How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. bug with cards displaying in the tutorial

    I encountered a bug during the Blue portion of the tutorial, where after the opponent uses Waterknot, it doesn't display the full animation properly (the chain doesn't appear overtop of the creature), and then it stops showing cards playing properly.
    While the game seems to continue fine, any time I played a card it didn't go down onto the field, the image remained on the side of the screen, blocking my view. New cards stopped being visible or interactable on the field, instead piling on top of each other on the right hand side of the screen, where they pop…

  3. Overheating and Battery Draining BRO Update

    With the Brother’s War update my phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max) and computer (2022 Microsoft Surface Laptop 4) get very hot when playing for any more than 10 minutes. Battery drainage is also significant.

  4. Bug.

    The combination of gain life when creature enters battlefield and horn of Gondor just had so many stacks that when my opponent triggered the combo, it had 70+ effects in the stack, but forced me to use all of my time outs and then they were able to attack without me choosing any defenders or being able to do anything. It's a **** exploit and needs to be fixed. How did I get charged timeouts for waiting for their stack to complete? How do I just lose the game because they have so many effects triggered I can't even play?…

  6. Phyrexia lands purchased now have an ugly border

    After the latest update there is a display issue on the Phyrexian full art lands (and maybe many other lands): now they all have a frame that didn't have before and makes them so ugly.
    We all purchased them and we want what we spent gold/gems for.
    Attached picture to see the issue/bug (the "Plains MTGA Original.png" is how the lands were before).
    Fix them ASAP or refund all of us because that is not what we purchased.

  8. [BUG] Mastery Pass item 35 and 55 have inconsistant icons/ hover cards. they are swapped

    The icons vs the hover card animations are swapped on mastery pass 35 and 55, not sure which it is actually supposed to be but, either the icon or hover card should be swapped

  9. Latest MacOS versoin of MTGA hangs while trying to do just about anything.

    MTGA version: 2023.24.0.1057.986775
    MacOS Version: 12.6.3
    Core i7 13in MacBook Pro

    The game launches fine, but trying to do anything that leaves the landing page causes the game to hang. It goes to the "Waiting for Server..." screen and then freezes, requiring a Forced Quit. This happens when I attempt to go to the store, go to my deck collection, edit my deck from a limited event, etc. This happens regardless of the state of my system.

    Basically, I can't do anything in game at this point.

  11. Product Suggestion

    As a player who has been left out of pre-releases because I couldn't purchase any sort of packs at the time, being treated by other players as friends has made memories and additions to my collection. My suggestion is that we as players be allowed to trade/gift in a reasonable manner with each other.

  12. Two faced cards not showing the other side with card style applied

    All two faced cards with any card style applied do not show the flipside when hovered over in collection AND in game. The card still works as intended and the flipside has a special card style when played and flipped, it just doesnt show a preview of it when hovered over.

  14. MTGA client bug - Hissing SFX noise gets stuck after visiting deck builder

    Since the latest release of MOM update, almost every time I visit the deck builder a "hissing" background noise/ SFX starts playing on loop, non stop. It will carry on and follow me to games and every other screen in the client. Super annoying! Only solution is turn down SFX in audio options (but then I lose all other game sounds) or directly exit the client and get back in.

    Error code: Forbidden = 1 week bun for use of bug in order to win a games

    The tool for identify player who uses the bug in order to win games does not work properly. After last update, i have been bun for 1 week for use of a bug in order to win a games and I can not confirm that i would have been aware about of such behaviour from my side.

    Than, what happens, maybe too many bans and too many feedbacks that nobody at Wizzards of the coast has capacity to manage, react on claims, check…

  16. Latest update has cut connection to server

    The latest update has screwed the connection to mtg arena server. Try to open app it just says connection to server lost. Try retrying does the same thing. Have logged out and tried to log back in now get both connection to server lost and authentication failure error. Android phone updated 09/05/23 3pm

  17. Theros Fullart Lands Styles have incorrect textcolor

    After the Shadows over Innistrad Update my beautiful Theros fullart lands have incorrect styles.

    The textbox has incorrect background color, which makes the text of the swamp nearly unreadable.

  18. Can’t filter lands on mobile at the moment

    I am on mobile when I click on the land icon to filter land to pulls up battle cards. As of right now there is no way to filter land. And typing mountain (for example) does not work for some reason so I can’t add any off the cool looking lands I want just whatever style is tossed in when a deck is first built

  19. Cannot access to pre-sale products - Mother of the Machine

    Hello,

    I bought some items in pre-sale a couple of days ago for Mother of the Machine, however I cannot access to them.

    It might just be a time issue, but seems weird to me, since the set is already out.
