How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Alchemy what garbage.

    FIX the shuffler.

    Get rid of Alchemy(and If I'm not playing in Alchemy I don't want to see those fake cards in ANY of my other decks.)

    Get rid of those bs Arena cards.

    Arena is abomination of Magic in its current state. And you wonder why you can't get more Arena players LOL.

  2. Ranked queue for Brawl

    Please consider creating a Ranked queue for Brawl. It would give players another option to earn rewards for those who do not want to play Standard, Historic, or Draft.

  3. Close Encounter Bug

    From losing because of the glitch from the spell Close Encounter not letting me chose my own target, the game would just let me chose the first target then the second target would phizzle out! It's so frustrating because it happened multiple times to me and my brothers.

    My name is William, I am a 36 year old successful real estate dude played magic since I was a kid. Magic is a game that is more fun with 4 people. I would pay pretty much any amount of money to play mtg arena up to 4 players.   5. Start actually punishing players for stalling

    At least 40% of matches in the no-stakes games like Midweek Magic are like this. Half of the remaining games where the opponent shows up they rope most turns and if they start to lose they rope every phase and use up every timeout. Makes the game completely un-fun, but still WotC does NOTHING about it.

  6. Timers

    These timers are ******. If I have double the amount of scute swarms than tokens and my opponent all out attacks, I shouldn't be penalized by assigning my blocks. Situation- opponent attacks with 150 tokens +a handful of creatures, I have 240 scute swarms on the field, enough to block and attack back for the win. Opponent all out attacks and my * timers run out before getting all my creatures to block. Why am I getting penalized for assigning blockers. The same with my opponent, if he had a source to double his tokens, block my swarm and…

  7. kav landseeker delayed trigger doesn't use the stack

    kav landseeker's delayed trigger automatically resolves at endstep. this is not the correct behavior - it should allow a player to activate the lander in response and should, minimally, require a spacebar action skip if at least 2 mana is available.

  8. Just stop

    Just stop. Sell this franchise to someone that isn't just a bunch of greedy lames. You know, if you actually promoted this app and stopped using AI "players", this game would do so much better. Wading through a dozen battles where the other "player" has the game won by turn three is irritating as ****. And if you don't think the real players don't know this is going on, you aren't paying attention. Which you aren't, which is why this game will always only be, meh.

  9. Whole game is broken

    Every single fight is broken. Cards get stuck hovering on the stack, unable to choose targets, can’t tell which cards are supposed to be on the field. Just delete this game and start over Hasbro.

  12. Some sound effects don't work on macbook

    This only applies to some sound effects. Specifically the sound effects when I cast a spell, when something enters the battlefield, and when damage is dealt (to creatures or a player). There may be more but those are the most noticeable. Most of the sound effects play just fine. I'm playing on my Macbook Pro from 2020 with an M1 chip. I'm on Sequoia 15.5. I use Epic Games Launcher to launch the game. I have tried deleting Arena and EGL from my machine, and even deleting any files associated with Arena, Wizards, MTG, or EGL from my computer,…

  13. Restoration Magic

    Restoration Magic Cure tier for 0 mana plus 1 base cost doesn't have priority. Numerous games versus green or red decks (no "Nowhere to run" on the field or in these decks).

    I hold 1W mana for the base cost of restoration magic - cure tier costs 0 for hexproof/indestructable. Then an opponent casts an instant targeting my creatures (for example green target own creature deals damage to opponent creature, and basic red burn spell for 2-4 damage)

    It doesn't allow me to react, despite having the mana, not pressing spacebar to skip phase and no auto skip on…

  14. Scute swarm

    Scute swarm token generation wasn't showing the correct amount of tokens and capped at what it showed at around the screenshot below. After this my game slowed down progressively more and more and timeout was being shown for me as he was playing lands and generating more scute swarm. Made my phone very hot and made my music player stop and eventually crashed my game.

  15. Incorrect Interaction Programming - Station

    Station does not allow for instant speed interaction.

    Player 1 Casts Kona, Rescue Beastie - Creature Cast Resolves

    Player 1 taps Kona to Station

    Player 2 should be able to cast and instant speed spell here to remove Kona but Arena taps it immediately and only allows a response post station.

    Station is Sorcery speed and as such, Instant cast should be able to interact with the creature between the creature spell resolving and the station ability being used.

  16. Stop rigging matches

    You just rigged a match against me, I was playing against a high cost deck, they needed at least 6 lands, what does MTG do, makes sure both games I have 6 lands to match what the other player needed. My whole deck is basically one drops, I didn't draw any of my 6 draw spells, any of my 6 counter spells or any of my 6 protection spells, what did I draw only creatures of which there are 20.     I'm a new player and cannot pass the tutorial battles since it contains visual bugs and in the fifth battle, there is a bug that prevent you from play and finish the battle. I try it both on Android and windows device.

  18. Daily Wins are breaking the health of your play queue and driving people away

    The behavior of players around the 15 daily wins is turning the Standard Play queues into one of the most toxic queues in the game. You know there is a problem when the common wisdom of the game is "just play Ranked, you'll have an easier time." This stems Directly from the 15 Daily Wins quest. People seeking fast wins pile into Standard queue and grab fast aggro decks that win in 3-5 turns. However, that isn't all.   20. Grievous wound not working with Bandit's talent

    Grievous wound states :

    “Whenever enchanted player is dealt damage, they lose half their life, rounded up.”

    Bandit's talent states:

    “At the beginning of each opponent’s upkeep, if that player has one or fewer cards in hand, they lose 2 life.”

    Yet when these two effects are concurrent, the grievous wound isn't triggering. This seems like a coding error.
