How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Ubanned account login bug
I received a mail sayin my account get unabled (after being banned) but since that mail sent on 20/10/2022 I'm still havin the same error message from login menu:
"an unexpected error occured (error code: forbidden) please try again"

Issues Challenging Friends from Friends List
I'm able to challenge a friend to one game. Afterwards, I am unable to challenge them again or receive challenges from others. Posting log to support.

Game crash the first time a card is searched
Game always crashing at the first time a card is searched.
The game files are on my secondary drive.
My PC: AMD Ryzen 5600G, Tuf Gaming B550-plus WiFi II, Crucial Ballistix 32GB of 3200MHz cl16 ram, Kingston SATA SSD and 2 HDD, Seasonic Focus GX-650W 80 PLUS Gold.

Forever repeating rewards notification
Every time I enter the game or finish a match I'm faced with notifications about card rewards. Always the same cards. Over and over again.
The behavior happened after a hiatus of some months and I came to back, after first running the game I was faced with updates. After the update was finish I was notified of many card rewards I supposedly received. These notifications never stopped and are always repeated.I tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same effect.
Please help me with this because the quality of life in the game is terrible right now.

Replace Good Game Emote
I don't see the point of the Good Game emote. It would imply that one actually experienced a good game which rarely happens in Arena. By far the vast majority of games I've experiences are one-sided snooze fests. Either I'm steamrolling my opponent or my opponent is steamrolling me. These aren't Good Games yet they are the majority of games I've experienced. You would be better served if you removed the Good Game remote and replaced it with something like "Mana Screwed" or "Mana Flooded". These would get significantly more use.

Unable to add both of my copies of Goldspan dragon to my Historic deck
I have 2 copies of Goldspan Dragon in my collection but I am unable to add both of them when making a deck. I can only add 1. When I try to add the other, despite it showing that I own the second copy, it then says my deck needs additional mythic wildcards and locks my deck from being used in duels. Oddly, it doesnt "gray out" the second GD when I add it to my deck like it normally does when you add cards you dont own in deckbuilder.

Soul Transfer not
Hey, I’m having trouble with [[Soul Transfer]] and I think it’s a bug? I had [[Dockside Chef]] and [[Blood Token]] down but I couldn’t trigger both effects, even though one is an enchantment creature and the other is an artifact. I had the same problem with Dockside Chef and a Virus Beetle.

CLIENT BUG
Stuck in a turn, for a problem on the client. I cant do any movement and my oponent by the same way. It is not the first time, please fix it, fix your client.

couldn't press "attack with all" during Post Malone Concert
when I was trying to attack with all, the button was greyed out and had a red "i" on it. my turn was automatically passed before I could get anywhere.

Error white walpaper in menu screen
the error is only behind the rotating banners. in deck building it doesn't happen either by opening the store.

無課金だと土地すら引かせてもらえない
MTGアリーナは、無課金者を雑に扱います。
60枚中24枚土地があるデッキで、7回連続
土地が引けない調整は当たり前のようにやってきます。WtoCの反論があれば、求めますが
無理でしょうね。ほんでサインインしたあとに投稿しようとすると
これね。

Fundo Branco, itens de recompensas nos torneios não aparecem
O fundo inicial FICA TOTALMENTE branco,,, os itens de recompensas dos torneios não aparecem. Além dos problemas do meio da partida tenho que entrar e sair do app no celular. Vi uma única vez meu oponente jogar de novo sem motivo.

При входе в приложение МТГ Арена на андроид пропал обычный фон на главной странице. Вместо него белый задник.

Background bug
Background is blinding white. Started after newest update. I cleared my cache and nothing changed, I deleted and re-downloaded the game and nothing changed.

Start screen bugged on mobile (android)
I downloaded the neuesten Update for my mtga mobile App (android) today and now my Start screen looks like in the attached files

Home Screen background is white
After the 10/20/22 updates, on iOS/mobile app, the Home Screen background image is missing. This leaves the screen with the appearance of a bright white background. Overlayed text and images are either obscured or not visible at all as a result.

Pre/Post login data downloads?
Mostly a curiosity question set: for iOS app, after loading the app, WHY are there often both PRE and POST-login prompts for downloading additional update data? Shouldn’t ALL updates post new client version installation occur after user authentication/login?
