How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Arena terrible UI lost me a game in premier draft
I was at 1 life and i accidentally added colored mana from a "cavern of koilos". Without a warning and without the possibility to undo the mana ability the land dealt me 1 damage making me lose the game. Note that i would have probably won that game if not for the horrible UI. It is inadmissible to potentially lose money cause of this and i'd like a refound. I'll leave a game log.

Set progress is incorrect
My Set progress shows I have not completed (For example) Kamigawa Neon Dynasty. I am missing a single uncommon.
When filtering in deck building on Uncommons from Kamigawa set that I don't have 4 copies of, it shows an empty list.
Where is that missing uncommon hiding?

Game freezing randomly on Android
On Android, the game will freeze at random times, sometimes it will unfreeze and sometimes it won't, after some time if it hasn't unfroze, the game will crash.
It happens quite often, I'd say in 50% of games.
I've no idea what causes it.
I tried to disable the pet but it had no noticeable effect.11 votes -
Visual BUG - Rewards Acquired over and over
Hi. I am presented with me rewards every time I load the client or leave a match. I have to click more to get through them every single time. I have done the flush DNS clear, I have completely removed the game and reinstalled it.
I cannot get it to go away. I do not know how to produce it, I do not know how to work around it.

Rewards being presented repeatedly on every log, and between games
Hadnt played in months and now every time i log on or finish a game i have 6 pages of rewards that appear and forces me to click through every time. Its not giving additional copies of cards or gems, just showing them to me repeatedly. This is showing up on mobile and PC

Acquired card duplicates popping up after each match
Whenever a match concludes, I am presented with about 6 pages of "Acquired" cards. The cards are the same after each match and it populates whether I win or lose the match. I've logged out and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I'm still experiencing the same issue.
I am using the PC app.

Game client is unusably slow and games won't start
Since the update the game client is incredibly slow. Games will fail to start and if you open the Store page it will freeze without loading all of the contents.

Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar [solved]
Avatar locked - can´t change Avatar. The Video uploaded does not show ingame, only loading the game. Yet ingame it´s the same.
I used an Avatar, then bought Squee and applied after transaction as standard. since then my avatar is locked and whichever i choose it´s always the same avatar ingame.
Support couldn´t help - reinstalled the game - uninstalled with revo intensive mode, disabled windows coreisolation - i am not using third party AV or vpn.
thanksEDIT while participating in the sealed-dominaria event (12.000 coins) the avatar is not locked.
on traditional historic play it is still locked…

i get stuck on "loading card database" after installing about 50MB
it doesn't install the game when in this state so I have to manually close and re-open it every time this happens

Make default avatar overrides existing avatar choices
Forgot why I never chose the 'yes, make this avatar default' option, decided I actually want Timmy as my default, but now Timmy took the place of every single one of the dozens of avatar choices I had made! Longrunning and extremely annoying bug. Please fix this, this is not what default means.

After last upgrade game is extremely slow
I log into MTG Arena in a normal and fast way, but after the last update, when I try to play or visit my collection, the game slows down until it almost freezes. I use a laptop with Windows 11, but have never had any problems so far. The latest update, with the new card banned in Standard, is creating this bug for me.

Sort collection progress by completion%
I really like the new set collection tracker, but more sorting options would be nice!

Permanently mute all of one type of pet
Please add a menu (accessible outside of a match) which allows the user to selectively mute the specific pet types that they dislike. I've seen other users annoyed with the robot owl and Bolt Hound pets. Personally, I can't stand the green ghost wolf pet's noises, and the metallic dragon pet's invasion of my personal space makes me violently angry.
Oh and while you're at it, decouple 'mute pet' from 'mute opponent'.
And let me choose the form of my Kaldheim bear pet in the menu, so I can have it pre-set to the Littjara form instead of the Beskir…1 vote -

Black screen mobile (iOS)
I literally just figured out the problem. I was looking at other peoples tickets and seeing if they had the same problem as I do. I saw one guy had the same exact problem as I did… he submitted a “screen recording” of his iPhone and I noticed his phone was “in Thai language.” This was an odd coincidence, so I thought maybe this is “our” problem… I changed my phones language to “English” and low and behold - it worked! Scurry Oak Combo/Tokens on mobile
When trying to play the scurry oak combo on mobile the tokens don't stack, they continue to spread out as individual units. After so many you have to scroll all the way back to scurry oak, this takes forever and is a time waste for the player and opponents. When playing on the pc the tokens all stack together, for whatever reason they do not on mobile. Please fix this. This deck is fun but pretty much unplayable at the moment on phones. Thank you!
