How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Rise of the dark realms

    GuelleGustav casted Rise of the dark realms with only 8 mana...how is it possible?! Can some one explaine...!!! It is a 9 mana spell...

    And the game before I didnt take a prt sc, a player cast massacre wurm with 2 black lands and 3 others when you need 3 black lands more 3 other lands...

    Some can explain...please...thanks, or the game is just rigged and full of cheaters...

  2. Boltbend illegal cast, game lock

    The game let me cast Boltbend on an enemy counter-spell whilst there was only one other spell on the stack (the spell originally targeted by the counter-spell) and a large number of triggered abilities. This lead to a situation where I couldn't select a valid target, but the spell was already locked into the stack so there was no game action and we were forced to wait for the turn timer.   3. Use AI to prevent players, with no chance of winning, extending matches by excessive use of priority/timeouts

    Theres no reason I should have to waste so much time on players that have clearly lost. Either they play their turn with priority or if its obvious they are wasting time it should automatically move to forfeit the match.

  4. Landfall Land drop based Decks are too powerful and stupid

    Turn 2 Landfall Death. Fun! You are making this even more powerful with the new releases. Roughly 50% of opponents are running this EXACT SAME deck. This is worse than Red Aggro! Mossborn Hydra is the worst offender, but Chocobo and others are just as bad. Is literally impossible to beat unless you get perfect removal cards multiple times in a row. I refuse to play against these decks anymore until you fix this craziness. I just call them out in comments/emotes and scoop. Needless to say ranked play is completely NOT HAPPENING!   5. Comet Stellar Pup and Lighting Greaves Bug

    During my Powered Cube i encounter a bug with Comet StellarPup and Lighting Greaves.

    Comete rolled 5, and could target my creature with shroud.

    I couldn't even active the ability of my creature in response.

  6. Animation timeouts

    When an opponent plays a card that gets triggered over 100 times due to copy effects, this particular card put copies of another into the deck and has a longer animation that has to play over 100 times before anyone can even choose another input. The timeout timer went through all of their time outs, and then started taking my timeouts while I had no option to choose anything. By the time the animation has finished, it's already passed my turn with warning that I'm about to be kicked from the match and then my opponent gets an entire extra…

  7. Archenemy Charm bypasses ward

    I had a Hinterland Sanctifier out with Sheltered by Ghosts attached. Opponent had 2 tapped mana and 3 open mana. At the end of my turn they played Archenemy's Charm and targeted the Hinterland Sanctifier. The ward did not trigger, and I lost my creature erroneously. My opponent seems to have been aware of the bug as they did not hesitate to play the charm.

  8. Ban Paradox Engine in Brawl

    Paradox Engine absolutely needs to be banned in brawl. A few mana rocks and dorks combine with The One Ring Allows a player an endless loop to make tons of mana and draw out their entire deck. But there are so many other combos on top of this as well. This cards is so busted it needs to be removed, I auto scoop when someone plays it because it's pure solitaire from that point on.

  9. Unban Abuelo's Awakening. Ban Omniscience instead

    Reanimation was never the problem in any format. It is always the targets of Reanimation which are the problem.

    BAN BLOODTHIRSTY CONQUEROR ALREADY
    jesus this card has been a problem for so long if you are not running a removal with grave hate you instantly lose in standard. It literally makes it impossible to lose if you run that card because it pings off just about anything infinitely. yeah it take a bit for it to come out but guess what if you have grave born you can get it practically instantly to ping for game.

  11. Zahur can't react to being Airbended

    Playing an Orzhov Sacrifice deck, with the important/notable card(s) here are Zahur, Glory's Past, potentially Sephiroth, Fabled Soldier (Or One Winged Angel as he was on the board, with Emblem), and both of those being targeted by duplicated Airbending from Aang Swift Savior.

    As my opponent went through their Airbending combo, with Appa, Aang, and PanHarmKatara, I was given priority at every point, including them targeting my first creature, Sephirtoh OWA, but as soon as they targeted the Zahur, Priority was not given back to me and their whole ability chain resolved, stopping me from interacting whatsoever.

  12. Vivi, soul cauldron interaction not working correctly

    When one vivi ornitier is in the graveyard and you exile it with Agatha's soul cauldron and target another Vivi in play giving it the same ability twice. You should be able to activate each ability once per each of your turns being they are two different abilities even if they are identical. I have had multiple times where I try to do so but the game won't allow me to activate the second ability and sometimes even ending my turn automatically if it's my second main phase.

  13. RNG Issue

    YES I AM GOING ALL CAPS TO SHOW MY ABSOLUTE DISGUST WITH HOW CORRUPT WIZARDS HAS BECOME!!!!

    FIX YOUR ******* RNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    24 LANDS IN A 60 CARD LIBRARY AND 1 OF 3 THINGS HAPPEN IN 5 DRAWS AT EVERY GAME NOW 1) I GET 1-2 LANDS WITH NOTHING ELSE IN TERMS OF MANA, 2) I ONLY DRAW THE 6 LANDS THAT ENTER TAPPED OUT OF THE TOTAL OF 24, OR 3) I JUST DRAW LANDS WITH NOTHING ELSE TO CAST AND PUT INTO PLAY!!!!!!!!

  14. Bug

    During the midweek magic event I selected Revelling Firebenders and the deck ended up in multicolor instead of red and had 27 lands and only 13 spells. This could be a tough way for a new player and looking at the deck lists online should not include half of the cards in the deck. Since this was midweek magic for jump in there was no cost or loss to me but wanted to make you aware.

  15. Garland Bounce Bug

    I was in a game where I bounced (with Jill, perhaps when she flipped back after transforming, if that matters) a transformed Garland (Chaos) and then the other player was able to play it for the seven mana transformed cost with the Chaos side up. Perhaps this is a situation where I am misunderstanding the rules for transformed cards but my understanding is that a flipped card would be returned to hand as the front face.

  16. Tannuk, Steadfast Second Showing me what has warp in my opponents hands

    Playing on PC in brawl against a Tannuk, Steadfast Second deck and when Tannuk is played and at the beginning of every turn SOME cards in their hand flashes a warp animation showing me how many creatures or artifacts are in their hand. It is not every card in their hand just the creatures and artifacts that gain warp from Tannuk. I do not believe this is intended for me, the opponent of the Tannuk player to see.

  17. Auto-resolution on the stack and presentation of combos to streamline games

    As I am writing this, I am essentially being held ******* in a brawl match where my opponent is abusing landfall triggers primarily occuring with Scute Swarm but also earthbending Fabled Passage with Toph, The First Metalbender and other landfall staples. My first suggestion is that when auto-resolving/passing priority on the stack, timeout usage should be charged against the player generating the overwhelming number of triggered abilities on the stack. I understand that the game recognizes that technically I must resolve the triggers for it to happen but if I am auto-resolving the triggers on the stack, I pass priority…

  18. Feedback on Pricing for Power Cup Draft Events in MTG Arena

    Dear Wizards of the Coast

    I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the current pricing structure for the Power Cup draft events on MTG Arena. Charging 10,000 gold or 1,500 gems for entry into a phantom draft is unacceptable and feels like an egregious exploitation of the Magic: The Gathering player base.

    This format, while enjoyable in concept as a unique cube-style draft ), does not justify such a premium cost. In phantom events, players receive no lasting cards to add to their collections, unlike keeper drafts such as Premier Drafts, which offer comparable entry fees but…

    Historic Brawl: If the intent behind banning cards like Ancient Tomb was to remove higher power mana ramp than why is a very powerful mana ramp creature allowed to be in the command zone. Without any removal in your opening hand Rafellos will tap for 3 mana on turn three, giving the Rafellos player access to 6 mana on turn three, Every Game! he should be allowed in the 99 but should not be allowed in the command zone.

  20. Lightning vs Angel of suffering

    Angel of Suffering milled 62 cards after I should have only taken/prevented 30 something damage. I think the game didn't prevent Lightning from applying the double damage, even though the ability didn't trigger. But I could be wrong.

    To recreate:
    - Lightning, Army of One attacking a player with another creature. The defender has Angel of Suffering on board.
    - Let combat damage resolve (no blocks)
    - Count cards milled

    Expected: Cards milled is 3+ other attackers power
