Conspicuous Human Opponent Behavior
This Player has had at least two separate instances where a Human opponent will play the game as normal, but out of nowhere they cease playing the game. They do not concede or stall. From observation the Opponents will play a selection of cards to a certain extent before ceasing altogether. The behavior is strangely reminiscent to a pre-programmed bot carrying out instructions only to soft lock when met with an unexpected outcome.
The latest instance is logged below where the Opponent opened with a Swamp followed by Mox Amber only to suddenly stop playing without conceding.

Issue with Ghostform/Tectonic Rift in Mixed-Up Draft
I just lost a match in Mixed-Up Draft due to an unblockable creature being blocked. I cast Tectonic Rift, stopping my opponent's non-flying creatures from blocking. Then I cast Ghostform targeting two of my creatures, one of which being a 4/3 Burning Prophet, the largest of my creatures. The "cannot be blocked" shield symbol was displayed on both of the creatures I targeted, indicating that it was unblockable, yet my opponent was still able to block my Burning Prophet with his flying creature, preventing lethal damage. I don't know of any effect that should make an unblockable creature blockable.

画像のデッキでプレイした時、鏡映魔道士ジェイス（キッカー）と
時の支配者、テフェリーと謎の賢者、カズミナが場に出ました。この時、相手のターンでも忠誠度能力が起動できるのはテフェリーのみのはずですが、ジェイスもインスタントタイミングで忠誠度能力を起動できました。
これはバグなのではないでしょうか。

Infinite rope Mirrored Avenged
Infinitely roped on Mirrored avenged cast on Order of Alabaster Host. No Idea why this happened, my internet connection was fine.

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade does not counter spells cast with Bolas's Citadel
Lavinia, Azorius Renegade is supposed to counter spells that no mana is paid for, but something within the language recognition system did not catch that life being paid did not constitute as no mana being paid.

Saiba Cryptomancer
During the second game of my draft on 6/1, I attempted to use my saiba cryptomancer to prevent a fearless skald backup (and double strike) effect, but instead of giving the opponents creature a +1+1 counter and hexproof, it simply gave the creature and extra counter and then gave it the backup counter and double strike. I’m not sure why this happened, but I know it isn’t a common play so maybe that’s it. The game was up in the air until that bug, could you please refund me for my draft? two kami of whispered hopes and defiler of vigor cause infinite replacement effects
when there are two Kami of Whispered Hopes and a Defiler of Vigor on your side of the field, an infinite amount of replacement effects go on the stack when you play your next green permanent.

Chitterfang and Pitiless Plunderer interaction issue
This is an interaction I saw in a recent historical brawl I played against a user by the name of YoloThePiarate. I do not believe that Yolo should be punished, this glitch could have been exploited even further than what they did. More or less, the interaction was, Yolo payed one black, Chitterfang would sacrifice a squirrel token, then Pitiless Plunderer would trigger the effect of generating a token treasure, but it gets weird when the token's death was resolving. creatures and lands rearranging themselves too aggressively
When choosing lands to tap manually on the iPad version, my lands are reordering themselves and making it hard to quickly select lands to manually pay for spells (particularly convoke spells where manually tapping is basically required). This also happens when choosing creatures to block on boards with a significant number of creatures, which can get frustrating when there is a time limit approaching.

exiled card for no reason
I had phrexian vindicator and used epic confrontation to make it fight ao, the dawn sky. ao died, and i redirected the damage to another creature of his (the restoration of eiganjo. both of his creatures should have just died and that should have been it, he brought a creature out because thats what he chose with ao, but then the oddest thing happened. my phrexian vindicator not only died but was exiled...how? it shouldn't have even died because any damage it takes is supposed to be redirected to a target of your choice and that damage on it is…

elven chorus
I played Elven Chorus in my draft on IOS and it did not allow me to cast creaturespells from the top of my library. It showed them on the top but i could not click them...

Protection from... not working
Had a creature attack and with protection from green and white. My opponent blocked with a green/white creature and killed my attacker. This should not of been possible with the protection AND even if it could somehow block, should of taken no damage from green/white sources.
Came back after a year due to these kinds of bugs and apparently they're still not being addressed.

Unable to cast Kogla and Yidaro with reduced cost
Steps to reproduce:
1 Have Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma on the board
2 Produce RRGG mana
3 Try to cast Kogla and Yidaro
4 Arena opens choice between casting and cycling, but unable to select cast1 vote
