How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can’t type in names of decks
Inside deck builder typing in the name of your deck isn’t responding at all and hasn’t for the past 3 months

player has over 200 cards in their deck
i just submitted a report about a player with over 200 cards in the deck and i am now playing a game where the same thing has happened. it is very frustrating that this has started to happen so often. please look into this as i am now not going to play arena any more. you have lost a customer until it is resolved.

player has too many cards in deck
my opponent has over 200 cards in their deck. this has happened to me a few times and there seems to be no way to report it, and it is getting worse. please look into it because i really dont want to stop playing but its getting out of control. in the last month i have encountered this problem in increasing frequency.

Fix your matchmaking
For a company that has put so much attention into making sure in-person games are fair (what with the whole commander bracket system and whatnot) it’s insane how little effort y’all have put into the matchmaking here. It is abysmal. I mostly play brawl, and I’m consistently matched against vastly higher power decks, toxic players, etc. it is incredibly unfun to play 90% of the time. I have no clue how matchmaking currently works (ie what factors are considered) but the strength of deck people are playing clearly isn’t factored in at all.
It would also be helpful if we could report players for slowplaying or cheating in-game. Console games let us do that kind of thing 2 decades ago, it shouldn’t be hard to do now.

disconnection from draft game
i got disconnected from a draft game even though my connection was fine and i have been given a game loss

Ui turns White and Unreadable
After Sideboarding or after editing a deck, the top screen ui where all the option menu are shown turn white, unreadable and sometimes stops working. this has been a problem for over 2 months, hopefully its something you'll fix soon.

recurring theme with shuffler
noticed a new trend concerning the shuffler, players are just quitting the game when shuffler starts it's ********. I have to admit I have started following suit , I've had a few games where I mulliganed twice and just gave up without playing a card. You guys really need to focus on fixing the exisiting bugs and making the game fun to play again because the road you are going it's becoming stagnant and boring. Your problems start with the pros building speed decks and the meta. The players you want to keep ( the ones spending money more then just during set rotation ) are leaving or stop paying because of the direction you are going with the game. You want to keep the deck crafters as we spend money for wild cards whenever we get a new idea, while meta players just keep the same deck until it gets rotated out (usually years now) . And I brought someone into the game and they quit because of a bug that you guys refuse to fix ( they spent most of thier wild cards as a new player to build the fang/vanille l'cie deck only to discover that the trigger effect of the meld doesn't work , so they quit the game altogether. ) This isn't the first or even the fourth time I've had this happen. Focus more on player retention please, maybe you won't have to keep throwing hail mary's to meet you financial quota. Getting unuionized for a failing product doesn't mean much, especially when you are repeating the mistakes of the past.

Space bar issues when attacking
When i pass to the attacking phase, if i try to attack all using the spacebar shortcut , it doesnt do anything. otherwise if i click on the button attack all it normally happens. that has been the case after the update. PC - WIndows - arena client - 5/5/2026

Game crashed in the middle of a game
Hi. I've been experiencing problems while playing limited this afternoon. During the first game, it took me out two times of it, but I could finish it. But, during the second game, the game crashed for like 20 minutes and both my timer and the opponent's stopped. Given that I couldn't do anything, after those 20 minutes, I had no other option but to close the game. So that is what I did, and, to my surprise, I got that game lost. I don't have a screenshot, because I didn't know what to do, but I did take the log. I hope I can get some feedback. Thanks

Error updating data
I cannot play on PC - Error Updating Data - i tried every trouble shootin from internet.

Problems with the store
I tried to purchase a pack with the money of the game...the first time the store wasn't available, so I tried to restorethe data of the game (in options). I entered the game again and I could go in the store but not purchase anything. It says "error of the intern store"

Unable to select cards in draft
Unable to select cards during pack 3 in a premier draft. This resulted in a time out and auto selection. Had to close the client and reload by which time the draft was over.

溌溂の牧羊犬
PCでMTGアリーナのヒストリックランク戦プレイ時
、相手が溌溂の牧羊犬フィリアで攻撃し、こちらの戦場のクリーチャーが追放されたのですが次の終了ステップ時に戦場に帰ってきませんでした。何ターン待っても帰ってきませんでした。

Frozen Timout
Opponent timed out, but the game never ended. It's draft so I don't want to just concede and count the loss

filter condition more than 4
Steps:
1)Go to decks
2)Go to collection
3)Chose advance filter
4)In the collection separator select x4Result:
All cards that you have more than 4 (i.e. cards that you have from more than 2 editions, for example crackle with power 4 from the cowboy set and 1 from mystical archive) will not show up.1 vote -

Product suggestion
This guy was playing an urza deck and he wasn’t casting any spells or anything but he was able to tap two creatures to trigger both displacer kitten & hullbreaker horror to just repeatedly bounce urza & use hullbreaker to bounce all of my stuff back to my hand and then they just kept playing stuff from their library without any mana or creatures available. They would just tap two creatures and then there would be a displacer kitten trigger on the stack with a hullbreaker trigger on top of it. Either this guy is hacking or you guys have a real serious bug here

Showing previous game state
Playing a quickdraft game. Concede the game and go into queue again. After loading in to the new game, instead of being presented with the new game state, the old board and creatures show up along with timers and other live animations. Softlocked here and conceding from here counts as another loss.
