How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Stuck waiting
Three games in a row, on a very strong internet connection with no client crashes or lockups the other user has hung with a blue hourglass. It gets to the end of the timer and waits, the other player user is not forced lose, and I am stuck waiting, for MINUTES!!! This is unplayable. I'm doing nothing wrong, but I can't play the game in it's current state. As of now I've waited 3 minutes for nothing. Fix this ASAP or you will lose all of your players.

Error Updating Data please check your connection in EpicGames on Mac
I cannot access the game. I've already installed and reinstalled several times, and also tested as solutions on the internet and nothing works. I use EpicGames on a macbook, I saw some reports of what happened on Windows and Mobile, but for mac no report was given yet.

Android App Keeps Crashing
The recent update has launched (12/6/22) and my game keeps crashing upon loading on Android. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice after the update has been completed and per the MTG site all services are operational. Device is a Samsung S21+.

Cannot play brawl/friendly brawl with friends. Decks stuck on standard
When trying to direct challenge friend with brawl selected, Niether of us can select any type of brawl decks (Brawl, friendly brawl, historic braw, ect). When trying to edit to the brawl decks they all acutomatically get set to standard and there is no option of changing it. Only happened when they introduced the 250 card limit to friendly.

Implement Loops
Your game does not work as intended. Paper magic and Arena/MTGO are fundamentally different because digital formats can’t detect loops, which are built into the rules of the game. Declaring a number of iterations for a loop — though challenging to implement — needs to be a priority so that combo decks reflect their meta share accurately. Birgi+Ignus is a powerful Pioneer/Explorer deck, but opponents don’t always respect the infinite life you would have if you could declare a number of iterations for your demonstrated loop. Animation of Opponent causes my turns to burn down
Animation player had where they cast a ton of cards kept playing on the screen while MY TIME was being burned through. I lost all time I had stored up and luckily the action ended or I guess I would have just lost the match.

direct challenge with brawl and friendly brawl doesn't work.
While direct challenging a friend we are unable to select brawl or friendly brawl decks. Either one of us can select Friendly Brawl as the game mode, but the other gets a sixty card game invite and can't select a brawl deck.

Lose error during match.
An error occured during the match, I didnt lose but it was count as a lose.

Disconnect during match
Either the match ended or the opponent disconnected.
The opponents timer didn't move anymore.

Arena on Mobile crashes Constantly
Arena keeps crashing for mobile, it could crash during a game, or during deckbuilding.
Step 1 - open MTG Arena on mobile app.
Step 2 - play some games.
Step 3 - repeat Step 2 until crash. It freezes, and if you start it back up, you can continue and finish the match, chat won't be available, and the game screen goes black after the match.For the deck building crash,

Lagomos, Hand of Hatred/Queen Allenal of Ruadach interaction
When you have Logomos, Hand of Hatreda and Queen Allenal of Ruadach in play. If the red elemental token dies in combat, the soldier token createed by Queen Allenal of Ruadach is sacrificed to the Lagomos end of turn effect.

Combo Timeout
Can we please get a smart system to handle infinite combos? Playing on mobile app and anytime I resolve Heliod, a soul sister and Scurry Oak, the identical tokens fail to stack forcing my combo pieces off screen which has caused preemptive turn passing. Also, attempting to resolve an infinite Acererak/Paradox Engine combo resulted in passing the turn and losing an otherwise won game. connection lost
Connection keeps dropping; Connection Lost
The MTGA client was working just fine. I played a few BO1 matches with no issues. Then, in the middle of a game, it started freezing. At first it was momentarily, then it froze altogether and I got the windows "program not responding" message. Since then, I've been unable to establish or establish and keep a connection to the server. I've tried a number of resolutions:
1. Restarting the client.
2. Restarting my machine, then the client.

Server connection issues.
For some reason I cant play the last battle in the comor challanges but I can play all the other ones. It says cant connect to servers or connection issues.

Game frozen resulting in loss
Upon activating Hall of Storm Giants ability to attack for lethal, the game froze. Then, all my lands were tapped and my turn passed, resulting in the opponent attacking for lethal and winning.

Anointed Peacekeeper game crash
Every time Anointed Peacekeeper enters the battlefield on my side of the battlefield, the game crashes (windows). Even though I don't cast it, but it comes back from exile, the game crashes.

Game Engine Screwed Up regarding lands/shuffling
The game engine is super screwed up. I'll either draw 10 straight lands or 0 lands for 7-10 straight cards. All of my decks have 40% lands, yet I repeatedly get these extreme outcomes, which makes the game completely unplayable.
I'll get things several standard deviations outside the expected results, like drawing lands on 9/11 cards to open a game, or going 6-8 straight draws with no lands. The mulligan feature is especially bad... if you mulligan a draw for having either too many or too few lands, 100% of the time the next draw will have the opposite problem.
