How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Crash when launching the app on Mac
Problem :
- Since yesterday, I cannot play to MTGA anymore while I'm a regular player since months.
- Each time I launch the app on my device , ) the app crashes during the launch after the "loading initial scene" phase.
- There is no error message - I just come back to my deskMy Config
- Macbook Air Apple M3, 16 go
- MacOS = Sonoma 14.6.1What I already did :
- desintall and reinstall the app with Epic Game launcher ---> no impact

Asset error happens when the game start
started a new update and all i get is a reoccurring "asset error detected" over and over. My PC is Mac.

そろそろフィルターを機能させてほしい
現状、表記でスペースがあったりするせい
なのだろうが、
フィルターに正常にヒットしない現象が多く発生している。日本語表記ではスペースを入れている
そういうことが原因だろうので、カード表記とはべつにフィルター用に文章情報をつくるか、
フィルターの論理で、もしスペースがあるなら除く
という参照時の工夫を入れるなりして、

Server disconnection leading to a loss not possible to enter back in the game, 2 seconds after
Hello,
I got a server disconnection in the middle of a draft game, 5 seconds after I was reconnected but not in my game anymore, directly in the draft waiting room for the next game. I have then received a loss for no reason.2 votes -
Shuffler
After reviewing all the people reporting the same issue it's clear that your company not only doesn't care about anything we say, but you must like the shuffler. Did the development team manager's brother make it and you can't get rid of it or he starts to hit his helmet he has to wear? Did you fail math? Have you heard of statistics before? Connection lost
September 10th 5:45pm est. The website says servers are up. However the app cannot e establish a connection or finish booting. My app is fully updated, I’ve restarted the app, restarted the device, confirmed my network connection. There is either a bug with arena or the servers are actually down contrary to the server status page.

Not enough disk space
The game says I dont have enough disk space even though my phone has over 10 gb of storage space remaining. Any fix for this?

Unable to log in. Authentication failed: timeout
Attempting to log into my account gives me this 'authentication failed: timeout' error. I get this error on all platforms (windows, android and IOS), and I can log in on these devices with other accounts. About 3 weeks ago I could log in but I have been having this issue for a week or so now.
I have already tried restarting my router, using different networks, uninstalling and reinstalling the game on all devices, flushing DNS and resetting winsock on windows, verifying my account and changing my password, linking steam account, and disabling my firewall.

Full screen bug
The latest update has prevented full-screen mode. Going into settings I can turn full screen mode on, but once I enter or leave a match, it reverts to original non-full-screen mode

App crashing in iOS when card is returned to hand
I’m playing on iOS on an iPhone. Every single time a card is returned to my hand or my opponent’s hand from the battlefield, the app crashes and I return to my phone Home Screen. The app also crashes every time I activate Prime Speaker Vannifar’s ability to search my library.

Password won't autofill
On android when logging in to my account when pressing the autofill password suggestion on Gboard it does nothing. I have to go to chrome to copy password then back to app to paste. Super annoying with how frequently the game required you to re log in.

Game keeps crashing
Playing arena on iOS (iPhone). Keeps crashing several times during matches. Almost lost due to being timed out. I have uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Was working great before the recent big upgrade. Very frustrating

Cannot Connect
Stuck at launch screen since update started today (12/12). Device is irrelevant, reinstall is irrelevant - have used all prior troubleshooting articles. Customer service won't help

Solid black screen when opening program
When i open the game it only shows a black screen with a cursor, waited for many minutes and it did not change, then when I clicked the screen it gave me an error report to close the program. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still having this problem.

Waiting For Server
I Have Re-Installed The App, Logged Out & Back In Several Times & Tried On Many Different Days. I Can Download The UpDates No Problem, But CanNot Log In. Waiting For Server Has Been Killing This App For Too Long. Please Fix This.

Cannot sign in to submit a request
Every time I try to submit a request it asks me to log in and every time I log in it redirects my to my profile. When I return to the pictured page I am always still logged out so I cannot submit requests. It's pretty infuriating to have the system for reporting bugs and issues also be bugged.

Continued graphics issues
Continued artifacts, pixelation, and/or lack of rendering in menus and of moving/holographic cards. Please fix this. It only seems to happen on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Android) phone.

Auto-Pass Bug.
Auto-Pass isn't working on my opponents turns. It works fine on my turn, but continuously asks to resolve on my opponents turns.
