How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug
I use Arena Tutor to track my stats etc. and today after I won a match, Arena Tutor registered it as a loss and showed the match time as over 426,000 hours (see pic) and the rank up screen wasn't right. I suspect either a glitch or my opponent is using some software that manipulates the logs or something. It may be changing their match results within Arena, as well.

Card bug
The card Arcane Proxy does not always work. When casting, target instant or sorcery from your graveyard equal to its mama value is to be exiled and casted without paying its mama cost. This ability does not always work.

Battlethopter
Tried making a Heroic Brawl deck using the Battlethopter as my commander. I was able to add coloured lands to the deck, but when i added Waste, I couldn't save the deck. After removing the wastes land, i could save the deck,

Timer going crazy
While playing, an opponent cast a combo that put A LOT of things in the pile, that were activating the combo again and again for a lot of time. So many things his timers started counting until he lost them all. And then... even when I was hitting the resolve button non stop, MY timer started the countdown. Nothing I did could stop it, and I end up loosing the game because I ran out of time, out of my turn, despite the fact I was there all the time. 画面のフリーズ（マッチ中、終了後）
1試合中に２回の停止
・プレイ中に画面が薄白くなりフリーズ。×で終了し再接続でプレイ再開
・ゲーム勝利後に画面がブラックアウト。
・再度終了し再接続。報酬は獲得、マッチ戦の勝利点は反映されず。

プレインズウォーカーの忠誠度が０でも墓地に置かれない。
またはそういう効果のあるカードを自分が見逃していたのかもしれませんが。（一応、戦場と墓地のカード確認したけど多分ないと思う）それと相手のプレイを見る限り、能力は正しく使っていると思う、多分。
なので、おそらく忠誠度カウンターの表示がバグっているのだと思われる。
ただこちらとしては残りの忠誠度が分からないので、すごく困ります。
初めて見たので頻繁するバグでは無いのかもしれませんが、修正していただけると幸いです。1 vote -
I am in Diamond and a third of my matches today I play against the people in the top 50 of mythic
Its fun but it makes it hard to make any forward progress when you are playing against people not in your division. Are there just not enough people playing best of three?
Can I get some compensation for playing people in the top 50 when clearly and literally I am not on there level yet? I really enjoyed playing but when I played like my 4/5th-ish mythic player I was thinking give me a break.
Ive been playing for a couple months now, maybe if someone from mythic is pair with diamond there are different rewards for winning and losing?…

Cards not working (Pristine Talisman and Boulderbranch Golem)
I believe that the Talisman only gained me life a few times in the first few turns, but once I played the Golem, I noticed that cards wouldn't gain me life. I played 2 Golems and the Talisman every turn, and none gained me life for the rest of the game.

Wurmcoil and sibling rivalary
Opponent had a wurmcoil engine and I took it with sibling rivalry and when I did Damage with the wurmcoil I didnt gain and life and it cost me the game.

brutal cathar / phyrexian fleshgorger
Brutal Cathar was destroyed, a Phyrexian Fleshgorger that was cast at 3 mana returned as a 7 mana creature. This cost me the game immediately. Regardless, this is probably not working as intended. Thank you for your consideration.

Death's shadow and Lazav the multifarious not working properly
I turn lazav into death's shadow (Death's shadow has been put in the graveyard by Lavav's surveil). Lazav dies, probably bcz of death's shadow's passive. But it clearly states that Death's Shadow gets the passive effect. Lazav's ability preserves his name, so the Death's Shadow's passive, shouldn't apply to him.

can't cancel game
Cancellation button again doesn't work. Why do you even update this THING that you call client if everything your updates do is make it worse? Also, the client is ugly now. Looks like a buggy beta-version with this white background. Congratulations.

bug when trying to play cards in draft
When I was playing Premier Draft, I found that my cards can be played even my lands were tapped. However, I couldn't play those cards in spite of the lighted edge. What is worse is you can't play those cards even in your turn.

Can I have multiple accounts such that I'm allowed to switch between them ease?
I'm locked out of my account despite changing my password.
I'm able to access the support (before AND after changing my password) yet that is it.
Please go visit Microsoft and learn how to implement multiple users on windows if they are using one windows login.
Your policies might work if I have multiple windows accounts but that level to play a free to play game is not fun.
I'm uncertain why I spent so much money on this game for such poor communication with devs / support and why the support and devs are so disconnected from each other.

Prosper, Tome-Bound locking game with choice cards.
Attempting to play a card exiled with Prosper, Tome-Bound's ability that gives a choice upon entering the battlefield, such as Tharn Portal, locked me from not only choosing what color to pick but used up each time out I had remaining forcing me to skip my full turn.

Cordial Vampire saving itself from death
My opponent has Cordial Vampire on the battlefield. I sac my shamling ghast with phyrexian tower and -1/-1 Cordial Vampire. The death trigger fires and saves itself from death! According to the rule clarifications, about saving others from death, I am pretty sure it's not supposed to be able save itself either?

Brotherhood's End did not deal 3 damage to one of my oppoennt's creatures.
I attacked with a Phyrexian Fleshgorger Prototype, my opponent blocked with a 4/4 and a 2/2, I assigned all combat damage to the 4/4.
After Combat I cast Brotherhood's End dealing 3 damage to each creature and planewalker and the 2/2 that my opponent had double blocked with did not take any damage from it.
