How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Arena downloads all assets from scratch on launch
On my M1 MacBook Pro, Arena wants to download all 6GB of assets again on every launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Arena through the Epic Game Store. I also tried uninstalling Arena, deleting all files related to Arena in ~/Library then reinstalling.

Traditional Draft Disappeared after 2 games
I paid 1500 gems for a Traditional Draft of Dominaria United.
I won one game and lost the second game, so I adjusted my deck.
Once I clicked to start my third game, MTG seemed to reload for a split-second. My third game never loaded, and now my draft is gone and I did not receive my rewards.I would like a refund for this draft.

Client froze during draft
Client froze after I clicked "Ready". I tried to restart, but then it download and installed an update. When I got back into the draft, the computer had already made several picks for me.

BUG
First off, your support section, and how to receive support is one of the worst systems I have ever seen, I think the only worse website for support is the Department of Veterans Affairs.
This happens on PC and Android.
I am trying to make my deck, it says I have 2 Faceless Haven cards available, i add 2, and it gives me the message the deck has the following issues, deck contains cards not in your collection. you guys need to fix this.1 vote -

Alchemy Dominaria draft disappeared
Hello, I’ve entered the premier dominaria alchemy event today, 10/06/2022, drafted my deck, closed the game it, decided to come back later and now that I’ve just opened the game again the draft disappeared

Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim does not grant health when multiple creatures create tokens
There have been a few times that I have noticed Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim not granting health to controller when there are multiple creatures creating creature tokens. Last time it happened is when I attacked with multiple creates including Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Leonin Warleader, both created their tokens, one from Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, two from Leonin Warleader. I was only granted health from the two tokens Leonin Warleader created. I should have gained health for each token created. I do not have video, I will attempt to catch it next time.

Hold for Ransom NOT recognizing Treasure Tokens as Mana Sources
I just lost a game because MTG Arena would not recognize that I had 7 mana sources to pay for removing ransom. I had 6 lands and 3 treasure tokens, each of which is sackable for 1 mana. But, it would not allow me to use them. I tried manually tapping all of my lands and one of the treasures to have 7 mana floating in the pool, but it would not allow me to pay 7 mana to force ransom to be sacrificed by its controller.

Premier Draft Gone
Was 3-0 in a Premier Draft of DMU and got paid out 1000 gems and can't rejoin. Please refund the original 1500 entry fee

MTGA Random Freeze/Hang/Crash
Randomly, MTGA will simply freeze and need to be force closed and rebooted to continue playing. This has happened numerous times, during games, outside of games, shortly after loading and also several hours after loading. This started with the second last update.

Illusionist's Stratagem not targeting creatures when copied
When Illusionist's Stratagem is copied with an "enters the battlefield" ability like Naru Meha, it won't target the Naru Meha that instantiated the copy.

Queen Allenal of Ruadarch plus
So, lagomos once per turn creates a 2/1 elemental token with haste with sacrifice it at the beginning of the end step and Queen Allenal says, whenever a token would be created on your control, you create that many tokens plus one 1/1 soldier token. What was happening is that the token that Queen Allenal was creating were being sacrificed at the beginning of my end step, and i think this should not happen.

Could see my whole library in order for no reason
in midnight hunt quickdraft i could see my whole library towards the end of the game.

Daily task rewards A card which is full in collection
When I win 11th wins on PC,the daily task give me a card named Kumano faces Kakazan which is full in my collection.After that,I do not receive any compensation!Oh,Should daily reward gives players nothing?

Geothermal Bog didn't enter the battlefield
I played a Geothermal Bog and it appeared to enter untapped, although I couldn't interact with it. I thought it was a visual glitch, so I passed turn. During the next turn I tapped it and nothing happened, beside the fact that the game registered it as if it had just entered the battlefield.
This is beyond outrageous, and it is the single worst glitch I've ever faced in this game. My gameplan was made around having two open black mana sources, and I lost the game because of this glitch. This is one of my favorite Draft decks and…
