How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I just purchased the black and white alternate art for Phyrexian Obliterator and when I try to add it to a deck it says I don't own it but in my collection it shows I do.

  2. remove card from sidedeck

  3. infinit crafting with wildcards

    I am able to craft cards without my number of available wildcards changing.

    It looks like the missing cards have been crafted as they show up in my deckbuilder, but the number of wildcards the system claims I have is unchanged.

  4. duplicate protection

    Duplicate protection is not working. I still have some rare and mythic cards missing in my LOTR, WAR and ELD collection but when I am opening packs I'm getting only gems.

  5. duplicate protection

  6. I did not receive bonus cards and mastery tree cards

    I'm using orbs in my mastery tree but I'm not receiving the cards that I win. Same thing when I obtain some bonus card, they just don't appear in my collection.

  8. Card style skin selection not working. Phyrexian obliterator.

    Bought an additional phyrexian obliterator skin thinking it would fix it if I bought another, now I've wasted 6000 coin and have two skins that I can't use. Please fix the card style application process to it's much simpler original format. This new way is really trash.

  9. Consolidating card variants

    Can you please combine the different variants of cards and turn the Mystical Archive variants into styles? To give an example: We now have Lightning Helix at uncommon. I can craft it at uncommon, but you still have the Mystical Archive variant (and the JP variant) at rare. I shouldn't have to burn a rare wild card just to use the JP skin that I paid for when the normal card is an uncommon.

  10. not getting mastery rewards

    in version 2024.35.30.5426.1058723 on PC, Mastery with the 3400 gem bonus track, after lvl 70 is supposed to get an uncommon card every level. I'm at lvl 87 and have received none of the uncommons I'm supposed to get...or at least It doesn't show me the card I got. I get the random cards from the daily track just fine, but no indication of the Mastery Track bonuses

    Bonjour, La carte marche temporelle doit être bloquée ou alors utilisable pour tous ! cette carte permet de jouer un tour en plus; Il est possible de la copier mais impossible de l'utiliser en historique alors que certains l'utilisent ? est ce normal ?

  13. Booster packs

    Just a suggestion from a purely business point of view I just recently purchased the pre-order but the system will not allow me to get any other packs until the 19th when the pack becomes available I would suggest to fix the issue so people can buy it back so they want to

    I'm sorry if I write badly but I don't speak English, I would like to know why when I buy a mythical envelope it tells me that I have the complete collection, but I still have 3 mythical cards to complete in the new Karlov's collection.

  15. Stater deck duel reward missing

    I played the starter deck duel and got excited because I got a cool card style and when I went to look for it to show to my firends I didnt have it. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name I just remember the image.

  17. Game breaking exploit combination between Mycosynth Gardens and The One Ring causing PERMANENT INVULNERABILITY.

    I am aware that this idea is COMPLETELY UNHEARD OF and OUTRAGEOUS. However I am about to share with you the humble opinion of a dude who has been playing MTG since Shrines of Kamigawa.

    There should be NO card combos in the ranked scene of any card game that GUARANTEE PERMANENT INVULNERABILITY TO DAMAGE. This to my knowledge is unheard of, I have heard of every kind of 2 turn win/4 turn win/infinite combo deck. I understand that sometimes you just have to concede.

    But at a certain point, even the staunchest defenders of Wizards of the Coast cannot…

  18. Card art is reset to default and cannot be changed to parallax or any other upon leaving premier draft

    Hello,

    When leaving premier draft event and going back, all card arts are reset to defaults and they cannot be changed whatsoever. They are stuck at default styles, except the lands. By the way, why was "change styles" button for the whole deck removed? The designated button was the best feature of deckbuilding...

    Added log of this happening.

  19. Standard Brawl bug with fungus/mushroom cards

    1. I made a standard brawl deck, containing most of the new fungal/mushrooms cards. Mycotyrant is my commander. After 60 cards inputted, and no red flags I try to hit play with new deck. Game says Invalid deck. So I double, triple, quadruple checked my decklist. I checked card printings, and made sure they were from sets in rotation.

    Edit 1: I was able to play a friendly brawl match, but still not able to get into regular match

  20. [BUG] Pack only give gem

    My March of the Machine set is still not completed. But both the recent MOM packs I opened gave me 20 gems instead of rare cards.
    No issues with other packs. This only happens in MOM
