How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

    ドラフトを行いたかったので、3,400ジェム(3,000円)の決済をしたが、ジェムの購入をしたと表示されたが、チャージがされていなかった。
    2回同様のことをしたが同じくジェムは付与されておらず、再ログインしたら2回分の決済が走っていた。
    1回分の課金をしたいので、2回目のチャージ分は返金してください。

  2. Screen freeze

    I was playing ranked, end of ranked i'm trying to get to #250, i was very close and my game froze when i was checking cards exiled with "Keen-eyed curator" while my "monument of endurance" triggers were on the stack, the game froze and i couldnt click the option i wanted anymore, tryed restarting the game, but when i came back the turn was passed, i'm really disapointed, the ranked is pretty hard to accomplish, i'm not being able to play tomorrou (31/12/2025) because of the new year family parties, this is really sad... i'm going to continue trying but…

  4. Daily Deal Purchase didn't get Foundations Pack. Paid 900G, had 3 packs already, purchased Foundations pack, still have 3 packs .

    Win 11, up to date.
    Having multiple Graphics issues (no graphics on Packs and Cards) BUT this is about a Store purchase.
    Have 3 unopened Airbender packs already (packs appear black-graphics issue).
    Went to Daily Deals. Purchased Foundations pack for 900G. Go to Packs, still only have the 3 Airbender packs.
    What gives?

  6. Can’t see cards in Premium draft Midnight Hunt iOS

    Hi guys, I’d like a refund on my Premium draft. 1/2 way through the draft I can’t see any cards…The time counts down but can’t see or select anything. The game chooses a card for me. Screenshot below. IOS iPad player btw

  7. Can’t see cards in Premium draft Midnight Hunt iOS

    Hi guys, I’d like a refund on my Premium draft. 1/2 way through the draft I can’t see any cards…The time counts down but can’t see or select anything. The game chooses a card for me…basically stuffed up a really good hand. And yeah the cost of everything is crazy expensive how greedy Hasbro. You would have way, way more money if the product was a bit cheaper…but yes please I want my draft token refunded thanks. Screenshot below. IOS iPad player btw

  8. Magic Damper (instant) not working

    The Magic Damper instant spell is not working as intended. When trying to use it at the opponents turn, the game doesn't recognize as a valid spell to be cast.

    Plataform: Steam

    The steps to reproduce:

    1- Have a creature in the battlefield
    2- Have one land available (in this case I had Riverpyre Verge*)
    3- My opponent attacked with a creature
    4- The game doens't let me use Magic Damper

    *I had an Island and a Mountain on the battlefield but not available (they were tapped)

    I don't know if the problem is with Magic Damper not being recognized…

  10. Epic Win Squashed by turn timer

    With 3 Vengeful Bloodwitches and hundreds of Phoenix Fleet Airships on my board, my opponent casted Cease and Desist, destroying all the airships and triggering the Bloodwitches. The Bloodwitch loss of life had to aggregate one point at a time, taking quite a while, burning up the turn timer. By the time the stack compiled, and then the loss of life was applied (also one point at a time), the turn timer had long since expired. When the stack's effects were completed, I was at 775 life, and my opponent was at -703, but he didn't die because of his…

  11. Bumi unleashed doesn't always earthbend on entry

    More than once on mobile Bumi unleashed doesn't earthbend on entry. Literally half of why I'm playing the card and nothing happens but me getting a 5/4. No cards on board that effect entry triggers at all, made my whole game plan fall apart each time because it doesn't work. Also the bug reporting for mobile takes you through multiple redirects so now I don't have a game log to send with this report.

  12. 這い寄る恐怖

    タイムレスのランクマッチにて欄干のスパイ誘発中にサーバーとの接続が途切れ、復帰した時には這い寄る恐怖が誘発しないまま流れていた。
    通常、這い寄る恐怖が墓地に落ちた際の追放するか否か選ぶコマンドを選べなかった為だと思われるが、明らかに追放する目的で入れているカードが選べず効果が処理されず敗北、というのは面白くない。

    Chandra Nalaar during the Black Color Challenge stops playing. It happens after 6-7 turns. She just stops playing completely. Have tried it three times and it's the same thing all the time.
