How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Command Tower
When mana tapping is automatic, the Command tower should be the last resort since its all colors, but it is not.

The Stone Brain Doesn't Work in Most Cases
While the bug has been reported and experienced quite a few times before, it's been a while and I wanted to submit my own account with a log and screenshot. Long story short, I really, really want to Stone-Brain-Drain my opponents in Standard by duplicating TSB each upkeep with Mirrorhall Mimic (and Mirror Box). It would bring me such joy, but alas.
An example of The Stone Brain working properly:
1: Start match with Sparky
2: Cast The Stone Brain to the battlefield as soon as you have two untapped lands

Raiyuu, Storm's Edge + Helm of the Host Gives Additional Attack Phases Beyond the First in Error.
Gatherer text:
"Whenever a Samurai or Warrior you control attacks alone, untap it. If it's the first combat phase of the turn, there is an additional combat phase after this phase."

The second clause should only trigger ONCE, and ONLY if it is the first combat phase of the turn, not the 2nd, not the 3rd, not the 4th. It doesn't say "first combat phase after this card comes into play, just first combat phase." Period.
This is significantly different wording from Combat Celebrant.

Bug Report in Bot Matches: Affectionate Indrik ignores first strike/double strike on target when it fights creatures upon entering the battlefield.

marwyn's kindred
Cast Marwyn's kindred for x=18 and it created 18x Lanowar Elves that had 18/18, and Marwyn, the nurturer did not receive any counters when they entered. Marwyn only tapped for 3 when tested and as screenshot shows the Lanowar Elves did in fact have 17/17. The opponent exiled one of the Lanowar Elves and their power/toughness went down as though they had power and toughness equal to how many Lanowar Elves I had on the battlefield.

Self-Assembler won't let you choose Argivian Avenger (Shapeshifter) as a valid search target for an Assembly-Worker
Self-Assembler has the Enter the Battlefield effect: you may search your library for an Assembly-Worker creature card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. However, when searching your library, you can't choose the Brothers War creature Argivian Avenger, which has the creature type "Shapeshifter" - ie, all Creature Types, including Assembly-Worker.

Phyrexian Fleshgorger - attempted to cast. Now unable to take any action
Playing on the PC
I attempted to cast my Phyrexian Fleshgorger by dragging to the battlefield. The split screen came up. Then, I am unable to click either half to cast, cancel the spell, or take any other action. I can switch between view of the battlefield and the spell choices, but I am unable to proceed with any game actions. I shut down Arena and opened up Arena to re-enter the match again and the same thing happened. I attempted to shut down and restart start again and now arena has been updating for the past 5 minutes. "Weiheklingenveteran" fehlerhaft
In einem Spiel mein Gegner mit dem Weiheklingenveteran angegriffen. Dieser war also getappt. Daraufhin habe ich auf den getappten "Weiheklingenveteran" mit "Rals Wutausbruch" gezielt. Er hat dann die Fähigkeit des "Weiheklingenveteran" aktiviert und obwohl dieser bereits getappt war erhielt dieser Unzerstörbarkeit.

draft broken, voulnd't cast spells, land and creature forzne in time, wrong turn and phases
just sad pile of bugs over bugs ruined my game expeirence and running of my draft. With a perfect connection the game keeps freeing lagging and timing me out multiple times, which might still be accetable and comprensible for random errors.
But the situation got ridiculous when my big hitters got frozen in time tapped and umpossible to use or know what had happened (couldn't be decleared as attacker, moveed, active bailities or such)
later my tunr kept skipping with blu color of pahese instd of orange....

Wenn ich das Spiel starten will ist da ein schwarzer bildschirm mit dem Mtg Arena cursor der sich auch bewegen lässt.

Kessig naturalist
On my Mac, Kessig naturalist will time out if it is killed (possibly removed in general) after the making mana ability goes on the stack. This happens regardless of it is transformed or not. It has happened in ranked Bo1, Bo3, and in a direct challenge. It’s cost me rank

Loran's Escape could not react to give Illuminator Virtuoso Hexproof from Lay Down to Arms (PC). Thus destroying my Illuminator Virtuoso with no ability to react and cast my Loran's Escape to Save him from Lay Down to Arms.

App freezes up
So, I built a mutate deck for the all-access gladiator deck, but when I reduce my opponent to 0 life, the app freezes

Creature not shown as attacking during opponents turn
It was my opponents turn and the game showed that they were only swinging with 1 creature (with Trample) and so I chose to block with a single creature because I would have survived that excess damage, but when I passed my phase, 2(two) of his creatures attacked me. The arrow showing attacking creatures only appeared on the second creature AFTER BOTH had finished attacking and won them the game. Had this not happened I could have made a comeback, but this glitch cost me the game.

hive of the eye tyrant entered tapped when it should have been untapped
I had a Lotus Field in play and no other lands. I played a Hive of the Eye Tyrant. It entered the battlefield tapped. I was playing the Gladiator event on PC.
