Ral Crackling Wit Crashes Mobile
When playing Ral Crackling Wit on mobile the game crashes. Phone is current version of Samsung android as of date 12/14/25 with current MTG Arena version.
Happens whenever Ral is played by player or opponent. It will successfully go on the stack but once resolved it elongates the image then crashes until match has timed out. It works just fine on desktop version.

menu headache
i have been playing basically since this game came out and ever since this new update... every time i switch between the tabs like from ranked to standard or go to events or any menu navigation the little blue flame ball tutorial thing won't stop talking... and starts an intro each time. like if i go to ranked it starts an intro into ranked but if i switch to standard, she starts an intro into standard and if i switch back to ranked it starts all over about ranked and if i go to deck builder im like ahh at this point gripping my hair bc its like every time...EVERYTIME im trying to load into a match or tweak a deck or anything it just wont shut up... so please make it stop

Cheating
2025.54.0.3642.1214342 This was my event. Other player was cheating. Wouldn’t allow me to play any of my cards but they were able to play their cards without issue. I was playing on IOS. Their hack would make it as though I was in a timeout and when I would try to play a card it would freeze until my pause timer ran out and then my card would return to my hand and they would be able to play their cards without any issues. This is ridiculous and unacceptable in 2025 that we can’t report cheating in game.

Commander
This again is not a problem BUT PLEASE READ! I believe there is no reason commander should not be in this game. you should add commander and allow the ability for bots to fill empty slots in custom matches with friends. also please back track and add cards from old commander precons or make new commander precons have arena codes I feel this would make more incentives. You even have some commander cards and a sol ring pet I feel commander is a needed game mode for arena.

Shuffler
I’ve had it happen in paper magic a fair bit but oh my is the shuffler ever terrible. Doesn’t seem to compare to a hypergeometric calculator, irl magic or any other tcg interface.
It almost seems like yall want to profit off of this 🧐

Stuck at Retrieving asset manifest
I am stuck at Retrieving asset manifest.
I have tried numerous things to get this issue to resolve. I am unable to boot the game or produce any logs.
This is via steam.

Lands
I just played 10 games in a row and every hand all I got in my starting hand was 2 lands that should be impossible, I'm having to design my deck around that fact. This warps the meta around decks that can search and put in extra lands each turn.

How rigged it is…
This has been going on for 2 days straight now where I get one node away from getting into mythic and arena does the most stupidest **** where it’s preventing me from getting to mythic. THIS **** IS RIGGED! For an hour!!! I went back and forth until I lost 2 in a row with my worst match’s ups, I had to had to mulligan 3 times on that last game. I only went first once…like how much more ridiculous can this get? If this isn’t rigged I don’t know what is. This is seriously frustrating ans y’all need to seriously fix this **** *** system.

Awful display of cards
New update on IPAD IOS has a terrible presentation of cards during opponents turn where cards are barely visible on the bottom of the screen. when it is your turn the card just rise to a level where the picture is visible but text is not unless you click on the card and it expands individually. This is a significant challenge fore someone playing a deck of cards one is not familiar with. It was better before but arguably I would say it should be a setting at the very least for selecting if you want your cards to reduce in size at all.

Sidequest: Hunt the mark did not trigger on end step when a creature was destroyed, resulting in no flip.
Sidequest: Hunt the mark did not trigger and flip like intended. A creature the enemy had was killed on my main phase with a suplex, then I moved to end step after flipping Jecht that turn. This resulted in moving to the opponent's turn and did not create a treasure token. Log attached. (likely resulted in match lost). This occurred in the best of 1 draft.

FF Card Set - Show 1 Uncommon missing or 108 of 109
For the FF set, I show 108 of 109 total Uncommon collected. However when i go into Deck building, filter for FF only uncollected only, and uncommon none appear available.
Clearing the filter and looking for any uncollected FF card shows no Uncommon, only the Rare's I do not have yet.3 votes -

i bought mythic wildcards, my bank charged me for them but I do not see them and I am not able to use them.
Please give me my wildcards or refund the money.

Bug with The Scouring Stormsoul
Bug encountered when planning to play the Scouring Stromsoul from the graveyard.
Platform: PC Windows
Queue: event Quick Draft through The OmenpathsGameplay state:
few creatures on board, 2 forest, 5 plains, graveyard with some spells and The Scourging Stormsoul.
Desired action and expected effect:
Paying the ability cost of The Scourgin Stormsoul to return it to the battlefield tapped without a land.
Actual effect:
Inability to use the ability.
Probable issue:
The ability cannot fire due to the lack of land in the graveyard.Log attached to the bug report

Descend
Playing in Traditional Standard. Ruin-Lurker Bat on the battlefield. an 8/9 Kaito, Bane of Nightmares attacks and is blocked by a 2/2 Ajani’s Pridemate and the Pridemate dies. Descend does not trigger at all on the Ruin-Lurker Bat.

Unable to launch game.
After playing with no issues for a few hours and after just finishing a match, the app tells me I've lost connection to the server and gives me three options
- Check Status
- Reconnect
- Logout
Check status - no outages reported in my area. My home WiFi is working as multiple people are working from the same network.
Reconnect - the first attempt will spin on a black page for a while and ultimately return back to the page with the three options above. Then, clicking reconnect any more times will instantly fail and prompt me with the same three options.
Logout - this works to take me back to the login page but after entering my password and hitting submit, the page goes to a black screen and then ultimately fails back to the page with the same three options listed above (with immediate failed reconnect attempts).

Reinstalling the app did not change my experience.
Restarting my phone did not change my experience. It almost feels like someone reported me and I got shadow banned (I know that may sound silly but that's the gut-sense I'm feeling :shrug:)Wizards Support sent me here and the way we report bugs is just post comments to a forum for votes - odd! Will my issue only get checked if it gets more than average votes?
