How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Card stuck to mouse pointer during Draft
So... i paid to play a draft, and i missed one card pick because a card got stuck on my mouse pointer, very frustrating

Server Disconnect
Whenever I try to log in it says I'm disconnected from the server, and when I try to reconnect it won't let me. Do I need to update the game or something?

Missing Mythic Card Reward
Upon reaching level 28 on my Theros mastery pass, I did not received the listed mythic rare card reward. I did receive the daily card reward that was awarded as a result ot the same game, but no mythic card. I checked my collection and there no new mythic cards added.

No text on menu buttons
There's again, no text on my menu buttons. Sometimes there's no text in the deck editor menu, so if I wasn't done with a deck but wanted to go play a game, I had to remember and guess which button saves the deck and which one just deletes it.

Ooops something went wrong while updating
What the title says. I can't launch the game because it started updating. Then gave that error. Now gives that error every time I try to launch.

El juego se bloquea y se cierra en partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida. Soy nuevo y he perdido todo mi oro en el draft el cual estoy perdiendo porque se me cierra el juego y no puedo reconectar, al intentar abrirlo de vuelve a cerrar....
En el draft me ha pasado al empezar la partida, llevábamos 4 rondas .

Game crashes constantly on mac
please fix the mac client asap, game crashes constantly upon taking the first action after start up. and also please give us full screen support. honestly it's embarrassing how bad this client performs

Game keeps crashing and I can't even make a log.

People forced to mute opponent to mute pets
Please allow us to mute pets permanently.
Even once you fix the mute/unmute issues that don't always work for pets I'd prefer to have no sounds for my pet or my opponents pet without having to mute them.

Game crashes continuously
Since June, I am having continiously issues with MTGA.
Just now, I started the game, it automatically logs me in, everything fine.
I started matchmaking for a regular game with my Deck "White Breeze", Game Language German, it started a game, and before phase 2 the game crashed.
It just freezes and then closes itself. Sometimes windows detects "No response from the program"...
If windows detected it, it automatically restarts the game, if not, and I start the game again, it again logs me in, auotmatically starts a match and before even loading the arena it crashes again, this loops,…17 votes -
Game crashes
The game crashes whenever I play certain cards, I believe because of animation. (gyruda, the Royal Scions, among others)

Cards not displaying correctly
The game runs really great, but for some reason every time that the decision making panel appears all the cards are displayed in black. This is a brand new laptop with intel core i7 quad core, 8 gb ram, an an intel iris plus graphics card. Everything else displays well. I already reinstalled the game 3 times

no Advancement in ranks
I am unable to advance in ranks. No matter how many wins in constructed I'm stuck on bronze tier 1 with an exclamation like i haven't even played this season.

Fullscreen is actually Borderless Windowed Mode
As the title says, it is obvious that the Fullscreen Option actually enables Borderless Windowed Mode. There is no actual Fullscreen option. This can be seen by either alt-tabbing (which happens instantly, not possible in actual fullscreen) or by minimizing another window, which shows Arena behind it, proving that it is running in a window. I really don't get why this is a thing.

Connect the Dots display issue.
When I try to activate its ability with the card "connect the dots" on the field, the cards it exiles appear spread out horizontally, and the connect the dots card goes off the screen, making it impossible to activate the ability. I lost the game because of this and would like a warranty.
I understand that the range of images displayed in Arena is dependent on the size of the screen. However, as long as the arena is compatible with ISO, I have my doubts about not being able to use it on a regular iPad.

Dog Walker.
Well yes I can do the description again, I have done so twice in this ticket already, but I’ll repeat it. I’ll also attach the screenshot again. I added the visual description in the screenshot. Take one look and I am sure it should be clear.

Misleading Design for Card (Arena Mobile) Hidden Keywords

I was playing in my premiere draft and the opponent played Uchbenbak, the Great Mistake which on the battlefield looks like a 6/4 with Descend 8 and Vigilance. There is not indication on Arena mobile that there are other keywords for the card. Therefore, I played a creature under the understanding that I could block and kill Uchbenbak. Then on my turn, OP swings n with impunity because there is a HIDDEN keyword of menace.
