How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Full screen mode will not stay active no matter how many times i go in a reset it to full screen every single time the screen changes scenes it goes back to windowed mode. How do I fix this

  3. unable to log in then something weird happens

    i cannot log in i was playing then a game ended i won and then timeout it failed to log in when i try to reconnect and when i try to reconnect this weird thing happens

  4. Unable to remove cards in Bo3

    After updating my game to version 2026.59.0.6120.1270750 on the android play store, I played two best-of-three ranked standard matches. In both matches, in between games, I was able to click on cards in my sideboard to add them to my deck, but unable to click on cards in my deck to move them from the sideboard, resulting in being forced to play with a deck with more than 60 cards.   5. App keeps crashing since new update

    Since the new update (02/25/2026), app keeps crashing on opening screen. I've tried force stop/ restart to the same effect. After checking multiple times, it seems to to happen at the "loading initial scene" part of the loading screen.

    This issue is happening on Android for me and so far I haven't made it any further than the losing screen.

  7. Not Getting My Secrets of Strixhaven Pre-Order

    I spent over $50 on a pre-order and it never showed up on the packs page prior to the release that I had even bought anything. I thought maybe it was just something that didn't really matter and I would still get the 50 packs I pre-ordered. But nothing. I did not get my packs. Just to make sure that it still counted as I bought it even though my screen is still telling me to "get packs" with nothing else on it, I checked yesterday to see if it was still in the store and it wasn't.   8. Unable to Login Authentication failed Timeout

    Since this morning I've been having trouble logging into the game, getting an 'unable to login: authentication failed for ' error.

    Last night everything was working great! I've tried reinstalling it several times, trying to log in on my phone, checking the files, trying to log in on a different pc and about every random comment that’s seems to work for other people on threads that have had this problem but nothing has worked for me. My computer hasn’t had any windows updates or changes.

  9. Can’t load into Main Menu

    I get a black error message prior to loading into the main menu saying my client is out of date, but I have checked the App Store numerous times looking for an update and none show up. I’ve reset my phone, my router, my data plan, and none of it has worked.

  10. Can't log in authentication failed

    Game keeps saying that servers aren't responding authentication failed 3/27/26 on android. Cleared data, restarted phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarting after each action.

  11. System failing to authenticate my account or connect to the server so I can play

    I played last night and when I woke up this morning it was buggy and not allowing me to enter the game so I closed the game and verified it and now it's not able to authenticate my account at all.

  12. Can't join the game

    Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ?   13. Deck Builder Not Loading (hangs on load screen)

    When attempting to access the Deck Builder for any deck that contains at least one copy of the land card 'Clifftop Retreat', the deck builder hangs on the loading screen and does not actually load in. In order to proceed, one must force-close the game entirely.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. (Optional) Build deck using Clifftop Retreat (at least one copy of card)
    2. Navigate to Decks Tab
    3. Select deck with Clifftop Retreat and attempt to edit the deck
    4. Wait while loading screen cycles indefinitely

  14. Grapeshot Storm Copies and Timer

    I ran out of time after resolving Flusterstorm while targeting with Grapeshot. There NEEDS to be a faster or better way to animate resolving storm copies without worrying about losing to the timer.

    My timer ran out and the remaining grapeshots targeted me instead of the opponent. Why is this? No redirect spells were casted and no other permanents affected the targeting. There NEEDS to be a “choose same target” like there is on Magic Online.

  15. Game freezes during turn, leading to timeouts or crash

    Since the last update (Feb 24th 2026) The game tends to become unresponsive as card effects resolve, leading to unpreventable timeouts and game loss. It's like "waiting on opponent" timeout, except it's my go but there's no option to resolve the stack or pass

    Repairing/reinstalling/reopening doesn't fix as maybe 60% of games still end through concessions due to technical issues

    Suggestion: implement a "Sorry, I'm having technical issues" emote so at least we can maintain a level of respectful sportsmanship during these frustrations

    I can't justify spending Gold or Gems to join events knowing that the game will probably crash,…

  16. Timeout during login

    Ich kann mich in meinen Account nicht einloggen. Ich war gerade bei einem Pick-2-Draft und gegen Ende konnte ich mein Deck nicht bauen. Ich habe die App neu gestartet und dann konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Die Fehlermeldung lautet Timeout.

  18. I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

    Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in
    Authentication failed for X: Timeout."

    Before trying it on my PC (Windows), I tried clearing the app's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling it, trying with mobile data and Wi-Fi, and restarting my phone. None of those things worked. Then…

  19. Stuck on “waiting for the server”

    The game will not let me in at all. Upon starting the application it stays on “waiting for the server” FOREVER. Eventually the main menu music starts playing in the background, but the menu never appears. I restarted my macbook, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried logging in on my phone… nothing. I can’t get in anywhere. The status page says “all systems operational.” This is ridiculous.

  20. Threshold indicator on Shoreline Looter doesn't work

    Shoreline Looter has a Threshold ability that activates when there are 7 or more cards in the graveyard. However, the indicator on the corner of the card doesn't change from 0, despite there being multiple cards in the graveyard and the ability being active. This only happens with Shoreline Looter; other creatures with Threshold (in the same deck) don't have this problem, which has happened to me in PC and Android during Standard Play and Sparky matches.
