How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Difficult logging in, cannot play "can't submit deck"

    As of brothers war update I'm having a lot of troubles logging on (get 'connecting to server' for a few minutes and then told to check connection). When I can actually log in, I can't play any games, as soon as I press play or attempt to submit a deck (phantom draft) I'm told that it can't submit deck.

    I have tried: restarting the phone, reconnecting to wifi, connecting through mobile data, and reinstalling the client.

    Id love to pay y'all for some new cards but can't pay you until this is resolved.

  2. Connection lost

    I get a "connection lost" message every time I open MTGA on the PC or on mobile. This is not a Problem with my Internet or Firewall.

  4. Unable to Play Standard Ranked

    Unable to play Standard ranked. Decks are all up to date and should be a nonissue. Unable to select play. Has been like this since the last update. Sometime restarting the app works.

  5. Sound stops during matches

    Sound stops during matches pc Windows 11. This happens also to my partner's pc windows 10. It has done this since the last update.

  6. Asset Error Detected

    After the latest update, I can't get in. I get "asset error detected" message. I tried rebooting, uninstalling/installing (both Epic and MTGA), and tried connecting to a different wi-fi. Always the same error immediately upon entering. I'm on a macbook pro.

  7. Acquired card duplicates popping up after each match

    Whenever a match concludes, I am presented with about 6 pages of "Acquired" cards. The cards are the same after each match and it populates whether I win or lose the match. I've logged out and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I'm still experiencing the same issue.

    I am using the PC app.

  8. Secluded Courtyard Creature Type Missing

    The Shrine creature type is not an option when playing the land Secluded Courtyard. This inhibits decks with Shrine creatures in them.

  10. Decklist is Glitched white

    There appears to be a problem with the Deck List. It appears to be white and does not show the number of copies of the card in my deck. This is occurring in both deck builder and in traditional ranked play when sideboarding cards. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

  12. Blank screen instead of the initial screen (sometimes with ambient sound on)

    I am getting a blank screen instead of the initial screen. (sometimes with ambient sound on) --Sometimes an error message is displayed. (see the attached screenshot) -- I am having this problem on Windows 10 and on Android 11.

  14. takes a long time to load arena since Baulders Gate update

    Since the Baulders Gate expansion, nearly every time I load Arena, it says "gathering local files" and counts up in percentage at about 1 percent every 1-5 seconds. Usually takes 5-10 minutes to load. It used to say "asset error occurred" when it counted up by percent, but it didn't often do that.

    This needs to be fixed.

  16. Game won’t load

    I have to keep reinstalling the game. It works for a while until I stop playing, then when I try to open the app the screen goes black then goes back to my home screen and have to remove and reinstall the app again to get it to work. iPhone 11

  17. Graveyard tresspasser new art is not loading text

    When my opponent played a graveyard tresspasser with a showcase art, I am unable to view the text on the graveyard tresspasser. This requires me to have memorized what the card does to realize what is the ward cost to targeting it and what it might do to my graveyard. Also, the difference between night and day sides would alos need to be memorized to account for plays.

  18. Can't play ranked or brawl

    Please help me wizards, I cannot play ranked or brawl. I am only able to access standard play, and when I click on the other two menus, the play button becomes greyed out. I am still able to draft and play Standard, but nothing else. Even after reinstalling, I am still having this same issue.

  19. Network error - Unable to get collection

    Error message = Just as the title. Can not get in to play. It says try again later. Did so.
    Cleaned caches, removed all temp files, system resid. files, PC (Windows 10) restarted.
    Nothing solved the problem.

  20. iPad crash

    The game will not open on iPad after the most recent update on 4/28/22. I have to uninstall the game and then reinstall to play again. Then when the game crashes, it won’t let me open the app, and I have to uninstall/reinstall again. Please fix this!
