How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Loading hangups causing game losses.

    Playing on Android, loading is hanging up, darkening screen, and causing the game to disconnect. This has happened multiple times since TMT launched.

    This is resulting in ranked losses in BO1, Standard.

  2. Game seizing at matching, stops loading after a few seconds, crashes ehich results in a loss.

    Frequently, since TMT launched, I have been loading into Standard BO1 ranked, and while loading the game seizes. The icon continues to spin, but eventually it seems to time out and I have to restart the game. This results in a ranked loss each time.

  3. Deck Contains More Than 60 Cards in Standard Ranked

    Opponent's deck contained more than 60 cards in the Standard Ranked mode, which should not be possible. I attached a screenshot of the error with the IDs edited out. I also have an error log, but this website crashed whenever I tried to upload it (although it was 40MB which is under the 50MB limit). Not sure if this was just a visual bug or if the player was actually able to use more than 60 cards.

  4. Stack order issue (Go blank vs Emrakul, Aeons Thorn)

    Go blank makes me discard 2 cards. Then exile my graveyard, discarding Emrakul, Aeons Thorn adds his own effect in the stack, which should shuffle my graveyard into my deck, but that does not happen, instead my emrakul effect doesn't trigger and my graveyard, including Emrakul is exiled. This should not happen.

  5. Maralen, Fae Ascendant at enbd of turn looses the ability to cast cards exiled with it

    Maralen, Fae Ascendant has the following text:

    Flying

    Whenever Maralen or another Elf or Faerie you control enters, exile the top two cards of target opponent’s library.

    Once each turn, you may cast a spell with mana value less than or equal to the number of Elves and Faeries you control from among cards exiled with Maralen this turn without paying its mana cost.

    Now there is no text on the card that says until the end of the turn. The cards should be castable on your opponent's turn and on my subsequent turns. I have had the card just…

  6. Memory leak

    After Lorwyn update sometimes my game freezes/crashed. This is also accompanied by freezing/crashing of other programs. For example, if my browser is turned on (I use the Yandex browser), then it logs me out from everywhere. I tried loading the PC with other programs/tests - everything was ok. So far I've only seen this problem when MTG Arena is active.

  7. Force of Negation will not redeem with mythic wildcard

    force of negation will not redeem with mythic wildcard
    I have clicked on not collected, mythic rarity, instant
    Force of Negation appears. When I click on craft all, it then tells me not enough wildcards- you do not have enough wildcards to finish this deck.- Rare Wildcard:1

  8. Banned announcement and Wildcards

    Announcement on Arena today stated the following. I received 0 Wildcards. I should be getting 16 (1 common, 11 uncommon, 3 rare, and 1 mythic) Why aren't all of these cards on the banned list announcement if Arena is showing me this today?

  9. consequences for stalling

    There needs to be consequence for losing due to a time out. The tactic of players just wasting time either to being salty or just being a troll is rediculous. A time out from playing again or the next x games you dont get extra time would help. More leaning to a time out. Just something rather then nothing and letting the community experience bad gaming isnt the answer.

  10. Bug: Slickshot Show-off Double Triggered

    Opponent has a slickshot showoff out. He played a 2 spells and the game made the slickshot a 7/2 instead of a 5/2 causing a loss.

  11. Opponent casting Blue planeswalkers without any blue mana - Jace Architect of thought

    Other player has zero blue mana. But, ,were able to cast Jace, architect of thought to win the game?

  12. Requiting Hex ignores Hexproof

    A player played Requiting Hex on my creature. I played Shardmage's Rescue on that creature putting that effect at the top of the stack. It was completely ignored and destroyed my creature anyways causing a match loss.

  14. Remove

    Need to remove this as a commander card. It is ridiculous. Can tap and untap artifact and make a player discard lose 3 life or sacrifice a creature. This needs to be banned. You can do it twice per turn.

  15. trample ignore creature defense

    my opponent attacks with a 7/8 trample, I block for 6 damage with 5 creatures ( I am at 2),
    the opponent creature deals dalage to the first two creatures and trample 5 point on me…
    no reason,I am dead

  16. Ditch the political correctness and allow players to dislike opponents - like dislike system?

    You know it, I know it, we all know it.
    Playing MTG Arena and getting stuck in a streak of ever repetitive same old same old boring OP commanders is sucking the joy out of what once was a good game.

    Thousands and thousands of cards, hundres of legendary cards, millions of combinations possible yet somehow everyone in Arena seems to play the same ******* decks with the exact same copy pasted cardlist all the time? Really?

    And the most frustrating part is you can't even let your opponent know that he or she is a douchebag for playing the…

  17. ADD CHAT TO THE GAME TO CURSE ON LAME PLAYERS PLAYING SAME OLD BORING O.P. DECKS

    Trying to enjoy MTG Arena but it is impossible.
    Out of 10 Brawl games tonight 4 were against Vivi Ornitier, 3 against Maralen, Fae Ascendant and 3 against Heliod, Sun-Crowned

    Literally the most boring, OP, repetition of sad players all playing the same decks using ZERO amount of their own creativity

    Please add a CHAT function so I can call those players out for what they are.
    Sad, boring, soulless, gamebreaking, sweaty basement dwellers that are ruining the entire MTG experience

    Games are decided before turn 4 or 5.

  18. Deeproot Pilgrimage still not generating tokes properly when attacking

    More images of the issue. I will become a nuisance about this till it is fixed. In the first image I clearly tapped 3 non token merfolk yet only one token was generated. In the second image I tapped 7 non toke merfolk and again only one token was generated. This is a very crippling bug to my deck. Please put some priority on this issue!

    Moonshadow Ability Not Functioning Correctly, limited to your permanents, opponents' permanents entering the grave DO NOT TRIGGER.

    Moonshadow's text explains that when a permanent enters a graveyard from ANYWHERE, remove a -1/-1 counter. This is only triggering when YOUR permanents enter the graveyard, not on opponents' creatures being destroyed/sacrificed/milled. This majorly impacts the card's power, and potentially changes the outcome of the game.

  20. Issues with inconsistent treatment of land creatures created through earth bending

    There is inconsistency with the way earth bent lands work. If I play blasphemous edict; earth bent creatures are sacrificed but if I play Malstrom pulse on the same lands … it does not work because I’m ’targeting a land’. You need to decide if they are creatures or not … this middle ground feels like a bug.
