How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Crashing after update
This morning - September 13 - I started Arena and it apparently reinstalled itself (9GB download).
After that I succesfully completed a match on the ladder, but it seemed very laggy. During the second game it crashed twice (see pic. 1, everything just froze). I tried to restart it, but it crushed directly on the home page (see pic. 2).22 votes -
DAILY QUEST ROLL CRASH THE APP
After the update of today 13.09.2024, when i roll the quests, the game crash.

Crashing when I click "play" (windows)
Playing on Windows (PC). I downloaded the new update today and now the game becomes completely unresponsive every time I click the Play button and I am forced to terminate the program via the task manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists

I experience a freeze leading to a crash whenever I interact with the client
I am experiencing a freeze which requires the client to be restarted. In attempting to fix this issue, I have attempted a competely clean install (including removal of Registry keys), and I have rebooted my network and my laptop multiple times.

I experience a freeze when I enter the Quickdraft event area (ie. I can't press the button to pay the gems or gold to enter Quickdraft), and I encounter a similar freeze when I click on my daily quest in the Home screen. The freeze eventually results in the game crashing…

Game constantly crashess
After a 10GB Update on September 15th 2024, the game crashes after a few seconds. Restarting the game does not help. This continues happening constantly, rendering the client completely unusable. Other actions trigger it, but the most common triggers are 1. Opening the store, 2. Trying to change a daily quest.

MTGA.EXE has stopped responding
"MTGA.EXE has stopped responding" error message occurs when I hover over my quests or enter the store on windows 10 surface pro 3.

since last update (12/09) - game systematically stalls after a few turns
Since last update, I havn't been able to finish a single match, game stalls completely and systematically after a few turn - only solution is to stop MTGA process -and btw loosing the match.

Sideboarding after bloomburrow update
Sideboarding is completely broken after the bloomburrow update(android):
-I can't add cards from the sideboard while sideboarding. It's only possible if I have a copy of the desired card already un the deck, then I'm able to use the "+/-". (Not 100% replicable)
-Cards removed from the maindeck don't show up in the sideboard or take roughly a minute to show up after removing from the deck.
-In the deck editor: The deck stays in the sideboarded state after a bo3 and loses it's sideboard.

MTGA Freezing then Crashing on Mac (Sonoma 14.6.1) after large 9/12 Update
Successfully updated via Epic store on 9/12 and ever since Client will open but will subsequently freeze and/or crash before entering a queue.
Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped and MacOS is fully updated Sonoma 14.6.1

Claim button not working
After a match, where I would claim my prizes, the claim page shows no prize, and pushing the button does nothing. I am still able to open the friends list and rotate the screen, so the app is not frozen, i just can’t proceed by pushing the claim button. The only way to proceed is to close and restart the app. I am on an iPhone SE 2.

Unresponsive sideboarding
OS: Android
First Encountered when Bloomburrow released.Has happened to me three times today.
When sideboarding prior to a third match (i.e. the second time sideboarding in a best of three match). All cards in the sideboard area are unresponsive when clicked, and therefore cannot be added to my deck directly. The only way to affect the cards in my deck is to adjust the quantity by interacting with the ui in the area where my deck is shown, which is responsive.

BUG: Mac Client only works in Full Screen mode after KTK update
If you launch the Mac client in windowed mode (i.e., not in Full Screen mode), you cannot click on anything. Nor can you easily quit the game! (You have to force quit it, e.g., via the Activity Monitor app.)
The solution is to delete your preferences so that the MTGA client will open in Full Screen mode by default.
To delete your preferences, open a terminal -- the Terminal app will suffice -- and execute the following commands.
$ cd ~/Library/Preferences
$ rm com.wizards.mtga.plistYou'll have to log back in and reset your client preferences to taste. Just don't uncheck…

Sideboard Issue in BO3
Playing BO3 Standard Ranked matches, the sideboard doesn't work correctly and doesn't let me add cards to the deck,

Did not get exp from Quests?
How come i didnt get exp from daily quests even though i did two of those today? how can i get those 1000exp?

Download update not working, game keeps disconnecting
My mobile device is not updating the game. When I click download update the game logs me out and goes to my desktop every time I try to update it. Can someone please help!

Game crashing after update
After updating my client through the play store, whenever I launch the game, I go to a screen where it asks me to download a 3 GB update and when I click download, the game crashes

cant scroll drafted cards
Issues in draft on mobile since bloomburrow update:
Can’t scroll up through selected cards during draft
Can’t move cards to sodeboard

MTGA.exe is not responding
The game opens normally, but when I hover over the daily missions or enter the deck builder, the game crashes and the message appears:
MTGA.exe is not responding
I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it in several ways, but I didn't get any results.
I've also updated my drivers and tried the solutions mentioned in the known issues.15 votes -
Android app crashes when i press download
Cant start the download process when i click on download app crashes. Please help.
