How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Alchemy 20 packs purchase error
On PC, steam version of the client, I purchased Alchemy 20 packs of strixhaven but got a purchase error, lost gold and no packs were added to my account

Small visual bug on lathiel the Bounteous Dawn
This is a very minor bug but something that I've noticed since just before Secrets of Strixhaven released, it's a very minor visual bug but Lathiel, The Bounteous Dawn has the Witherbloom Infuse Icon on the card when you hover over it, at least it does when the card is in the command zone.
My guess is because her ability and infuse have the same triggers/causes so the card has been linked the ability on accident.Again not a major issue just a visual bug that I spied, hope this helps.

Im sick and tired of the game softward deciding you just shouldnt win. If youre in a draft and win 2 or 3 times in a row it will switch and
I'm Sick and tired of the game deciding I just don't get to win. If you win 2 or 3 games in a row, it will switch to just 12 lands in a row. Or only the lands in hand and you don't draw anymore. It's ridiculous, why deliberately try to ruin people's experience. It's one thing if I lose to a better deck or player. But it's incredibly frustrating when it's just software making you lose.

Option to start the game on the Find a match section
It would be great to have an option so we land on the "Find a match" section instead of "Events"

Wrong cards selected during draft
The game does not let me select the correct card during a draft. This wasted the whole draft experience and caused me to not be able to create a proper deck

相手の場に彩嵐の雄馬がいる状態で、相手が鮮やかな迸りを唱えてきました。
私はその鮮やかな迸りをしっぺ返しのコピー効果でコピーし、ダメージを相手プレイヤーに、タップ効果を彩嵐の雄馬へ対象に取ろうとしました。
彩嵐の雄馬の護法1は払える状態です。
しかし、そもそも彩嵐の雄馬をタップ効果でクリックしようとしても、「護法1を払う」というような選択肢すら出ず、何度クリックしても対象に取れないような状態でした。1 vote -
display dimensions and resolution
Why does the video options not have support for 3440 x 1440 resolution? Seems like a lot of people have monitors this size. Clicking "Full Screen" only works until you change to a different mode, such as Decks > Packs takes the game out of full screen and resets the resolution.

tutorial
Add an option to quit the tutorial. I clicked it thinking I'd be able to back out, and now I'm stuck in the tutorial with no way to exit. Even exiting the application brings me right back to the tutorial when I load up again. I've played for decades, and in no way need a tutorial. I just want to play

THE SHUFFLER IS RIGGED AGAINST YOU
THE SHUFFLER IS BROKEN AND NO ONE CARES IN THE LEAST I CAN SEE ONE OR 2 BAD HANDS BUT 7 HOURS OF CONSTANT CHANGING DECKS TRYING TO GET THAT ONE AND I MEAN ONE GOOD HAND IS NOT JUST A CONSIDENCE. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT THE DEV TEAM ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE PLAYERS. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND ON THIS RIGGED CARD GAME. IVE FOLLOWED NUMEROUS WINNING DECK LISTS AND THEY NEVER SEEM TO WORK FOR ME UNLESS ITS A BOT GAME. THEN IT SHUFFLES GREAT 100% OF THE TIME BUT…

plotted slickshot showoff causing crashes
Across many games and days with no other issues related to crashes, every time my opponent cast a slickshot showoff from exile after plotting it my arena client crashed. I have seen the card cast from an opponents hand since noticing this issue and that doesnt seem to cause the crash. I have NOT seen any other spells plotted to say if its any spell cast after plotting it.

face down exiled cards revealed in api
When a player cast outrageous robbery to exile cards off the top of my library face down that could be played the chance to draw the cards on the untapped.gg extension dropped to represent the actual percentage (0% because 3 cards were no longer in my library), despite showing that there was a copy in my library. Later in the game my opponent cast flashback from exile, proving that at least one of the 3 cards at 0% was in fact in exile

Oposition agent Duplicated A Bolas's Citidel
I am playing on a pc, windows.
My opponent plays Final Partings and I play Opposition Agent in response.
From his deck I get Aetherflux Reservoir and Bolas's Citidel. The Citidel gets Duplicated into my opponents hand for no reason and he plays it. I lose the game because of all the value he gets of of the citidel he was never supposed to have.

I just got killed by a 1/1 who did over 20+ damage to end the game... what the ****?

random disconnects
just got kicked from a game back to the lobby 6 times , and the 7th was game crashed. It's bad enough you are pushing the game into boring speed matches, cheat to favor the speed decks, refuse to fix known bugs , but are now adding poor server connections to the list. And the bad part is my opponent Tom Vorlast wasn't effected by these disconnects so is this another tactic of your broken mmr/shuffler?

just got kicked from a game back to the lobby 6 times , and the 7th was game crashed. It's bad enough you are pushing the game into boring speed matches, cheat to favor the speed decks, refuse to fix known bugs , but are now adding poor server connections to the list. And the bad part is my opponent Tom Vorlast wasn't effected by these disconnects so is this another tactic of your broken mmr/shuffler?

Bug report: Thought Partition displaying inaccurate opponent hand information
- Steps to reproduce.
Cast the card Thought Partition, targeting your opponent.
Choose any card in their hand that they have a single copy of. (At least, those are the circumstances under which I encountered the issue). The card's cost is correctly changed to {5} and the color is correctly changed to white. At this stage, the displayed information about the opponent's hand is as expected.
Wait for them to draw a SECOND COPY of the chosen card. (At least, that's how I encountered the issue).
The opponent casts the second copy of the chosen card, paying its unmodified cost.

Tasha, Unholy Archmage x2 first ability not stacking when enemy attacks
Have Tasha, Unholy Archmage on the battlefield and a copy of her made with spark double. When both have the first ability activated, they don't stack for attacking enemy creatures.
With two Tasha, Unholy Archmage both have their first abilities activated it should stack for each enemy creature that attacks and they should get two -1/-1 counters.
It's working as if there is only a single instance of Tasha, Unholy Archmage on the battle field that has it's first ability activated twice. This should not happen with two copies of Tasha on the battlefield at the same time.

Guild Signets are Banned in Timeless for No Reason
The Ravnica guild signets are still flagged as banned in Timeless erroneously. There have been a number of updates to the client since I first noticed this issue weeks ago, but no fix. This seems to be something very simple, so please put it on the radar.

Purchased pack not giving all cards
Hi I have been trying to get this resolved for a few weeks now and then got a reply to add here:
With the new TMNT release I purchased on 2 occasions a Mythic pack using coins earned and in the one case received "Donnie's Bo" and on the other occasion " Ralph's Jitte" both were borderless and looked amazing. I then contacted support to try and find out why they are not in my deck when I searched for it, I did try the Collected / Not Collected the different game formats everything but it is still no where…0 votes
