How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

App won’t load on my iphone
After latest update for SNC, the app won’t load. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled multiple time and it only works the first time. If I close the app and try to open it the screen goes black and the goes back to the Home Screen. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting on the mobile performance issues and crashes and none of the worked. IPhone 8 is listed on the supported device list.

Infinite login loop: I log in and the application start loading (gathering local files) to just send me back to the login screen
I'm in an infinite loop, I just login the application starts loading (gathering local files) and I'm again at the login screen.
If you have the same issue, create a new "post" and vote up all the other posts with the login issue!
It is simply ridiculous that on the "Server Status" page is everything "green"!

Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database"
Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database".
Hello.
I played on a PC. Since I've downloaded the update of Wednesday, the 11st of August 2022, I can't load my game. The screen is blocked at "Loading the cards database". How can I deblock it please ? I thank you in advance.

loading card database
Stuck on loading card database after 8/12 update on PC. updated successfully, played for a half hour or so, closed the app, opened it later, downloaded another update, and now i'm stuck here:

Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Bug: not getting quest rewards
The last 2 days (3/17/2022 and 3/18/2022) I completed a daily quest that was suppose to reward 750 gold but rewarded nothing. The quest goes away but no usual fanfare of coins/music and the Claim button. Just returns to the Home screen with no quest.

I cannot start the game. When the game gets to "loading initial scene", the application shuts down.

MacBook Pro m1 Pro 16" issues
Arena client minimizes itself when going from main menu into a match as well as when switching from searching for opponent to starting match. There are a few other times where it exits out of full screen and minimizes itself, but I can't recall them at the moment.
Only have one resolution option in Graphics options of Settings menu in match.
Arena client will not load past black screen if opened by clicking Arena icon, can only play game if launched through Epic Game Store.

Alchemy keeps getting set as default
Alchemy keeps getting set as the default setting instead of standard. I hate Alchemy and don't play it. The fact that it keeps getting set as the default instead of standard just to try an trick me into playing alchemy has me nearly ready to quit MTG totally.
I don't mind MTG introducing the game to new ways to milk people for money but I am getting really offended that you are trying to force/trick me into playing a format that I have 0 interest in.9 votes -
Game client does not close on exit.
When I close the game, it freezes and I need to shut it by force through right click - Close window. Otherwise it gets stuck forever. Happened every day since last week.

connection
Game froze in the middle. Now it says, "Connection Lost." No matter what I do, it puts me in an endless cycle of "Connection Lost." screens. How can I reconnect?
