How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. How did Ozai Kill my indestructable equipped cloud?

    How did Ozai kill my indestructable and equipped cloud? He attacked me with menace, and I blocked with both a creature AND my equipped cloud, but cloud still died. Am I missing something here?

  2. Yargle achievement "Death by Vanilla" did not trigger

    I created a deck with 5 vanilla creatures and then token generation and planeswalkers and winning did not trigger the "Death by Vanilla" achievement.

  3. Fabled Passage Crashes Game on Android

    On Android OS, if either player plays Fabled Passage, the game crashes until Fabled Passage is no longer in the battlefield.

  6. Crash while using Fabled passage

    I am playing on Android 14 on a Fairphone 5. The game keeps crashing when I play the Standard Mono G Landfall deck while I am searching with Fabled Passage for a land. Restarting my phone did not help and I can reproduce at every time.

  7. Asset error detected

    As soon as I open the game after local data collection Arena manifests a problem about "asset error detected" and after the restart of the game it re-downloads all of the 11 gbs of it.

  8. Kozilek's Command was allowed to create tokens

    He had Chalice at 2, my Counterspell and Get Lost were being countered of course, but his Kozilek's Command was allowed to create tokens.

  9. earthbend bug

    During my event i casted a wrath effect on the board and the opponent had an effect that would allow him to earth bend ONCE when a creature dies but instead they earthbent like 20 times, allowing them to animate their entire land base. This is NOT how the card was intended to work at all. thus the card bugging out costed me the Game. this was in the Qualifiers so you are only allowed 1 Loss and if they opponent goes 1st in this format You cannot EVER win.   11. Brawl opponent comboed for 15+ minutes without clenching a victory but somehow won?

    Oppoent comboed around for 15+ minutes without killing me but once it was my turn I default lost when I started my turn despite having a solid shot of winning during said turn

  12. Mazemind Tome Card Style Bug

    Recently purchased the Mazemind Tome Parallax Card Style at the store, however, it is not possible to apply or view the card style when creating a new deck or editing an existing one, despite owning all versions of this card. A full refund should be issued if this bug is not fixed soon.

  13. Games Download of 11GB every time I open the game

    Since EoE release, almost every time I open the game, it asks me to download 11gb of content. When it doesn't, it is stuck at "Initializing Localization Database" (I waited for almost an hour and nothing happened) until I reopen the game, at which point it starts the 11GB download again.

    I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times to no avail.

    I'm on M1 MacBook Pro with MacOS Sequoia.

  15. I can't use my smeagol deck in brawl because I can't have duplicates of nazghul?

    I have 9 nazghul in my smeagol brawl deck per it's own description of how the card functions and the deck worked just fine yesterday. Here is the full listing.

  18. Told I have too many of a "you may run any number" cards

    Playing on PC. Building a brawl deck with cards that allow an unlimited number (ie relentless rats, hare apparent). I get a notification when building that I have too many of a card. Further, all decks I already had that run those cards have been deleted.

  19. Foundations Decks have missing cards

    I just updated the game today and got the New Player Decks on my Inbox, but I didn't get all the copies of the cards on the decks and as such some have missing cards. For example the Path of Power deck is missing Temple of Abandon
