Exiled Prototype Returns as Full Cast
On iOS mobile, I cast Steel Seraph with prototype on turn 3 and my opponent then exiled my Seraph with Brutal Cathar. On my turn 4, I used Ossification to remove his Cathar which returned my Seraph to the battlefield as the full cast, 6 mana, 5/4 Steel Seraph on turn 4.

unnatural
I'm playing on windows and the game refuses to let me play unnatural restoration. Every time I try to play the card when its my turn and there's a target in my graveyard for the spell I can't cast the card. The card doesn't highlight like the rest of the cards as an option to cast. I can drag the card around the screen but, I can't cast it.

Glorious gale has been unusable during play twice already and has cost me games that I have been with winning when I couldn't counter a spel
Glorious gale is a counter spell that I have not been able to get use even though I had the mana

Version 1.0.97 Update download repeatedly fails on PC
Version 1.0.97 update repeatedly fails while downloading the update files. The progress bar restarts after partially completing the download. Download file counter strangely shows downloading 1 of 1, then shows 2 of 1. After repeated attempts the launcher suggests restarting, or contacting support. Tried uninstalling and performing a fresh install, but the same behavior occurs.

After Recent Update Lae Zel the Githyanki Warrior seems to be broken
I see a similar Bug was reported in OCT 2022 down below.
On a Windows PC, but not using Steam.
In Historic Ranked match, Lae Zel's specialization action failed to deliver the effects of the specialization in this case specialized blue and did not receive the card that is supposed to be taken from opponent's deck. Also Lae Zel's self exile was not triggered when targeted by an opponent's spell (at least I'm pretty sure it should have triggered in this situation but not 100%) Both problems can be seen in the short video that I uploaded. The least you can do to fix connectivity related issues
1) "Waiting for network" overlay.
First of all... what the hexk and why the jeck?
If I dont have a connection, none of my actions will het through, so why does the app have to go the extra mile to also prevent me from trying to issue any actions???
It's the first thing, that should be removed. Let the network itself handle the faulty traffick, TCP already has protocols for this. Keep the status of connection only as an informative flag somewhere in a corner for the player to know.2) The "checking" of connection.

Reconfigure appears not to work correctly with Runes
In a historic brawl game, I had a Ogre-head Helm in play (as a creature) with Rune of Sustenance attached to it. I reconfigured the Helm onto my Akiri (my commander), went to attack with Aikiri and noticed it didn't have lifelink, then noticed the rune was now in my graveyard. Since the Rune has "enchant permanent", it's my understanding that it should stay attached to the Helm as it becomes an equipment.

[BUG] Casting spell with Improvise - cost cannot be paid
Issue:
I have on board - 3 swamp, 3 food, 1 Gilded goose (without summoning sickness)I want to cast Herald of anguish so i add 3 mana from lands, tap 3 foods but i can't add mana from gilded goose by sacrificing (just tapped) food.
Few months ago it worked properly. In addition when Herald is on my hand they highlightning that i can cast them but when i try to, there is comunicate that cost cannot be paid. [System Windows]

freeze game
I was playing the first match of the premier draft wilds of Eldraine, the game was going alright , and at some point it started to load, then the game froze-like, i mean every detail of the background was moving, but the timer was not going, and after quite a while i decided to close and reopen MtgArena, to log in the same game, but with a different avatar, one turn after the frozen time, and in the end lost without a chance to come back

is there a bug in mtg arena with "feral encounter"?
oponent has 2 green lands and 5 blue lands and cast feral encounter with 2 green mana. then he could cast a green creature-spell. he used the text from feral encounter --> "You may cast the exiled card this turn" although he had no more green mana. I'm pretty sure he didn't have another green mana source. Maybe you can check this out?

X Cost Cap
I had either 12 or 13 mana total between lands, treasures, and Ashnod’s Altar with 2 creatures to sacrifice but I couldn’t increase the effect of X-cost cards past 5.

[BUG] Game crashes on animations
Game Crashes with some cards animations, for example God-Eternal Kefnet
Since all animations are replayed when entering the game again, the match is lost due to being unable to join again.System:

Bramble Familiar tapping for mana instead of untapped land.
Was playing in Premier Draft Wilds of Eldraine. Had 3 lands in play and Bramble Familiar. Went to cast ******* Bloodline aura on Bramble Familiar and it used Bramble Familiar for mana instead of the two forests and mountain. Prevent me from attacking for 4. Next turn went to cast a 2nd ******* Bloodline, pre tapped a forest and mountain. It still tapped Bramble Familiar and left me with a floating Red mana. Prevented me attacking for 6. Hard to select cards on screen, sometimes.
Sometimes it's hard to select cards on the screen, similar to the hard to select yourself as a target. I'm on an android

Soft freeze of card
Card soft froze when I just started to hold my next land out so it will play fast, it at the same time became my turn and that's when it froze.

My timeout burns for my opponents actions
During a game of historic, my opponent had Scurry Oak; Heliod, Sun-Crowned; and Soul Warden. Causing him to have a bunch of squirrels, and a bunch of counters on everything.
When he passed to my turn, I was ready to go off and win that turn. However, when I played my creature, his loop started with Soul Warden triggering. Which is expected, there is no problem there.
The problem is, as he was triggering and resolving his loop dozens of times, MY timer was the one burning out. So by the time he was done, the computer forced me to…5 votes -
hack/exploit
Still Hacks/Exploits around. Examples:
- Opponent draws a second card at his upkeep, while there is no mechanic around allowing him to do so
- can´t tap my Reckoner Bankbuster to draw a card after declaring him as a blocker, while having enough mana spare to do so and there is no mechanic around to prevent the tapping
- turn ends on my pre-combat mainphase without any reason, after playing a card and still having spare mana to spend and cards in hand to play
- weird game crashes after playing a card that gives me advantage
