional creature cards do not render so I can’t choose them to block

8. The Clutter Cluster Enweb Bug

   I went to enwebb my clutter cluster twice in the same game and it wouldn’t allowed me to do it. Both times I should have had enough mana since I accepted to add a 1+1 counter on cheering crowd. Both times the mana was no given to me, but the counters were added. As you can see in the pictures included I had more than enough mana had the mana was given to me. It’s aggravating to have so many issues with arena and only during drafts.

9. Shuffler Bug

   IDK what's wrong with your shuffler, but in this one game the opening hand has the ONLY two Portal to Phyrexia in the Deck. I am constantly drawing them either both in my opening hand (as shown here) or somewhere within the first 10-15 cards back-to-back every time. The amount of times it happens is a complete statistical abhorrence

   So, I mulled down and boy does your shuffler like to mainly double up on the same cards and not provide any sort of actual curve.

   Please fix, it's getting out of hand.

10. My set collection section has a mistake

    In my "set collection" section there's a mistake, in particular in my Final Fantasy collection I completed the uncommon cards, I have at least 1 copy of the 109 uncommon cards but the summary shows that still 1 card is missing. This should have been an error happening when I crafted the last uncommons that I was missing using my wildcards. Even if I go to the "collection" sub section and I filter Final Fantasy set, uncommons and not collected it shows nothing (images attached as proof) and also if I count the uncommons one by one I have 109. This is very frustrating since I want to complete the set, as I have done will all the previous ones since I started playing arena again last year. Please your support to solve this, thanks in advance.

11. visual glitch

    This has happened for about 2 or more days, I have been playing some standard best of 3 and every time I have played it gives me this weird visual glitch without fail and I just don't know what to do about it. It's annoying because I can't access certain menu options until I completely reboot the game.

12. Crash always

    Over 20 times in the last 5 days i have tried accessing the store and I was kicked out of the game instantly every time.

    I can still access pack page by goong via packs->get packs.

    When entering that way I can then access the following pages: gems, daily deals, bundles and decks. Only featured and cosmetics pages crash the game.

    Also noticed that when trying to change companion when in a deck it does the same...

    I did not have this problem before and my device is up to date and good enough to handle the game. Please help...

13. Trample vs. Creature with "Protection From" a color, Unable to assign post-toughness trample damage

    Trample vs. Creature with "Protection From" a color, Unable to assign post-toughness trample damage.

    I was just in a game in which my opponent gave one of their creatures proection from blue. All my creatures had trample. When the trample damage "assign damage" popup happened between my 8/8 with trample (that was blue), and their 10/5 (with "protection from") I was unable to only select up to the expected 5 damage that "would be" necessary to kill the 10/5. The interface intstead forced me to assign all 8 damage TO the creature with proection.

    I am going off of MTG official ruling 702.18b - beneath which an example is given:
    "Example: A 6/6 green creature with trample is blocked by a 2/2 creature with protection from green. The attacking creature’s controller must assign at least 2 damage to the blocker, even though that damage will be prevented by the blocker’s protection ability. The attacking creature’s controller can divide the rest of the damage as he or she chooses between the blocking creature and the defending player."

    The interface seems bugged to not "apply" any damage to the creature with protection. Attaching game log in case it's helpful.

14. Action cannot be completed due to unpayable mana cost bug

    "Action cannot be completed due to unpayable mana cost" message appeared, but i had the mana available. Happened trying to embalm Camera Launcher using Cursecloth Wrappings. Unfortunate bug, cost me the game and the draft.

15. Losing Feels Bad

    Whenever I play brawl, I want to play with fun decks that dont necessarily help me win games but feel good to play. Unfortunately I cant do this because losing gains me nothing. A little bit of XP and some pity gold would go a long way to making huge losing streaks in MTGA feel like Im not just wasting my time.

16. Sealed

    I do not like sealed events for any type of competitive event. Can we start offering draft or anything else instead?

    I understand why you are designing the game how it is currently designed and distributed. However, it is very clear that designing for competitive sealed is not a priority at all. I agree with this approach given that sealed is mostly played in prerelease events but I do not believe it is appropriate for any sort of competitive level event. While I do believe that sealed CAN be skill testing, I currently do not believe that the skill expression in sealed is high enough to equate to being a reasonable competitive format.

    I am a long time magic player, and am specifically a limited specialist. I draft all of the time on arena. If I enjoy the format, I hit Mythic status quite fast and have been in the top 1200~ players many times.

    I have experienced success in sealed. I recently won 4 boxes of Modern Horizons through the arena direct event. But the gameplay is not that interesting, the deck building is not that interesting, there is no incentive to innovate or learn the format beyond these smaller competitive events.

17. Update today with 4 different download sizes

    On my Mac I have tried to run the Arena app all day. When it starts it begins an update. I have tried 4 different times and each time the size of the download was different ranging from 55 GB - 11.03 GB. The update made it to .4 GB from completion and it stopped doing anything at all. After 4 attempts I will not attempt it again. Get it together.

    After I did my last pick on the cube draft I got a message saying my pick could not get submit. When I tryong to rejoin the event to complete the deck building, only the button "Join draft" was there and when I try to join it stays in the queue forever. I tried the same with the traditional draft, and got the same bug. Now, I can't even log into my account, getting a timeout message when I try to open Arena.

19. YOUR SHUFFLER IS TRASH!!!

    I play a top 500 ranked mythic account and these are my 2 opening hands game 2!!! This isn't acceptable!! Do you favor these account or something??!! I'm sure they drew perfection!! FIX THIS! A deck with 23 lands should never draw less than 2 lands per hand. none the less 1 and then none in a row. That's extremely improbable. At least let us choose how to shuffle.

20. Bug: Exiled cards that should be playable completely disappear

    2025.47.10.2455.1133811
    After playing the Sorcery part of an Adventure card, the card doesn’t remain visible in my hand and I’m unable to cast it later as a permanent. I tried checking the Exile pile, but that didn’t show any cards in there either. It’s as if the cards completely disappear from the game, even though they should still be playable while in Exile.
