How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

ragnarok, devine deliverance
had ragnarok in play my opponent forced a sacrifice and the death triggers failed to happen. I have just seen that this is an ongoing issue, you want players money but you are failing to deliver a worthwhile full functioning product. Your game is riddled with bugs and you do nothing about it. Is it that you guys don't care about the game and are planning on running it into the ground or are just proud to have the award for the worst customer service on the internet?

Jubilant Mascot targets even if the support cost is not paid
My opponent had Jubilant Mascot on the battlefield. They also had Gisa, The Hellraiser. When they went to combat they had no mana available. The ability to pay 3W to Support 2 went onto the stack for Jubilant Mascot and they could not pay it. They still got to target my creatures with the Support 2 triggering Gisa. The card does NOT say, "Target two creatures then if you pay 3W..." The Support ability should have never gone onto the stack which meant that nothing should have been targeted and Gisa should not have triggered.

Sparky always tells me i have enough gold for a booster when i do not. please remove or fix the mechanic as its terribly annoying

Blasphemous Act not visually destroying creatures
On PC, running a shrine deck in Brawl and had many 10s of creature tokens due to Honden of Life's Web and Overlord of the Mistmoors, opponent casts a Blasphemous act which should kill all of my tokens due to toughness of 1 but surprisingly a bunch of my tokens survived remaining on my board, next turn opponent plays a hasty creature and my declare blocker step is skipped as though the creatures remaining on my board were actually destroyed correctly but not visually.

Cambio de Formato en Deck Building
Hay un bug en el apartado mazos, cuando estas dentro de uno y vas a mirar las estadisticas del mazo, en el desplegable de cambiar de formato: historico, estandar, alquimia, intemporal, etc. Cuando abres el desplegable, este se abre por detras de las caracteristicas y no se puede ver ni cambiar!

fix the boring game play
I left magic couple of years ago, A friend got me to try arena in an attempt to rekindle my love of the game. So far all arena is doing is reinforcing the reasons why I left. Most players are no better then shaved monkeys parroting the pros who are making pathetic decks. Honestly I don't see how you guys are making money off the pros, the decks are based of low cast commons ( the cards most players do not have to buy wildcards for ) and they are pushing for 2-4 turn kills. Mill-icious Achievement
So I was playing on my Android device in the Momir event and won via my opponent drawing from an empty library but didn't receive the achievement. My opponent had gotten out a token of Territorial Bruntar and Bonny Pall, Clearcutter. They placed a land triggering Bruntar which then exiled their whole library due to the nature of the event and then proceeded to attack triggering Bonny Pall leading to them losing via an empty library on their combat step. Draft disconnect
I was in a cube draft when it disconnected mid game. I request my buyin back for the event as it was my 3rd loss in a very close game

Sudden Loss
While browsing emotes, I was subjected to a sudden loss, as if i conceded the match, but I did not. Both players were low on life, but non had received lethal damage. I suspect that the other player actually conceded, because there was no feasible way for him to win, but I ended up losing and the downtick on my ladder progress.
I did receive the rewards for a win, however, which were 50g and 25xp.

Land drawing
In my deck, I have 30 plains, 20 forest and 20 swamps and your worthless ******* chinks can only draw one 1 ******* plains throughout the entire ******* game! Hire another worthless slanted eyed chink, Hasbro! They ruin every ******* thing they ******* touch so common sense tells you dumbfucks, let the chink **** with **** and then wonder why everything is all *********!

Black cards instead of all cards view
Instead of a normal view of a card the view is all black. It is on every card in game. It's the same during the game. So it is now impossiple to play as i don't see my cards and cards of the opponent. Restarting the game doesn't help. Restarting the computer doesn't help. The problem last for couple days.

Unable to storm despite holding full control
It is impossible to storm in the power cube with breach led etc.. I am holding full control and I am unable to perform any game actions and it just skips randomly to my opponents turn. I had 4 mana floating spells to cast in my hand and it just skipped my turn.

Wingless Momir
I think it would be awesome to have a "Wingless Momir" MWM event. Same as normal Momir, but without any flying creatures. Seems like every Momir game comes down to who can randomly get the best flyers. Without flying, the games might be more skill-testing and therefore (in my eyes) a lot more fun.

Winter Sale offers not appearing in store
I'm just back from holidays after 3 weeks off and was really excited to enjoy the winter sale and have a chance to get the awesome Ice Age card back.
I went to the MTGA store today as the annoucement (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-december-15-2025) said the winter sale is from Dec 16 to Jan 6 (today), and I did buy a couple of items, but could not see anything related to the winter sale... Where are these items ?
The sale ending today, I'm afraid I won't get the opportunity to get any of the great items and the Ice Age…1 vote -

Kicked out of matchmaking right after finding match
Playing on iOS. Was queued up in arena cube for my 4th game and the game crashes and kicked me out. Then i got stuck at a loading screen. I had to restart the app and when i got back in, the game downloaded a small update then went put me into a game where i had missed my mulligan and almost my entire first turn.

Bug - Audio and Visual issue.
Platform - Android Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Game was up to date and recently reinstalled a couple weeks back because of previous audio crashes/issues. Jumped into a brawl match and the game disconnected straight away, had to click reconnect (this was on stable WiFi as well) sent me back to the main screen but with the match audio/ music still playing. Hit play for it to put me back into the same match only now I had 2 game audios and songs playing over the top of eachother. The texture on the board was also real screwy with weird black…1 vote -
Update took my 10k gold
I signed up for an event with 10,000 gold today, just now there was an update to the client, the event must have ended and now I’m out 10,000 gold.
