How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Vesuvan Drifter doesn't trigger with Topiary Stomper

    When Topiary Stomper is on top of the deck as Vesuvan Drifter triggers at the beginning of combat, revealing it doesn't transform the Drifter into the Stomper.

    Also the "reveal" button's colors are reversed - greyed out when the ability is able to trigger, and highlighted when it's not.

  2. Tajic, Legion's Edge, Chapel Shieldgeist, and Stomp

    From MTG: Arena, I clicked on bug report, then followed instructions to generate a log, then clicked on the site they wanted, then selected bug report, and now I'm here submitting this in a pond of ideas people have for what they want to see added to the game.

    The three cards in the title here were used (Chaplain of Alms played for its Disturb cost from my graveyard, opponent used Bonecrusher Giant's adventure, Tajic on my side).

    With Tajic and Shieldgeist in play on my side, the opponent cast the Stomp adventure on my Shieldgeist. Tajic's ability should have…

  3. Game not allowing me to play a mana available card.

    I was playing a Brawl match, where i had yawgmoths vile offering in hand, with 5 mana (2 of tem being of the color black) available, with 2 creatures in my graveyard and the game simply did not let me play yawgmoths vile offering for several turns, until I lost the game due to not being able to play it. It did not affect any other cards besides yawgmoths vile offering, and in other matches it seemed to be working just fine.   4. Every Phyrexian card MUST be reprinted as Enchantment/Artifact Creatures

    Over the past couple of years, Wizards has completely trashed this game with

    Phyrexian Obliterator, Phyrexian Vindicator, Sheoldred, and Vorinclex are very obvious examples of Wizards no longer understanding how balance works.

    For as stupidly strong they are, they are REQUIRED to be brittle in more ways than one - namely, the ability to be more easily removed.

    You do not need to go over the top with each release. You're reaching a point where nothing is fun to play anymore because of how over-reliant players are to these types of cards. Nerf them, or get rid of them altogether.

  5. Remove ALL Lock cards. This is out of control

    Every card that "Locks" opponent cards, such as Seal Away, Touch the Spirit Realm, etc MUST be limited to ONE per game or outright removed.

    I just played against someone who had FIVE of these cards out.
    You MAY NOT prevent people from PLAYING the game.

    I'm sick of this anti-social ********. FIX THE GAME.

  7. 봇매치에서의 무한 로딩 걸림

    봇매치시 생물이 많이 깔리는 경우 우리의 깜찍한 봇은 흐음을 반복하고
    턴을 종료하지 않는다. 모래시계도 흐르지 않기 때문에 게임을 포기할수 밖에 없었다.

  8. Terrible game feature

    I don't mind a long game from time to time, the build up to a single crucial turn of events can feel satisfying when playing. But when people use cards that spawn 57 tokens (that's fine, no problem there), and those 57 tokens trigger 5 different creatures that each give 1 HP each (that's also fine, completely allowed), that then trigger two creatures to gain a +1/+1 for every hp gained (again, just fine. I can still block them). But when the total of 570 triggered abilities decides that I AM TO BLAME FOR IT!? What the actualy F. made…

  9. Too Many Landfall Triggers

    PC
    Game crashes (or times out?), when handling large (~5000) landfall triggers at a time.
    Historic Brawl. With 'Phylath, World Sculptor' and 244 'Scute Swarms' in play, I played 'Traverse The Outlands' finding 20 lands to put into play. The resulting triggers first froze the UI, then roped my opponent, then began to stack/count triggers in the UI, then 'Traverse The Outlands' was put into my graveyard (or maybe this happened before the UI triggers started?), when the UI finished stacking triggers (after a very long time) the 'Phylath, World Sculptor' trigger targets hit, while completing these triggers the game…

  10. BAN NYKTHOS OR FESTIVAL

    REAL QUESTION....So when are ya'll going to do your fking job and balance the game? Why is storm the festival and nykthos still around in explorer and pioneer? Like did you fire everyone who used to balance the game and hired morons who only care about alternate art? FKING BALANCE THE GOD DAM GAME ALREADY AND FK OFF WITH THE SECRET LAYER CANCER

  12. Friendly Battle

    Whenever me and my friend have tried to do friendly battles between one another there is always a common error. The error occurs whenever one player challenges the other, and for any reason, being to change a deck or otherwise, the challenge button darkens out and neither player is able to challenge the other. The only fix for this error is to close and reopen the game, or playing a normal match against a random ooponent.

  13. amonkhet battle bug

    Battle Amonkhet flip to copy Legendary Edgar in graveyard while Edgar is already in play. Coupled with Elas Il-Kor Pilgrim allows for a 1 damage repeatable ping until win.

  14. combos

    STOP introducting more infinite combos to the game. There's already like 30 two card combos in historic, and there's nothing fun for casual or even experienced players to play against combo decks as often as this. You've already added pact of negation to historic, and every time you add more combo cards you ruin the integrity of the game. Ban pact in historic, stop printing infinite combos, and take care of the ones currently on there. Your shuffler is already ruining the game, why ruin it more?

  16. In Standard Match Ossificaton and Temporary Lockdown Did not function correctly

    Either Temporary lockdown breaks the game, not exiling the permanents it should as well as either not resolving and keeping priority on me locking me out of game actions and timing me out, or not exiling the appropriate token creatures but exiling my own ossifications.

    There's clearly some code that needs to be fixed.

  17. cards that prevent activated abilities do not prevent activated abilities

    Cards that are supposed to prevent activated abilities no longer prevent activated abilities. This has been an issue for at least 5 months.

  19. Shelob

    Shelob,child of ungoliant makes food tokens of my creatures. The card reads that they lost their abilities but they still triggered. So the token still had them gain life on its enter, and when the food was sacrificed they still drew a card.

  20. Infinity loop

    Infinity loop on 4th round. Player used Woe Strider, Samwise Gangee and Cauldron Familiar. His timer didn't start running out until 6 F*cking minutes of him sacrificing Familiar, creating a food token and dropping it back down again. Losing one life each time it took 8 minutes to finally lose. They need to decrease the time a player can use before their timer starts. No one needs 5 minutes to play a turn on the 4th round, or better yet LIMIT these 1 cost cards to ONCE PER TURN abilities. Still not as bad as Helios and Scurry Oak infinity…
