How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Tai wakeen sequencing bug

    Tai wakeen no longer pauses in response to casting a sorcery, which can cause a player to miss the chance to boost a spell unless full control is on.

  2. blocked with a creature that had sacrifice and sacrificed the creature before combat, there was no combat

    i attacked with 1 3-1 creature, my opponent blocked with a creature with sacrifice "deals one damage to any target" and sacrificed it before combat, the sacrifice did not trigger, the sacrificed creature died and there was no combat after.

  3. Keep getting disconnected on mobile even with full 5G+ signal. Frequently happening since latest patch.

    Keep getting randomly disconnected since last patch on mobile. On top of that I still am unable to rejoin games if disconnected whether to the home screen on mobile or if the app crashes and I immediately reload into the app. It's been months now.

  4. Fireblade Charger ability isn't working when sacked with Thud or Fling

    When I sack Fireblade Charger with “Fling” or “Thud” the fling/thud does the creatures power in damage to a target, but then the “When Fireblade Charger dies, it deals damage equal to it's power to any target” doesn't trigger.

  5. Option to cast Increasing Vengeance not triggering

    Good day. I'd like to report a bug.
    Platform: Epic Games on Mac

    This has happened in four different games when playtesting a deck against Sparky, and I captured a log of this latest incident (see attached). I'm casting a viable instant (Lightning Helix) during my opponent's turn and would like to copy the spell that I control by casting Increasing Vengeance from my hand, but the option to cast Increasing Vengeance never triggers. I have one untapped Blood Crypt and two untapped Sacred Foundry, so the available mana is there. The text of Increasing Vengeance is: "Copy target instant…

  6. utopia sprawl tokens soft locking when no valid lands to select.

    Yenna, primal vigor and annointed procession for a tonne of tokens.

    when duplicating utopia sprawl, you cannot select the same land multiple times as a target for sprawl. If you generate more tokens than there are valid targets, you cant continue with your turn. The "submit" button wont click despite there being no more valid targets for your activations.

  7. Hexproof intended interaction?

    I played a standard event and my opponent casted "Seam Rip". When he casted the spell i had one creature on the board. But he didn't chose it jet. As an answer to his spell i played "Snakeskin Veil" which gives my creature +1 / +1 and Hexproof till the end of turn. My creature got the buff and his card entered the battlefield and he choose my creature as target and it got exiled as a result of it.
    If this interaction is intended, how does hexproof exactly work if my creature can still be a target of spells?

  8. issues with the game for new/ old players

    There are a ton of issues that are effecting new players and old players that dont have time for best of 3. First is the hand smoothing garbage, it is rally bad as since it has been brought in the shuffler wins more then the players do when playing a crafted deck. It has been about a month at 30 mins a day since I had a game where I didn't have to mulligan twice. And even after the mulligan more often then not its either all lands or no lands.   9. Priority passed with spells to play

    Playing mono red (yeah, I know), opponent Recommissioned Abhorrent Oculus. After ending his turn, the Oculus manifest dreads. 2/2 enters. My turn. Priority was skipped and I was unable to cast anything in hand. Immediately went to my Manifold Mouse's ability. After giving it double strike, priority was passed again and I wasn't even able to attack. Priority was passed and my turn was over. This was a ranked match too.

  10. Avatar: The Last Airbender Infinite Loop

    A player can create an infinite loop using "Appa, Steadfast Guardian" "Aang, Swift Savior" and "Airbender Acension." I believe they could theoretically keep the game going on for forever if they so wanted. They can also create infinite 1/1 tokens using this loop. This exploit, mechanic, what have you, is not fun and ruins the gaming experience.

  11. Porcelain Gallery don't increase the stats of my ghost vacuum creatures

    After Porcelain Gallery room is unlocked, all player's creatures should have base power and toughness equal to the number of creatures player controls, however this isn't working with the creatures brought back with Ghost Vacuum.
    I have the Porcelain Gallery room unlock in the batlefield but when I bring back creatures that are exiled with Ghost Vacuum, they remain 1/1 while the other creatures under my control have their stats affected by Porcelain Gallery.

  12. Combat User Interface

    You are unable to see which creatures your opponent attacks with. It is too easy to miss attacking creatures, the red arrow indicating an attack is block by the "choose blockers" text.

    Android phone.

    Move the choose blockers text to enable players to see what creaturesare attacking.

  13. Bug

    "Lightwheel Enhancements" not castable from graveyard, despite max speed.
    For some reason, this aura cannot be cast form the graveyard, despite having enough mana, a valid target, max speed, the proper phase of the turn, etc. It was critical to me winning the game, and I would've been very salty if it cost me.

    I didn't think to screen record in game, but I swear the problem occurred how I described it lol.

  14. Not all attacks resolve during overkill

    Game does not resolve all attacks if you overkill target. Generated 72 (+12 additional tokens generated during the attack) attackers but only 3 creatures connected before fight resolved. I did not get the "Going Wide" achievement because of this.

  15. Responding to Maze's end at instant speed not being allowed on arena

    Other player wants to use Mazes end. I want to destroy it in response. Arena did not allow me to respond and just let it leave battlefield costing me the game.

  16. Personal Ban List in Play Queue

    In the Play Queue, allow the player to choose cards or colors to "ban" for their games. For example, if I don't want to match against Monstrous Rage and Manifold Mouse, I can select those cards for my personal "ban list" and I won't play against them. I think of this like kitchen table Magic where you set your own house rules with your friends. Queue times may be longer but I would trade a longer wait time for a more enjoyable experience.

    Of course leave the Ranked Queue for competitive play as is.

  17. Bug trying to respond to Sorcery with Instant (Standard Brawl)

    My Elenda, Saint of Dusk (Commander) was targeted with the sorcery Push from the Push/Pull card (2 mana cost, destroy target tapped creature). I had 1 mana to use Restoration Magic to give my Elenda hexproof and indestructible, but Push resolved and Elenda was destroyed before I could respond.

  18. Dune Drifter Incorrectly Reanimating cards when it is Reanimated

    My opponent casts a reanimation spell (tune up or back on track) targeting dune drifter in limited. Both times after they did this they were able to return a shefet archfiend (7mv) with the dune drifter effect (x or less where x is zero because it wasn't casted. I casted a screenshot of the board state after this happened where I lose because of it.

  19. Network Error

    Hello!

    When i click Play (ranked or not) i get the error you see in the screen.
    "Network Error. Unable to join queue. Please try again later."

    Anyway the connection works and few seconds later game starts.
    So not a big deal, but this screen error is not the best.

  20. Sparky needs upgrade, difficulty levels, and more

    I play Sparky to get a feel for my decks, but the vs-AI mode could be a fun, more challenging aspect to Arena. There is really a lot of untapped potential here. Here are some thoughts.

    1. Give Sparky more recent cards. Maybe from the recent beginner decks. The cards feel underpowered and dated. It just isn’t challenging playing with the most recent cards against Sparky’s older sets. I have noticed that the programming only allows it to play cards that have direct interactions (for example, Pacifism on one of my creatures). It is not programmed to play cards with activated…
