How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

One ring
Maybe I do not understand the One Ring, but I had protection from everything, got attacked and still got killed. How does that work?

Card Rendering Glitch
The card is “floating” abnormally off the table.
The tilt and shadow effects are not in sync with the battlefield plane.

Jump in
Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

It won't let me cast Lightwheel Enhancements from the graveyard in MT Arena.

No alchemy cards in other formats
Allow players to opt to only play games without Alchemy. As a format it's poor, not liked and when they turn up in other formats they are game breaking. I like to try out my irl commander decks but playing against alchemy cards that summon multiple extra cards is ridiculous. What's the point of the 100 card limit if alchemy cards add 20/30 or 40 cards onto the deck.

Vivi Ornitier dealt combat damage twice without double strike
Vivi Ornitier bug, brawl match, Opponent's Vivi had 11 counters and was equipped with bone saw, monster role token, and basilisk collar for total power/toughness 13/15. Attacked, I blocked with an Emrakul, the Promised End which I had previously stolen from the opponent with Breach the Multiverse. Emrakul died blocking, I went from 7 life to -6 life and lost the game. How? Vivi did not have double strike or first strike. The only other spell cast this turn was Overture from Jidoor, Aristocratic Capital. It seems Vivi dealt combat damage to the Emrakul and again to me for 26…

Monstrous Rage played in Standard Event?
Played against an opponent using banned cards in a standard event. They played Monstrous Rage against me.
This occurred on the 2nd of July (NZ time).
This was unfair and it cost me the match, costing me potential gems.

shuffle
I'm not sure if the Magic Arena shuffler is random. Nearly every round I play against someone they draw 3 or 4 copies of a removal card or a key card in their deck. It's so consistent that this can't be random.

Mistrise village bug
This bug is absolutely infuriating. Ban the card untill its fixed. Its absolutely nonsens that this bug still is allowed!

assault
All out assault played on main phase 2 not triggering additional combat.
tested twice, and lost a draft event due to it. attack, main phase 2 cast all out assault, move to next phase and turn ends.log attached.

MTG Arena is freezing
Since I bought thic computer and try to install and play Arena, the program is freezing, specially if I try to change the daily mission, but also if I try to play. I can play just a few turns. I already try to install and uninstall, try to download and play via Steam, but the problem persist

Trample and Serra's Emissary creates hard lock
Trample and Serra's Emissary creates hard lock
I had a creature with trample (from Shadow Spear), attacking someone with Serra's Emissary with protection from creatures declared. Serra's Emissary blocks my creature with trample. When I try to assign damage, it tells me 0 for both the blocking creature and the player, which causes me to not be able to click/tap "Done". I'm now hard-locked out of the game.

error with cards that pull lands from deck
I am not able to use bushwack and other cards to pull land from my deck. None of them work since this update.... I do have plain lands in my deck....

Chizak, Apex Arachnosaud bug
Cool, i got ninja-blocked by Chizak, Apex Arachnosaud because its ward animation stops it from having a reach animation. Great.

プレオーダーを2回受け取ってしまいました
プレオーダーの商品を2回受け取ってしまいました。
本日日本時間の23時頃、MTGAを起動したところ、プレオーダーを受け取りました。領界路の彼方50パックとゴールデンパック5パックのセット、およびプレイインポイントやドラフト券等のセットになります。
その後、届いていたメッセージを確認したところ、プレオーダーが受け取れていない旨のメールがありました。表示のバグかなにかで受け取れていなかったのだと思い、受け取ってパックを確認したところ、領界路の彼方103パックとゴールデンパック10パックを持っていることになっていました。103パックのうち3パックは全員に配られたものだとは思いますが…
確認していませんが、おそらくプレイインポイント等も重複して受け取っている状態なのかと思います。すぐにアプリを閉じたため、開封等はしておりません。
アカウント停止等のペナルティがあるのか、買った分は開けていいのか、回収を待ったほうがよいのか、判断がわなりません。対応していただきたいです。

Bandit's Talent Cosmetic Display Problem
For the last couple of weeks the Bandit's Talent Cosmetic has not been displaying fully when on the battlefield. I attach both screenshot of the latest example and the log file. Please note that this problem occurs constantly and not only when the opponent concedes during the casting of the card, as in this case. I have already checked validity of the card files etc and the problem has persisted. The basic card displays normally.
