How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Players should be able to publish some core information about them.
Players should be able to publish some personal core information about them, like country, age, sex, years of MTG etc. This would make Arena less anonymos and more personal (like tabletop). Of course, this would be optional for each player.

A player's highest ranking ever should be displayed with the current ranking
A player's highest ranking ever should be displayed with the current ranking.
This would motivate to break one's earlier own record (as opposed to the current system which feels like Sisyphos). Also it would give opponents a better idea of who they're playing against.

Players can possibly trigger epilepsy by moving the mouse cursor rapidly across gamepieces in the game UI
I recently played a match against a player who was possibly either OCD or taking advantage of what I believe is a nice feature (the UI highlighting where your opponent's cursor is on the screen) to move their cursor around very quickly across all objects on the battlefield, creating a rapid flashing pattern. If the intent was to not display any tells about where they were looking, a smart player who know the cards could just not hover over a gamepiece if they didn't want an opponent to know where they were looking. BUG: Amass breaking the game entirely?
Soo everytime I play an amass card my amass token freaks the heck out, and puts a LOT of counters cascading downwards off my screen all at once, to the point it lags and breaks the game for me only.
I can't target anything because everything is on the stack even after resolving, making me unable to use removal, and my lands just get stuck floating cluttering up the battlefield.

Je vous contacte de nouveau pour le même problème de déconnexion que mentionné dans mon dernier retour.
Je viens de rencontrer de nouveau le problème et cela m'est arrivé quelques autres fois depuis.Le client n'est pas figé, la musique ne s'est pas arrêtée mais le match est à l'arrêt et il n'y a pas de Timeout.
Cette fois ci j'ai pris une capture d'écran et j'ai fais un log (je ne sais pas si cela peut aider).Le problème est extrêmement frustrant, perdre des parties a cause d'un bug logiciel dans un jeu (ou jouer est payant en…

Viewing cards in own deck
Hello.
Example:
Peer into the Abyss.When i have a half a deck in my hand, it is impossible to choose/play the correct cards, as they are all jumbled on top of eachother. there is never enough time to play this unwanted skill game of picking the right cards.
solution: side swipe on the cards if that many are in your hand- whereas one card is always in focus and big.
The way it is now is unplayable on Ipads...

unable to use instants because I was selecting block order
During a match I was multiblocked with two attacking creatures, and as such I was disallowed to use my instants between selecting block orders. Blockers got declared, I intended to use my open mana (had two more than needed) to use my instant, but the card remained unplayable and I was immediately shunted into selecting block order and then damage assignment which resulted in losing the match due to losing a blocker I wasn't meant to lose there. Absolutely ridiculous bug in one of the most crucial areas of gameplay

It says another download is already in progress
At one point I needed to update my game or something where I needed to redownload it but when I started the download it said that it couldn't continue because there was another download already in progress and said it needed to finish that first. This makes sense but there's nothing on my computer downloading at all, that I can find, so I don't know what stopping it from downloading. I came here basically to ask if it's a problem with Arena itself or my computer.

bugged interaction with Ratadrabik and Borromir
New interaction with Ratadrabik and Borromir. Borromir sacs for free, causing a token to be made by Rataddrabik. This token gets to be legendary again because of the Ring Tempting. Being a zero cost sac means oppo can do this as many times as they want and you have to keep clicking to accept. The game will eventually time you out even though you're pressing accept and have clicked auto pass. I tried to let it time me out so he could do his triggers without prompting me and rather than doing that it force conceeded me. This is ********.…

Saga not displaying correctly in 'pack opening' screen
Opened a new LOTR pack. Received card 'The Bath Song'. The card does not display correctly: It is missing the logos for Saga phases I and II.

Cannot play after LotR update
After the update, I have not been able to play due to lag. I log into the game initial screen fine, but once I enter any further mode, including decks or packs, the game lags to the point I am unable to do anything. I have uninstalled twice, restarted my computer and closed all apps several times, and even ensured that my computer OS is up to date.

2023年6月20日のアップデート以降、ゲームの後の報酬を受け取る場面でアプリケーションが必ず強制終了してしまう。10回以上ゲームをしたが、1度の例外もない。

Pet frog doesn't make burp sound
during in game when clicking pet frog on side of screen he bites the arm and when spitting out the arm the sound of the burp animation doesnt come out just arm comes out of his mouth it is not a big issue but it has happened on my phone and pc i just like the sound of the burp from the pet from after clicking on him

Not being able to use interfaces when playing a card Peer into the Abyss
when using the game card Peer into the Abyss is not possible to use the interface in Ios on iPad to select the desired card in the allotted time (they just can not be seen from the large number of cards, see picture), which leads to loses in the game when playing cards. A possible option to organize the selection of playing cards as in Graveyard.

opponents leftmost creatures are invisible on ipad
On ipad, if the opponent has many creatures then the leftmost are offscreen. There is no UI element to allow scrolling to see those creatures. Since these creatures can’t be seen, I can’t target them or block them.

mulligan softlock
it won't let me put a card back if I have taken a mulligan. the issue is that I can't drag a a card from my hand over to my deck. I am using a mouse with a tablet. I can't drag with my mouse or my touchscreen. I end up roping out and losing because I can't move a card over.

Cards getting stuck / untargetable
During opponent's turn they cast a spell during a saga transforming and every spell cast afterwords was stuck in place.
