How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Purchase bug

    I would like to purchase the welcome bundle, I get into the bundle screen, click on 5.49 euros (I live in England, not sure why it doesn't say £), sends me to pic ''Screen2'', I click on 5.49 again and it sends me back to the original screen, in an endless loop each time I try.

    Edit: I forgot to mention this happens with any transaction, not just the 5.49 welcome bundle

  3. Cant connect even though Arena supposed to be working

    When logging in, Arena goes through the whole load up then gets to Waiting for Server, this spins for a few minutes before it says, "Unable to get collection. Please try again later" Then it says, "There was a problem connecting with the server. Check status, reconnect, logout" have tried all three, but it keeps saying everything is working correctly, and won't reconnect me. I have tried everything, reinstall, disconnect wifi, restarts the works. Still does the same thing.

  5. Unable to get Collection

    Hi, since April 24th I can't access the Arena server with the following error message: Unable to get collection. On April 23rd you did a server maintenance, apparently with an update to version 2025.47.35. I'm stuck on 2025.47.10 and my Epic Games Launcher (I have a Mac) still doesn't show any available updates. I can assume that this is the problem, but I can't find a solution. For now it's impossible to play.

  6. Problems in communicating with server

    Everything looks good but after loading inital scene. It takes some time showing Waiting for the Server... befor I get the Network error There was a problem communicating to the server. Or alternatively (Unable to get collection. Please try again later. The game has been doing this for a few days now

    I’ve been trying to log in for 2 weeks but every time it gives me: network error, unable to get your collection. I’ve tryed to disinstall and reinstall the app but nothing has change. Same error

  10. Network Log-in error

    Everytime I want to play the screen gets black telling me that is waiting for server, after the loading ends it tells mee Error Updating Data but my connection is fine! Or if not that it tells me there is a Network error...
    How can I solve that=

  12. Game Won't Stay Fullscreen

    Whenever I start up a new match or return to the menu after a match, the game exits full screen mode. This is pretty annoying... can we please focus on forcing the game to stay full screen? If it matters, my monitor is 3440 x 1440p.

  14. BO3 UI White Out graphical glitch

    This has happened on both SteamDeck and Apple devices. UI will bug out (top menu bar is all white and logos are miss scaled and misplaced. During side-boarding in BO3, the deck list is all white (with white text on some cards/qty) which makes it challenging to sideboard. This bug seems to be triggered between rounds in a BO3.
    This has been an issue in BLB and DSK

  15. Large Hand Bug

    When you have many cards in hand, Arena won’t allow you to scroll through them on IOS to let you get to the cards you need.
    1. I used the -8 ability of Kasmina, Enigma Sage to tutor for Enter the Infinite, drawing my deck and putting a card on top.
    2. iPad, IOS
    3. Once my hand is full, whenever I tap on a card to try to drag it out, instead I can only access the middle of my hand, regardless of which card I clicked on. (This is in attempt to play Thassa’s Oracle and win)

  16. MTGA.exe is not responding

    The game opens normally, but when I hover over the daily missions or enter the deck builder, the game crashes and the message appears:

    MTGA.exe is not responding

    I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it in several ways, but I didn't get any results.
    I've also updated my drivers and tried the solutions mentioned in the known issues.

  17. Arena crashing after May 10 update

    On PC, Arena crashes when trying to enter any sub menu (e.g. packs, store, achievements, etc...). Also feature events are not displayed but can be clicked on (e.g. quick draft, qualifier play-in, metagame challenge, etc...). Arena also crashes when trying to enter a match.

  19. Top bar is all white and unreadable

    Sometimes after finishing a match the top bar (Profile, Decks, Store, etc.) is all white and unreadable.
