How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Historic Pauper!
An Open Letter to WOTC and the MTG Arena team
Hello!
I just wanted to write in on behalf of myself and the Historic Pauper community (I'm a moderator in a Historic Pauper Discord server and have been staff/the organizer for approximately half of the Historic Pauper events on MTG Melee) to say that we loved the FNM event. Many of us have played hundreds of games in official MTG Arena events while also playing hundreds (if not thousands) more in player run events or casual matches.
We are all looking forward to the next Historic Pauper event!

Loss registered without a match played
During arena decathlon event 3 I hit cancel to stop queueing and the event registered a loss. As a result I did not get to play the full number of matches allotted to me. I would like a refund of the 2k gold entry fee.

Arena quick draft
Quick draft not registering. I paid 2 times for quick draft.I play 1 game and when I try to play next round the quick draft is non existent. It asks me to pay again for draft .

Didn't get daily quest XP?
Completed a 750xp daily quest, and now I'm still only 725xp toward the next mastery level. Did I not get the XP because I finished the quest in a Mirror, Mirror game?

Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not…63 votes -
Unable to sideboard or rejoin game
I tried to concede from game 1 from the Std Metagame Challenge, and when I tried to click settings I missed and closed the window, closing the client. When I reloaded the client, the game was still active and so I conceded the game as normal. However, I was unable to see my deck (only my sideboard), or confirm any deck configuration, instead seeing the screen as shown in my file. I couldn't rejoin the game after multiple attempts, and could only concede from the settings.

Deck strength matchmaking in historic brawl
The deck strength matchmaking is super messed up in the permanent brawl queue. Before the last patch it was working great and I generally got matched based on power level, now I just get matched vs fully tricked out decks with s tier commanders like golos no matter what power level the deck I choose is. If you don't factor the commander and deck strength back in I am just going to quit historic brawl.

frozen draft
Client frozen during ranked draft.
Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

Game crashed during premier draft
MTGA crashed during drafting. After that I couldn't restart the game immediately to rejoin a draft (An error occurred... screen appeared). I request full reimbursement for the draft.

Missing third daily quest
Hi, I play on android and for a couple of days I only get two daily quests and a weekly one. The third daily quest slot is always waiting for a new quest, even though the timer is at 00:00 see screenshot attached.
Please also note that the game crashes really often on android i.e. every 2nd/3d game.

Unexpected disconnect during draft game
There was sudden "Waiting for the Server" overlay during premier draft game, several seconds later screen faded out and draft menu has appeared with game loss.

Missing Mastery Pass Rewards
I havn't had lv57 mastery pass reward,an ikoria pack.

Disconnect from draft
I am using android.
I was disconnected during a strixhaven draft while I had two losses. The disconnect did not add a loss to the draft. I played another game and won. The win added to my rank tracker. When the current draft screen reloaded I had 3 losses.
This is an issue for a few reasons -
1. Why can't we reconnect to games? Every other digital card game has this functionality.
2. Why was I able to continue in a draft I was already out?
3. I defeated someone that was still in the draft. They got a…8 votes -
Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match
I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

Can't pick on draft
Hi
I was doing a draft but could'nt pick half of the time
Was always on "waiting on other players to pass a draft pack"
My internet was working
Finished the first pack with 10 cards in my deck
for the second I got only 1 and it says "pack 2 pick 4"I just bought gems to do a draft and having that kind of bug give me want to ask for a refund pretty hard ...

Crash during draft
Crash During Quick Draft Game, causing game loss: Some kind of disconnect happened during the second last game of a Quick Draft event, with the app crashing multiple times after failing to reconnect.
Am currently unable to reconnect as well, after having completed the last game of the draft event (a played through loss) and closing the app and attempting to reconnect.
