How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Sparky stuck in "Hmmm."-ing out turn - Need a way to force Sparky's play

    Bug: As of 9/7/23 Sparky is stuck in "Hmmm."-ing on their turn to play. Is Sparky teaching roping as a valid strategy now?

    Situation: Sparky has any number of cards or even no cards in hand. It is Sparky's first main phase. I am in a winning position just playing cards to try to get to test a new card in my 100-card singleton deck. Sparky Hmmms for ~ 17 minutes, then I get the victory screen. Sparky doesn't even say "You got me!", such a sore loser! This happened today against Sparky's Blue, Black, Red, White, and Green…

  2. Bug involving perpetually and flip planeswalkers

    During a game, my opponent played a rope line attendant giving a copy of Ajani in that players hand said ability. When Ajani renentered the battlefield as a planeswalker and used the 0 ablitiy it created a citizen token in addition to a cat token.

  4. Great hall of the citadel

    Great hall of the citadel not auto flagging as available mana during turn causing me to auto skip. Next turn manually made 2 mana and the game would not let me use it to cast spells.

  5. Didn't counter spell

    1)Opponent has creature "Canopy Tactician" green elf 3/4, with active ability "turn" gave you 3 forest mana. 4 mana cost. I played "Drown in the Loch". B/U instant, with "choose one: Destroy or counter spell with convert mana cost less or equal to the numbers of cards in controllers graveyard". Arena stoped me to not play that card. I was suprised, canseled, cheack his/her graveyard. It got 6 card on it. So i played it again, just for make sure it won't work, and it is. Probobly what may to be, is somehow Arena might think is mana cost…

  7. screaming nemesis damage bug

    The damage that bounces back from Screaming Nemesis doesn’t trigger when targeted by a Lightning Strike

  8. Verilax the Havenskin Bug

    Attacking creatures deal damage to Verilax despite Verilax being tapped and unable to block. No text on card indicates that attack damage will be automatically redirected to Verilax.

  9. Kiora, Soverign of the Deep not triggering on Changeling spells

    I controlled a Copycrook that was a copy of my opponent's Kiora, Soverign of the Deep and cast Moritte of the Frost from my Command Zone in Brawl. Moritte is a changeling spell so should count as every creature type, trigggering Kiora.

    Kiora simply did not trigger at all. Log is attached below.

  10. instant not working

    While I was playing I had 2 mana open and a dockside chef in play and wanted to cast my deadly dispute on my opponents turn and was unable to select the deadly dispute to cast it.

  11. Unable to use full sideboard when using companion

    Started happening with release of Final Fantasy (I believe)

    Notes:
    Platform: PC
    This bug only appears to be happening when creating new decks.
    If I choose a deck with a companion that was already in "My Decks" before the update this bug does not happen.

    Steps:
    1. Create a new traditional deck where companions are legal e.g. Timeless
    2. Select a Companion (so far tested with both Lurrus and Yorion)
    3. Create a full sideboard (full 15 cards)
    4. When sideboarding:
    Expected outcome: I see the full 15 cards and can use them
    Outcome: I can only use the first…

  12. Land Bug Lost Game

    On magic arena I lost a game due to a spell getting countered, which I could have avoided with the blue land Mistrise Village or whatever the name, that prevents my next spell from being countered. I couldnt activate the land which was on the far bottom left of lands a the time, and when I hovered over it nothing showed either.

  13. Pay for Mythic Confluence, doesn't work

    Opponent castsMythic Confluence with 2 +3 mana. I pay it with a Sol Ring and an Eldrazi token and land. But the spell doesn't resolve.

  14. Eaten Alive Bug on Mobile

    Eaten Alive is bugged on Mobile.

    The sacrifice portion of the card words, but when I select the opponents creature is does not destroy. It works sometimes but it has happen 3 times to me. I don't know if it bugged on the PC version but it's definitely not working 100% of the time.

  15. BUG: Housemeld Interaction with Ancient Adamantoise

    Setup: Using Housemeld on Ancient Adamantoise, then taking damage to yourself or another creature.

    Expected Results: Unsure if damage would either be redirected to the Enchantment providing pseudo-invincibility, or if the damage absorbing effect would be ignored.

    Current Results: Game forced into a draw with the GreError message.

    Platform: Android Mobile

    Currently no workaround.

  16. Bloodletter of Aclazotz bug

    Bloodletter of Aclazotz has no effect on the field. With multiple "life loss," direct damage and burn damage triggers the doubling effect of Bloodletter does not work.

    This has only been happening in my account since the update and only seems to apply when playing against other players, NOT sparky.

  17. Lorwyn Mastery Pass Preorder missing

    The mastery pass for Lorwyn isn't available to preorder.
    This must be a bug because nobody would seriously remove this option from the store.

  18. Haste not carried into opponents turn.

    Haste, is not being honored on opponents turn. Example. I have creatures can tap for any mana color. They enter with haste on my turn. End of my turn they get summoning sickness animation and can not tap them for mana.

  19. Roiing Dragonstorm Borderless Card Style Bug

    I wanted to report a rather annoying graphical bug involving a specific card I use often. As you can see from the attached screenshots, I purchased the alternate art for the "Roiling Dragonstorm" card using in-game gold. When held in hand, it displays perfectly (first screenshot). However, when played and placed on the battlefield, it displays with a rather pronounced and very unsightly black border at the top. This doesn't happen with the regular art. Is this a known issue with certain types of alternate art, or is it normal?

  20. shiko paragon of the way issue

    I was playing a game in premier draft and lost because I was unable to cast temur tawnyback from my graveyard when I cast and resolved shiko paragon of the ways from my hand (shiko entered the battlefield) . I had no green producing lands at the time, so I assume the bug had to do with thinking I needed 4 mana instead of three to cast temur tawnyback. I don't think I did anything wrong on my end and the tawnyback was the only card 3 mana or less in my graveyard at the time
